Unable to turn off auto zzom feature on whos speaking. We would like to just have the entire room on camera to avoid issues. But cannot find any setting related to auto zoom / auto framing. We know on Macs its avilable to turn off.....how do we turn off on windows devices?
When I take a screenshot during a zoom call, the app closes completely. I had never had this issue in the past.I am using most recent Android app on Pixel 7a.Already restarted my phone. No changes.

I've gone the merry-go-round with Chat 4 times and this is what as resulted (a) the camera still remains black (b) the tests it put me through show that the problem is compatibility between Zoom and Workplace, yet I have no choice but to open with Workplace. My camera works perfect with the Windows Camera App. All permissions, etc etc have been confirmed.This just started today during a meeting.Do you think that this is a deliberate tactic that Zoom uses to make us upgrade. I don't use it often, so upgrading makes no sense. Chat said that no live help or IT support will help until I upgrade.The problem is very definitely not at my end. Hi,I purchased a poly e550 for testing with zoom phone. When I park a call, it announces the park number several times. Is there a way to completely disable the announcement? or better yet, I would like to have the call go to park without needing to hang up the phone . Thanks
When we transfer calls the Caller ID of the person transferring shows instead of who is actually calling? How do we change this?

Hi, if anyone knows how to get Zoom to respond to client service tickets, please let me know. I've sent a few tickets over the last month that have been ignored. My understanding is that Zoom phone supports importing of existing numbers, yet despite following instructions I have been unable to.
My Zoom video shows me upside down. The background image is correct but not the "front" of the background. Which displays an upside down image. See screenshot below. And Yes, I have checked the camera. It works fine. It is definitely is Zoom. Done a search on this community site and found nothing. There is nothing wrong with the camera. As it works in all other applications, but not in Zoom. I can temporarily remedy this by turning off the video - and just show a still of me. But I host tons of Zoom meetings and it would be great to solve this! THANKS!
I'm using Windows 10.I have zoom on my laptop.When I'm not connected to internet, my zoom application keeps giving me pop-ups that cover the foreground and never go to the background even when I click on other apps. Even when I want to do something without internet, I can't do anything because the pop-up covers the screen.That pop-up says something like unable to make secure connection.Even after I close that pop-up, it pops up again and again and again.I want it to stop doing that. How can I make it stop?
I have an Auto Receptionist setup as a basic Call Tree: Opt 1 sales, opt 2 support etc. During after business hours we want the support calls to go to an external 800 number, i.e. +18005551234. When dialing the extension afterhours to have the caller be forwarded to the External Contact, instead Zoom says "The caller you're trying to reach is unavailable, good bye" and hangs up the phone. We cannot figure out why this is happening. Any advise would be much appreciated.
September 30th: AI Companion worked with no issues all month.October 1st: it stopped working completely.It shows as “on,” I’m on a paid plan, and everything looks correct — but it’s not triggering summaries at all. I’ve already lost 4 meeting summaries.Is anyone else experiencing this?
I'm taking a language class from a teacher in Japan (I'm in the States). I'm the host ( I have the pro plan) and so far only she can write on the whiteboard. If I share my whiteboard, she can't see the tools and vice versa. Even if I make her the co-host, only one of us can see the tools and use the whiteboard all during our class time. On line it says that all participants should be able to use the whiteboard. I checked and the "disable annotation for others' is not selected, so the annotation ability should be on. Can you please help me? Thank you.
Zoom was working before an update. Now on a user's laptop, after the update, anytime we open a zoom meeting/start a zoom meeting, it will freeze or crash after the camera begins to show a preview. Zoom will sometimes return after a minute or so.I have tried:Checked Windows System updatesChecked driver updates for Camera - installed latest from laptop manufacturer's websiteChecked Wi-Fi speed and signal.Uninstalled/reinstalled the latest version as of last weekChecked Camera permissions in Windows for the Zoom appI am at a loss for what else to try! It looks to have to do something when the meeting is in the pre-start stage before the meeting is actually created.
We stream in-person lectures to at home attendees. All technology including mics and the laptop go through a system that projects into the room and to the audience at home (through Zoom). When our lecture speaker includes videos in the PowerPoint presentation, a few issues happen with the volume. Attendees on Zoom are only able to hear choppy/underwater sound clips (it's like a mix of the speaker talking and the video--just jumbled noise). Also, attendees are saying after the videos are played, the speakers volume gets really low for a minute then comes back to normal. How can we 1. Have a video play with the volume from both the video and speaker audible, and 2. Regulate the volume levels so the speaker's mic doesn't dip after videos are played. Thanks!
I have recently been dropped into meetings and webinars where the image is cluttered with intrusive and distracting watermarks all over. As I understand it, if I'm not a host then I cannot do anything about it. That's bad. Could Zoom change the default? Could Zoom allow me to first give consent? If the host, perhaps just because they are not aware of the defaults, show my email in e.g. a webinar without my consent, that's not good. Best regards//Bjorn
I am the only user and owner of my Zoom account. Still, I can't change certain security settings (under Settings > Meeting > Security) because Zoom says there are "new security guidelines" and refers me to the "account admin". But I'm the owner/admin and sole user. How is this possible? And how can I solve it?
In the post-secondary education world, instructors need to provide spaces for students to collaborate with each other other than during class time. In order to provide private spaces to meet, instructors would like to open some 'virtual team spaces' for different groups of students in different classes. This involves using the 'no fixed time' and 'Join before host' settings. As it stands, instructors (hosts) can schedule as many meetings as they want but only 2 of those meetings can be open/used at the same time regardless if the host is present or not. This is not workable for how our instructors utilize the system. some instructors have 4 different courses and each one of them could have team projects that need to use these open spaces at any given time during the day/week/semester. How do we or can we work around this?Have any other users from the Education world come across this?All help is welcome.
My Church seems to get better quality out of Zoom than the New Jersey State Superior Court. Last Friday I had to attend a virtual pretrial hearing where the Court uses Zoom for these appearances. I call this trial rigging. The overall quality, especially the audio, was poor. I should be used to this by now; but I don't want to experience more consequence than necessary. Most parties to these hearings just put up with the bad quality because they want it over with. From a trial I attended last year, my audio/video transcript the Court gave me last year reflects the same bad quality. As with the recent hearing, the audio had an underwater quality to it. The Court I noticed uses metal boxes with glass fronts to house the TV that they connect with Zoom. Through these hearings and trials, the Court makes Zoom look bad while delivering such poor quality.

The Zoom component doesn’t load properly — instead of showing the meeting information or links, I only see grey placeholder barsSo far, I’ve tried refreshing the page, clearing cache, and testing in different browsers, but the issue persists. Other Moodle activities seem to load normally.The problem appears in various browsers, as well as on Windows, Android, and Apple devices.Has anyone else encountered this issue, or knows how to fix it?Thanks in advance for your help!
When I am on Zoom my face appears unnaturally bright red. Very distracting. Is there a way to adjust the hue or tone for the camera? 24" iMac 2021 M1 running Sonoma 14.6.1.

We need assistance identifying which Zoom APIs can retrieve the same meeting data available for download from the Zoom Dashboard (Meetings section). Our goal is to ensure that the data obtained through the APIs aligns with the zoom dashboard meetings data in both content and accuracy (date range and/or meeting ids).
