Zoom app permformance question

Dear

Our end user often use zoom app for discuss, not using video meeting, but it use more ram resource in the computer. Is there suggestion for adjusting ram performance ? Thanks.

    • On Mac, open Activity Monitor (found in Applications > Utilities), and quit unnecessary apps.

    By reducing the number of active programs, your computer can dedicate more RAM and processing power to Zoom, which can help it run more smoothly.

    Absolutely! Here are step-by-step instructions for optimizing Zoom’s RAM usage when primarily using Zoom Team Chat:

    1. Keep Zoom Updated
    • Open the Zoom desktop app.
    • Click your profile picture (top right).
    • Select Check for Updates.
    • If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.

    • Close any open Zoom windows you’re not using (such as Meetings, Whiteboard, or Apps).
