I’m trying to stream a Zoom meeting from one PC using another PC with OBS Studio.The video input signal is excellent, and the recording made directly in OBS is Full HD. However, when I send the video from OBS through Zoom, the participants receive a very low-resolution image.Interestingly, if I stream directly from my PC (without going through OBS), the video quality looks much better.Could anyone explain why this might be happening?Is there any difference in video resolution depending on the Zoom plan?Thanks in advance.
so i take online classes and we use zoom. after the windows update and zoom update my webcam no longer works every time i join the meeting a pop up says virtual background not done loading and options to use video or not to use video either way my video stays black and my light next to my webcam flashes once every 10-15 seconds. i have uninstalled and reinstalled, i have installed legacy versions, i have checked all permissions made sure zoom has permissions to use it i just can't seem to figure this one out.
Hello,I keep getting kicked out of meetings every few minutes. I use the desktop version of Zoom and have automated updates turned on in the app. Every few minutes Zoom asks me to leave the meeting or cancel and if I don't click on the exit button within seconds I get kicked out instantly. This happened to me many times already while it's working for anybody else in the meeting.Can anybody help me?Regards
In our administration account I setup a meeting to automatically turn on AI companion and distribute the summaries to "All meeting invitees including those outside of our organization". The invitees included "@yahoo" and "@gmail" invitees. Upon completion of the meeting, the summary shows in the meeting summaries list in Zoom for the administrator as complete (I can see the summary). However, none of the attendees on the call got an email (e.g. gmail) summary sent to them. All of them are using free Zoom accoun Are summaries only sent to paid Zoom accounts?
When I log into the desktop client on Windows 10 PC and click on Apps, it comes up saying Loading Zoom Apps with spinning wheel and stays that way. I have downloaded several game apps that say they have been added, but I can't seem to get to them. Other family members all use Macs and have no issues. As the only PC user I need help getting to the games I've supposedly added. Any and all suggestions are most welcome. Thank you.
Hi all,I sit facing a window, but not in direct sunshine.My face appears ridiculously white, and I can’t find any option in Zoom to turn the brightness down a bit. The reason this looks like a Zoom issue is that I also use Teams, and with the exact same background image (or indeed no background image) my face isn’t as white or washed out. It’s still bright but much better in Teams with the same cam. The only setting that looks vaguely related is Adjust for low light. This doesn’t help, unsurprisingly, I need the opposite. In the Windows camera app it is also better than Zoom.Any ideas (other than putting the blinds down)? W10 ProClient 6.6.11Licensed (paid) version
Hi all, wondering if someone might be able to help me?...The annotation and Whiteboard tools are not working properly whenever I try to use them over the last few months (It's odd because they did work in the past). I can select different tools and I try to create, draw or write with them, but nothing appears on the screen when I'm using them. I've tried changing the colours, &using different tools to see if just one works, but nothing does. I even bought a paid Zoom package thinking that this would make a difference (I use Zoom for tutoring so the annotation and whiteboard tools are essential for the lessons I give) but to my dismay I discovered during a lesson that it still didn't work.Please help! Hello! On Linux Fedora, Gnome 49 doesn't support the Zoom app icons in the top panel. You claim that Zoom supports Linux, but some of your settings and the exit button remain in the top panel. How can you release a product and claim to support Linux? When connecting to a conference, your application completely freezes and becomes unresponsive. Zoom doesn't adapt to the operating system's theme. On a large 3440x1440px monitor, all menus and icons are terribly small, you can't see anything. It's shameful for such a company to release such a low-quality product. You're getting 2.6 stars on FlatHub. Maybe it's time to make a proper product? I have international meetings with language interpretation. When one participant is presenting, we will have multiple screen sharing by the host (myself), the speaker and one more volunteer participant. This is so that we can show the speaker’s slides in their native language as well as show the slides translated into 2 other languages (so that other participants can view the slides /screens in their preferred language, while listening to the interpretation). The problem: I have not been able to figure out how to have the correct screen recorded so that the screen with the correct language slides match the speaker’s language. Sometimes the speaker is French and showing their slides in French, but the English slides (screen-shared by a different participant) get recorded. Sometimes the speaker is English but the Spanish slides from someone else’s shared screen get recorded. How can I ensure that the correct screen gets recorded, so that the slides match the speaker’s language?I asked AI
I recorded a Zoom class and saved it to my laptop. We use Windows. The sound is not working in the recording. The audio was not muted during the recording. I have realized that the sound works in recordings that are stored in Zoom cloud storage. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

Zoom forced an update on me today. Since then it fails to recognise my video camera and asks me to pick a different one from settings. Neither camera nor settings have changed since the update. It works perfectly fine in Zoom and Skype. The camera is a Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920. Any suggestions on how to get Zoom to do its job again?
I've been using Zoom for many years to teach my classes. I've never had a problem like this. Yesterday, during a class, I shared (tried to share) a video that was over 90 minutes long in Full HD, with a file larger than 10GB, using the option to share a locally stored video file.After about 70 minutes, the video playback froze. I stopped sharing and restarted it, but the screen remained black; the video wouldn't "load." I ended up using the video directly on YouTube, losing contact with the students.I used a 14-inch MacBook Pro (2021) with an M1 Pro chip, 16GB of memory, and macOS Tahoe.I have new classes via Zoom and will have to use this material again.Does Zoom support this type of sharing or not? What's the best way to present this video in the next class? What should I do?

Hi, I am on a two week trial and since I am not paying yet, can’t get an onboarding call. I am about 95% of wayto where I need to be. I have one area in particular I an not quite figuring out. Here is the basic scenario. I have two lines….. this is for a small salon business. The first line is the MAIN number people will call in on. All I need to happen is when that line is BUSY that the call get routed and ring the second line. If it doesn’t getpicked up it will go to a shared voicemail box. After hours, the call to the main line will automatically go to VM sono issue with having to route. That is really it, how do I make sure line 1 routes to line 2 when busy. Thanks in advance,Bill
I have 2 regular recurring meetings - one every Monday at 11am, and one every Wednesday at 6pm. Today I discovered the meetings are no longer showing up on my list of upcoming meetings. There's nowhere to start the meeting from. I could recreate it, except the meeting link has been published a number of places as they are regular office hours for virtual students. If I find the link (like, that I sent out via email to a student in the past) it lets me start it and recognizes I'm the host, and all is well. But how can I get it back to showing up in my list of scheduled meetings??
when I click on my zoom photo, click settings...no audio tab showing and no where do I see if I have latest version tab
Every time I create a meeting I have to change the same values. Phone area UK, video on, audio on, continuous chat off. How do I set these to be the defaults so that when I create a meeting, I just have to enter the minimal information. I can use a template, but that's not what I want. I want to set the default values so they apply to every meeting. I have a plug-in for my email client. It'll create the meeting, but then I have to go back and edit the parameters.How do I change the defaults?Thanks
