Hello. I have a dual PC streaming setup where I'm sending audio split up in Voicemeeter Potato on my gaming PC to my streaming PC. Whenever I'm in Zoom and screen sharing in a meeting, I can share my screen but the audio doesn't work. My audio input in Zoom is set to my Microphone (B3), and my audio output is set to Voicemeeter Input. The only way that I seem to share audio with my screen is if I add the audio to B3 as well, but this will cause the mic audio as well to send to the streaming PC. Shouldn't the audio from my PC come from the audio output in Zoom and not the audio input?
Hello, I am experiencing a weird issue with the notifications on the Windows Desktop app regarding caller id notifications. So, when the pop-up shows up on screen it is only showing the caller phone number but not the caller id name. It used to show the caller id name in the past but has not for at least the last month or two. The caller id name does show up in the call history though. We have another user, and they receive the name in the notification just fine. Plus, I receive the caller id name in the mobile app notification. I am the account admin and have not made any changes to the account settings in the past several months. I have also reinstalled the program on computer to see if that would solve the problem but has not. Both users are on the same version of the program. Any insight would be great on how to resolve this issue. Thank You
I started having this problem yesterday, Nov 6, 2023. I can't get past the Zoom launch page when I click on the hot links to meeting in my email. I tried the Zoom chat bot and they referred me here. I cleared my cache and temp files and still didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and still it is not working. I can get in on the Web app but that is super laggy and not a viable solution. I can get in on my iPhone, but again not a sustainable solution. I appreciate any help figuring this mystery out.
Hello, We've recently run into an issue with some of our booking pages and feel it might stem from misunderstanding how the host distributions options work. Hoping someone can help clear this up. Priortize fairness (the option we had selected): At a certain point users were no longer able to book any new appointments with our hosts at all as it would appear all of our hosts were considered either "overbooked" or unavailable (even though some of the hosts had nothing in their calendars at all). Troubleshooting the booking page confirmed this.This was a major problem since we cannot be in a situation where there are no booking slots available and these "overbooked" hosts were only technically overbooked if you looked at the entirety of the booking page and not the day itself. (example: 3 appointments in the next 3 months isn't really considered overbooked unless all 3 are on the same day). We've now changed it to Prioritize availability, however if all 8 hosts have t
I've set up a number of recurring meetings over the past two years. Until very recently, when I went to the "Meetings" page in the app, each one was listed once, which should be all that's necssary. Suddenly as of about a week ago, each one is showing up on the Meetings page 22 times! I haven't changed anything that I know of. How do I fix this? I'm afraid to delete any of the repetitions in case I wind up deleting the whole meeting. Thanks!

I have a list of attendees who have already registered for a webinar via the HubSpot landing page and form. Now i would like to send them all calendar invites for the actual webinar but I would like to send them not Zoom. Is there an easy way to do that?

Hi there. A couple of our staff our having issues where they can share their screen and give remote control over but the participant can only move the mouse around. It won't allow them the click or select using the mouse. This has happened after the recent update.
I am trying to set up a meeting that will be two days a week at different times. I want them to all have the same link to get in. I can't see a way to do this. I can choose multiple days for a meeting, but I can choose only one time. This is confusing to my participants bc they receive a confirmation that has only one time for all the meetings. Please help. I saw a similar question in the community, but I don't understand the answer that it received.
I've been recording zoom clips all morning to send to my clients. I finished one recording and It came up with that error and now all of my recording have disappeared. I've tried everything and even recording from the past month are all gone. How do I get them back ASAP
I am using my personal meeting room link to schedule meetings. I attach the link to a meeting in my calendar, but when I click on the link in my calendar, while logged into my zoom account, I get put into the waiting room, waiting for the host to start the meeting. But I AM the host. The only thing I have found that could possibly be the issue is that my calendar is a different email address than my zoom account? Is it because I'm clicking on the link from my email that it doesn't recognize me in zoom? But i'm already logged into the zoom account on my computer. So it doesn't seem right. HELP!
For the past few days, we've had quite a few participants being randomly kicked out of breakout rooms. Does anyone know if there is an issue or have suggestions on how to stop this?
OS: Ubuntu 24.04.2Zoom: Version 6.6.0Logged in through work account. A watermark of my email address was showing on my video and shared screens on my zoom client. The host did not have watermarks enabled in settings and nobody else in the meeting had watermarks. This is the first time I have seen them. Last time I used this client (two days ago) with the same host and same account there were no watermarks. Why were they there and how can I stop them from appearing? Thanks

Good day, We have a licensed Zoom account and regularly assign two alternative hosts for our meetings. Recently, we changed our email domain, and since then, we’ve encountered an issue when assigning these hosts using their new email addresses.Whenever we try to assign them as alternative hosts, we receive the following error: “Unable to assign [new email] as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time.”However, assigning them using their old email addresses still works without issue. Could you please advise how we can assign them as alternative hosts using their new email domain? We want to ensure our Zoom setup reflects our updated contact information. Hi there!I've recently started using Zoom for my online classes. I would like to "screen share" a shared Google doc during our call, so we can both type in it. I know I can screenshare a tab in my browser, but then I won't see my student's face while working on it. Does anyone know a solution for this? Many thanks!
On a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 5 with AirPod Pros Gen 2. Issue started when I opened up Zoom (6.6.6.) this morning and was greeted with a "Failed to detect your speaker. Please make sure your speaker is property connected." Sometimes it's "Failed to detect your microphone. Please make sure your microphone is properly connected." Since then, I have done the following recommended fixes: Updated my Windows (11). Updated my audio, Bluetooth, and system drivers using Lenovo Vantage. Updated my Zoom. Uninstalled/reinstalled Zoom Workplace. Disconnected/reconnected my AirPods. Disconnected AirPods from all devices.Factory reset my AirPods. Reset my laptop at least five times throughout all of this. Ensured AirPods are selected as both microphone and speaker in Zoom, trying both "same as system" and "headphones" (they work as both outside of zoom).Ensured my laptop is giving access to Zoom to use my AirPods as a speaker/microphone (via system se

Hello, Since yesterday's global issue with AWS, one of our Windows Zoom clients has not been able to connect at all. It says it is offline, and I am unable to change my status; when I try to change my status, it just gets stuck on "connecting." Every other PC in the office is working fine. I have done the following so far, but nothing has worked:- Updated to the latest version- Uninstalled Zoom, used cleanzoom.exe, then installed v6.4.12- Uninstalled Zoom, used cleanzoom.exe, then installed v6.1.11- Uninstalled Zoom, used cleanzoom.exe, then installed v5.17.5- Deactivated local Antivirus- Flushed DNS on local PC, released and renewed IP address- Used VPN to change location to same country, another country and also to USA - Tested client using the Network Connectivity Tool, every test passes without any issue- Shut down the PC fully and turned back on, as well as restart- Installed all Windows updates and latest BIOS firmwareI'm not sure what else I can do at th

Unable to turn off auto zzom feature on whos speaking. We would like to just have the entire room on camera to avoid issues. But cannot find any setting related to auto zoom / auto framing. We know on Macs its avilable to turn off.....how do we turn off on windows devices?
