I teach music theory/composition via Zoom, so I need screenshare PLUS microphone PLUS computer sound, simultaneously. How can this be done?

The platform confirmed that the template was published and functional, but when I tried to set it as the default template in my account settings, it did not appear.After contacting your support team, I was told that this feature is only available for Business, Business Plus, Enterprise, or Education accounts. However, I was never informed of this restriction — not in your documentation, not during the template creation process, and not at any point on the platform interface.This lack of clarity is unacceptable, especially for educational institutions like mine that rely on Zoom for teaching and academic work. Hi, Since Zoom Contact Center doesn’t allow transfers to unavailable agents, is there a way for agents who are marked unavailable for external calls to receive internal transfer calls from other agents? For example, I have an agent who is unavailable due to wrapping up an extended call, but another agent would like to warm transfer a new call to them to handle next.

I was working with a customer who had a brand new Dell XPS 15 9520. They are experiencing a problem with audio as follows:1. Audio works completely fine (mic and speakers) outside of Zoom2. When joining a Zoom meeting through their Outlook calendar, Zoom seems to disable the audio devices altogether. Zoom says that it is unable to detect audio devices and to switch to another device. This issue persists after the meeting has ended and then the PC will not play any audio. The sound devices are still listed in the device manager. 3. When the PC is rebooted, the audio comes back. When starting a meeting from the Zoom desktop client, the problem does not occur. This seems to only occur when the meeting is joined via invite link on an Outlook calendar. For troubleshooting:1. Reinstalled Zoom desktop client and Zoom Outlook plugin from zoom.us2. Uninstalled NVIDIA audio driver3. Installed realtek audio driver 6.0.9285.1 from dell.com/support. At some point I stopped being able to schedule recurring meetings. I just started receiving the mentioned code. I had subscribed into and integrated it with Calendly and then canceled the subscription. Not sure if this is causing it.
How do I cancel a scheduled Zoom meeting
I (and many others in the meetings I attend) are very dissatisfied with the new behavior where Zoom automatically lowers a raised hand a few seconds after someone finishes speaking.This is disruptive in meeting formats where raised hands are used to queue speakers or indicate ongoing interest, such as in our large Fellowship. Participants are frustrated because their hands drop, breaking order and flow.We respectfully ask Zoom to:Provide a setting or toggle (at the meeting or account level) to disable automatic lowering of hands.At minimum, give hosts the option to control this behavior instead of forcing it universally.Zoom is a leading platform because it respects diverse meeting styles. Please prioritize this fix so users don’t feel forced to look at alternatives.Thank you.
Okay, chatbot failed miserably. When I answer or make calls on my laptop using my AirPods the called person cannot hear me. When I delete Zoom and all its files, my calls can be heard just fine. When I reinstall, the receiver is again not able to hear me at all. The Audio Codecs are seizing control of my AirPods volume and making them useless when Zoom is loaded on my device. What ya' got for me? Hope a real live person can help. My work requires I use Zoom or I wouldn't. FaceTime works just as good for me.
Hi, I’m having an issue with the Zoom mobile app. In every meeting I join, the only control that appears is Unmute. I don’t see Start Video, Share Screen, Participants, or More, even when I tap the screen. What I’ve tried: My camera works in the Zoom preview before joining a meeting Rejoined meetings Updated to the latest version Uninstalled and reinstalled the app Joined the official Zoom Test Meeting (https://zoom.us/test) — still the same problem Confirmed that hosts have not disabled video Extra detail: If I switch my phone into split-screen or zoomed display layout, the controls appear. But when I return to single-screen mode, they disappear again. This looks like a UI scaling bug. Phone: [insert your phone model + OS version here] Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix, or will it require a Zoom update? Thanks!
There doesn't appear to be any options to hide the Zoom chat from inside a meeting. The text pup-ops can be very distracting now that Zoom is used so often for trainings we also capture Zoom video for some of our productions and the popup text does not need to be included in those captures. I've been able to force this by opening the Chat window and dragging it below / behind the Task bar, as the popups do not show if chat is open. I've tested options for this, and am hoping I just missed something!Thank you!
We are currently not able to see the inbound caller ID information from individuals outside of our system. We are seeing "Wireless Caller", but do not receive the phone number or potential name for the caller. This occurs even when we are logged into the Zoom app on our phones. Is there any correction that can be made on our side?
Has anyone else seen this yet? It just started for us. When scheduling a meeting from the outlook addin for zoom OR from zoom itself, at the point that the outlook 'schedule meeting' window opens you can see that MS teams has already inserted a meeting link.This has already caused problems where clients have joined the teams meeting instead of the clicking the zoom link.For now ive removed the teams add-in from outlook add-ins and its solved the problem.

We have an event that is currently open. We have the unlimited 500 license assigned. We've 1200 people registered and have hit our 500 person limit. Has Zoom made any changes to where you can buy a different license or add on a license to increase the capacity of a zoom event that is already happening? We have registrants who are unable to access the plaform currently. Thank you!
Hello, I have purchased a zoom events licence. I desperately require help in setting up a Zoom Event. My requirements are:Setting up three simultaneous sessions.Setting up the event in a way so people can land on the lobby page and choose a session they would like to attend (there will be 3 simultaneous sessions going on)Setting up a way to send speakers for each session a different sign up link so they can be granted host/co-host access and can share their screen.Setting up a link for attendees so they can just click the link, which leads them to the lobby and they can choose which session they want to enter.Allowing other people to edit the event and help host it.How do other people editing the event access the back end to edit, apart from the link initially sent?Additional info that would also be really helpful:How do recordings work for each session? I waited until the meeting had participants, but it only offered a "Make Host" option. I have gone to Settings then Meetings but nowhere is there a toggle to allow the designation of a Co-Host.
We have a voice queue and an email queue. When in the wrap up status for the email queue, agents are being fed new engagements. Is this how it is supposed to work? Is there a way to set it up so that they are not receiving new engagements until that wrap up time has ended? FYI-their status is not changing to show "Wrapping Up" either.
When I join a meeting that I was invited to it states "Recording in progress". Am I the one starting the recording? If so how do I turn it off? It will state the "recording in progress" no matter when I join. In my last meeting the host stated they thought it was me that was recording.

Hi,I would like to switch over to zoom phone from our current cloud pbx provider. I will be buying new phones likey cisco 9861 or poly e550. \1) Can I set a BLF button on the phone to toggle between business hours and after hours for the auto attendant? We often stay late or arrive early and want the ability to answer calls. Is there another easy way to accomplish this?2) I have two employees who work from home on occasion. Can I setup two phones for each of those users without paying an additional monthly fee? As I understand it, a user can have 3 devices - just confirming. We will all share a single number.3) I currently have workplace pro that I use just for zoom meetings. I see I can mix and match plans. So could I buy the 15 unlimited plan for 3 employees then the pro plus for myself to add zoom meetings capability?4) Can I create 4 park locations. For example, 70, 71, 72, 73 then easily park a call in that location? Thank you very much for your time.
Today I had a meeting that was interrupted. I found 4 other meetings scheduled and overlapping with mine. Anyone have this problem and how do I prevent it?
