What I want to do is, to export my notes in OneNote to Zoom's Whiteboard and collaborate with the attendees. It will allow me to both1 use my pre-prepared lecture ones without copy-pasting every element (texts, images, audio clips) one by one into Whiteboard2 because exporting these notes into Whiteboard (not screen sharing) I will be able to collaborate with students on my lecture notes. Meaning students will be able to annotate on my exported OneNote notes. A) is this possible?B) if no, what is the best, fastest work around to achieve such? I repeat I dont want to share my OneNote or PowerPoint screen. Because this will be a monologue. Students wont be able to put their remarks or markups on my OneNote lecture notes. Or will they be? I just couldnt figure out how to do it. Plus, I still want to play sound clips of lecture notes. But afais it is not doable in zoom whiteboard. Work around for this too pls.
I currently have a free account. I recorded a meeting in the cloud, but unfortunately I don't have a cloud capability because my account is not upgraded yet. If I upgrade now, can I still access my recording, even though it was made when I was on a free account?
Hi Team, I noticed that the option to create Server-to-Server OAuth option is disabled for me, however it was enabled previously. Also, I can not edit the app that I created before via Server-to-Server. The other two options are still valid (General app & Webhook). I still have the admin role on the account. There's only one tip text over the created app's name: 'Unable to view the app. Contact administrator for access.'
At least three times this month, I have had people unable to join my Zoom meetings due to needing a passcode. Each time, the setting for Personal Meeting ID (PMI) Passcode had been turned on. I did not turn this on. I have the waiting room enabled, so that should cover complying with the Security Guidelines. Every time, I have to manually go into my settings and turn Personal Meeting ID (PMI) Passcode off. This is a big problem for me as I have weekly recurring and monthly meetings with 10+ people. Is anyone else dealing with this?

I have a blue background that I cannot disable. I've looked at other responses to a similar issue but it hasn't worked. I have uninstalled Zoom and reinstalled it and that doesn't help either. When I look at background settings, it shows NONE as the selection and I cant do anything.

Hello I am trying to find how to do something, and wondering if it exists within Zoom or as a third party add on.We use Zoom at my church. Our main services are mostly in English but we will have a prayer or two in French, or sing one verse of a hymn in French. We also have a multilingual Taizé service where we switch among 3 or 4 languages throughout. The multilingual content is generated by the same speaker, not different speakers. But captions for French text are coming out garbled. To make matters worse, when we livestream to YouTube and the recording is saved there, the Youtube captions might not match the Zoom captions.How can we get Zoom to offer English captions on English content, and French captions on French content, from the same speaker? Every example I've looked at assumes each speaker speaks only one language.I dunno if I can post an example, but if it's ok I will post a URL with time points, or snip out an example.Thanks in advan
I am sending Zoom invites. The invitation and all the invitee names are appearing in my calendar. I am sending the meeting requests out, but they are not receiving these requests. It has not gone into spam folders. These calendars are also a mix of Outlook and I-Cal. No one is receiving my Zoom invites. Please, can someone assist? Thanks.
When I try to download my videos from zoom, It will start downloading but then stop and won't download the file.
I sell my coaching program through webinar zooms. I would love to add to my landing pages and emails an "Add to Calendar" BUTTON to improve show-up rates. I hate having to pay AddEvent over $30 a month just for that, when it feels like a feature that would need to be included in the Zoom webinar subscription. Is there a way to do this that I'm missing?

Hello, I am using breakout rooms as part of an online training course. I would like the participants in the breakout rooms to be able to use (edit) a whiteboard that is pre-populated with an image. Each breakout room needs their own whiteboard, but the image is the same. Is there an easy way to do this? As a workaround, I have tried to join each breakout room and upload the image myself, but it does not always work and it is time consuming. Is there a fix for this?

Is it possible to allow participants to post and interact anonymously on a whiteboard?
Zoom audio can be excellent, near enough programme-quality hi-fi if we choose appropriate 'music' settings and if every participant has a strong web connection. But... once a meeting is underway, sometimes at short notice, we don't want to go faffing back for audio adjustments in the startup frame do we? To be certain our audio is going out okay (and we are not yet again muted!!!) a simple level-meter UPFRONT would be just great. It would also indicate whether or not any track etc that we suddenly need to play in will actually be heard. Time and again my audio colleagues, and myself, have been tripped up by that.Meter would ideally be scaleable from very small to huge, and of course it would be possible to hide it.Could someone here lean on those clever Zoom coders?
Hi, I have been using Zoom since Covid-19. I found the recent update to be pretty impressive, 12 months ago. However, I found there wasn't much to talk about sharing PowerPoint with a guest speaker. I used my organization's paid account to try to figure it out. However, I tried the Zoom Learning Centre and my favourite YouTube. No one seems to talk about this. As a host, I want to interview my guest on a screen (stacking up as a column with me and my guest, then, on the right-hand side of the screen, my guest speaker could present his/her PowerPoint slide. Have I missed anything about using the most updated ZOOM (meeting or Webinar)? I know that OBS could do it, but it is another layer of work that Zoom could have easily had. I am trying to extend the Scheduler Repeats Date Range, but it's only allowing me to schedule 2 weeks out at a time (to the end of the month). Is there a way to schedule out Zoom time slots for the remainder of the year?
It sure looks like Zoom could be used as a project management tool. I found a reference to assigning something to a project but I don't see any information on projects. Are they talking about docs, perhaps or something else?
If a Zoom meeting ends and you are redirected to the Zoom ‘Post Attendee’ page, does this mean you have left the meeting and can no longer be seen or heard by the other participant?
I want to be able to set the font size to automatic so that it adjusts with how much is written. Mostly the font size is really small even if I set it to Auto and at times I get it working so that it starts large and changes to smaller when more is written. Any tricks for how to get this to work? It creates a lot of challenges/stress for me when working with groups. Thanks for any advice!/Thomas
I teach a course at Stony Brook University via Zoom. I am using Linux Mint 64-bit versions for both the OS and Zoom app. I used to be able to place .pdf files in the chat window for my students to download with no problems for the last two years. However, in the last two weeks, whenever I do that, Zoom immediately crashes. Your automatic helper keeps referring to share screen crashes, but I don't have a problem with screen sharing. Also, I am definitely not using the 32-bit version. I'm beginning to suspect it could be the Linux kernel. I must be able to place .pdf files in the chat window, as I used to be able to in order to teach my course. I need immediate advice or help. I've sent crash reports as requested after the crashes.
