I was recording a meeting. After the meeting ended and it was time to convert it to mp4, I got a message that said something around "there's another conversion happening, after it ends go to your account and convert it from there." The message was true; a previous meeting recording was being converted. I pressed okay but the thing is I didn't sign in to enter that meeting so I can't find it on my account. Please help, I need to send that recording to someone as fast as possible.
I broke SSO and need someone from Zoom to resolve it as I can't login to either submit a ticket or call anymore. How do I go about resolving this issue?
I have enabled the translation function and have been using it for many many times.However, it suddenly disappeared when I was scheduling a meeting last Sat.I have checked that the translation function is still enabled and I have already updated my Zoom to the latest version.When I start a new meeting, I cannot assign someone to be the translaor. Also, I cannot see the "earth logo" in the Zoom meeting.I checked my recurring meeting and the "earth logo" still exist.If anybody knows the solution, please help. I need the translation function urgently. Thanks!

im having issue with logitech zoom roommate kit using room control page with JSON file.i set the icons that fits the functionality and all of the icons are turning into arrow icon once in a while. that get fixed if i reboot the system or leave it for long time then it fixes itself. im not sure what is triggering that and end user getting confusion by all of the icons are turning into arrow and they dont know what they are pressing in the room control page. have anyone experience that and know how to fix the issue?
The ZOOM Guide says you need to have the desktop app for being able to participate in breakout sessions, but we haven't had a case, were this didn't work via Chrome/Firefox/etc. in quite some time.Now, we want users to be able to self select breakout sessions in a bigger event and ask us the same question: Will this work, if most of them show up without having the desktop app installed or will we find ourselves having to manually select all participants into their respective rooms?Maybe some of you use this often and can offer your experiences.
I have Zoom version 5.17.31859 installed on a number of devices and I cannot remove it nor can I upgrade itIf I try to uninstall it gives me a message about not being able to locate 'installer.msi'I have tried to locate a compatible file without any luck. Can anyone advise? Thank you 🙂
Can the audio transcription generated for a recording file be converted to other languages, and while the host can see it individually, can this recording file be shared with others? When the link is shared with others, the audio transcription disappears, and the person it's shared with can only see the transcription in the original language which is unreadable for them.
I'm a veteran Zoom user for my Math and Physics Teaching Company...and I'm THRILLED to see we can finally upload pdfs. I'm the only account holder, thus the admin. I have made sure the toggle is set to allow me (and my students) to upload pdfs and images, etc. to whiteboard. HOWEVER - the option is simply NOT showing up in my whiteboards in meetings. I have restarted my mac, I have quit and restarted Zoom. I am logged in. (Zoom 5.16.6)Both Zoom and Mac are current. HELP! I'm losing it!

Hello,I am on Windows 11 and have Zoom updated v.6.6.1. It is on auto-start at start of Windows boot. I have tried searching help here, asking Chat GPT and other resources and I still can't fix this, so I am trying posting here for specialized help please.All I want is for ALL zoom notifications to show up in Windows notification center in tab WITHOUT showing up as pop-up banners. To my understanding, the only way to do this is to configure notifications in Windows 11 settings and customize that for the Zoom app. However, no matter what I do, Zoom does NOT show up in Windows "notifications from apps and other senders." What do I need to do to force Zoom to show itself in this app list?Whenever I change notification setting only on Zoom, pop-ups always appear on my desktop, and I want them t only show silently in the Windows Notifications Tab.Please help, thank you in advance 🙂
I use the same survey content every time I schedule a webinar. Is there a way for me to not have to type in the content from scratch everytime? I schedule webinars daily and it seems like a tedious waste of time copying out the same survey content each time. I like the survey being part of the Zoom follow- up email so it is important for it not to be a third party link (that is currently an option). Anyone else come across this problem?
Hi there, I'm setting up a new wallboard to display for my team, but I'd like to have the list sorted by availability (IE, unavailable users are at the bottom of the list). When I go into Settings I'm not seeing any way to do this, I've tried clicking on the listing names (Client Status, Member, Opt-in Call Queues) but it didn't provide what I needed. Is that not an available feature, or am I missing it somehow? Thank you!
After the last update the zoom phone recording links are no longer available in Salesforce. I submitted a case for this and was told that I needed to submit a "feature request" to see if they can put this feature back. Not saying that the answer was wrong but did Zoom really remove this from their Salesforce integration?
I went to schedule a new meeting in the Mac App and normally Zoom would end by creating a link I could copy and paste into my calendar. It looks like they've (or I accidentally configured it) to just create the meeting in my gmail/Mac calendar directly instead of giving me a link. This is actually making things MORE complicated. How do I get it back to the previous look and feel with just a link and copy button? Thanks!
I've been using zoom to take remote music lessons for about a year. This past lesson I was in a new house/room, and I noticed that part of the screen is blurred and the affected area changes as I move around. I have no filters or effects, and I've never seen this before. When I'm not holding the instrument the background is a bit out of focus. When I hold the instrument, part of the instrument is out of focus also. This is running Zoom Workplace on an iMac (macOS 15.6.1) , and I get this effect on both the built-in camera and a Logitech C920S. Behind the camera is a big window, and it's a cloudy day. I have an issue with my account where I cannot use the zoom App SDK. This is the message I get when I try to enable the Zoom APP SDK Feature: "This feature is not available based on the product you select"Has someone experienced this issue before?
The meeting I am trying to join is through my institution so I have to be signed in. When I'm on my computer this is no problem. The problem is on mobile. I open the zoom app, click sign in sso, a browser pops up, I sign in to the browser, I put the zoom room id in now I'm signed into the browser, and oh, I'm redirect to the app which prompts me to sign in. But I am signed in. I'm signed in on the browser not the app. But the app forces me to sign in on the browser. So how exactly am I supposed to join?
When receiving incoming calls on our Yealink t33g phones the caller ID display is showing the phone number of the caller, and as soon as I pick up the phone it will display the correct caller ID name. For example, we get a random call which will show the caller ID name as their phone number such as xxx-xxx-xxxx and then it will switch to "Wireless Caller" or whatever the correct caller ID name is after the phone call is answered. Anyhow know how to resolve this issue to actually display the caller ID name before I answer the phone? Thank you.
When I join a zoom meeting where I don't have to log in to my zoom, I somehow reset my screen name to a random series of numbers. I've looked everywhere in my account, and I can't find where this random number was entered (and therefore, I can't figure out how to change it). Does this ring a bell for anyone, and can someone point me to where I should look to fix it?

I would like to set a 1-hour meeting as a default template so that I don't have to set the end time manually for every meeting I schedule. I can create the template, but there I don't see a way to nominate it as the default.Is there another way to set a default meeting duration?
