If an individual uses a Zoom link to register to attend a session on Zoom. Does the individual use the same link to access the scheduled session that he used to register? Or will he receive a separate Zoom link for the session itself? 

Ho bisogno di aiuto, la mia scuola di formazione il 13 Febbraio ha avviato una riunione durata dalle 8e30 ale 13 in cui ad un certo punto mi hanno fatto host, ho avviato la registrazione e al termina quanho ho salvato mi è uscito che appena il file sarebbe stato pronto mi sarebbe arrivata la mail. il problema è che questa mail non è mai arrivata e che contattando l’assistenza e avevo un account base dovrebbe salvare nel computer perchè non posso accedere al workplace di zoom, ma nei miei documenti e nella cartella zoom non c’è. QUALCUNO PUO’ AIUTARMI? è una registrazione molto importante!

This red dot from the Zoom dock icon needs to go. It entirely bypasses the system preferences, even if you disable badges and notifications the red dot persists as long as you have unread Team Chats.This is entirely unnecessary and horrible UX design.  

How do I remove the participants' name from the video box? I don't name the person's name to show within the recording. I didn't change any settings online, but this started happening after I downloaded an updated Zoom version several days ago. Thank you.

Running Zoom version Version: 7.0.0 (77593) on MacOS Sonoma. I cannot see things in dark mode but Zoom now defaults to dark mode and setting the mode to light using Settings/General and clicking on the light option does not work.I have verified that I have light setting in both the main zoom desktop and in individual meeting settings and it persists in displaying as Dark mode!How do I get it back to readable/viewable in the comfortable light mode?

Hi everyone,I’m currently experiencing an issue in Zoom where webinar polls do not show after joining. After restarting a few times, the poll may appear but cannot be launched, and sometimes it shows as blank or white when launched.Has anyone encountered this recently or found a solution? According to the instructions provided at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0073537, users assigned the Admin role should be able to create a Wallboard using the "Call Queue Analytics / Real-time" source. But the users I assigned as an Admin do not have this source listed. The only source they can see is “Quality of Service”. (However, the user in the Owner role can do this without any problem.)How do I fix this problem so that users inthe Admin role can create Wallboards with the "Call Queue Analytics / Real-time" source?

I have used Wirecast Virtual Camera as the video for my Zoom meetings for a while now on MACOS Ventura. I am setting up a new MAC Mini Pro running MACOS Sequoia. The camera is working in Wirecast. I start the Wirecast Virtual Camera, but it is not available to select in Zoom. The physical devices show up but not the virtual camera. Suggestions? Is there a privacy setting or permissions I need to grant? Legacy support needed? Any help would be appreciated. 

I work for two companies and need to flip back and forth between zooms, and I can only use the web version of zoom and save to the cloud my recordings.  This is very difficult especially when sharing screens from the web app instead of my desktop workplace.  This is a HUGE failure for me as a user!

I’m new to using Zoom and still trying to understand its basic features. I’ve recently started attending online meetings and noticed that some people record sessions for later use. However, I’m not sure how this recording process works, who is allowed to record, and where the recordings are saved. Can someone explain in a simple way how to record meetings on Zoom and what steps I need to follow as a beginner?

After the update, my annotations don’t show correctly. They only show if I’m on the zoom tab. Before, I could open the tab I was sharing and hit the annotate button. Now that doesn’t work. Also, when I share my screen, I can no longer see my student’s video. This only happened after the update. I have been using Zoom for years, but this will greatly effect the efficiency of my tutoring business. I have to continue to switch tabs to zoom in/out and scroll down the page I want to annotate on because the annotation only shows on the zoom tab.

Is it possible to schedule more than three sessions on the same day within a recurring session webinar?Is this limitation specific to the Zoom Webinars Plus product? My use case involves scheduling four sessions on the same day within the same event. 

The Avatar tab is completely missing from both my Zoom app (Background & Effects) and my web account settings. Another account on the same free plan has the Avatar feature available.Please help restore this feature to my account.

Zoom has started downloading Outlook every time I start a new meeting.  I get a popup every time and have to click NO to sharing confidential information with Microsoft 3 times, and then I have to quit Outlook.  I never installed Outlook.  I have never had Outlook. I don't want Outlook. I have deleted Outlook repeatedly after Zoom re-installed it but Zoom keeps installing it on my computer.  Is there any way to stop Zoom from doing this?

Hi there, I am trying to export the unique join links of registrants in Meetings and Webinars, but i cannot see a way to do it in bulk. I can copy the link one by one, but if the participants are too many, it is very time consuming and tedious to do this. Is there a way to export the unique registrants' join links in bulk?My plan is Zoom Workplace Pro. 

Hello, When I start screen sharing, the annoying floating toolbar appears and obstructs part of my screen.  Worse yet, people watching my presentation see grey boxes.  I know there is an option inside the meeting controls themselves to hide them, but I don't want to have to do this every time.  Is there a way to hide these controls BY DEFAULT? When I share as co-host, it  seems that there is no way of permanently hiding them at all!  Whenever a visitor enters the waiting room, for example, I get a pop-up to that effect, but ALSO the floating meeting controls!  My screen is obscured again. I would like an option to PERMANENTLY hide all of these so that I don't have to hide them manually every time I start sharing.  Also, I would like for them to remain hidden even if I am a co-host;  There are other co-hosts (and, of course, the host themselves) who can manage all the incoming traffic.

When I create a meeting, it automatically mutes participants on entry. In CREATE EVENT and clicking on ADVANCED, I see the “Mute participants on entry” default is ON. I never need this to be on. Is there any way to change the default to be off? I can’t find a way, and it’s frustrating to have to remember to uncheck it when scheduling the meeting or having to instruct participants to unmute themselves. Thanks! 

Hi, The computer has zoom app which installed in someone, but perhaps I can not login by the account. Is there tool or command which can remove the previous zoom app clean? Thanks.

自分のアカウントで入ると画面共有できない。クライアントのアカウントで入ると画面共有ができる。同じように設定しているのに、突然自分のアカウントだけ画面共有ができなくなった原因はわかりますか？  

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.
