The internal mic on my PC does not work but my cell phone works as advertised. Can both the PC and the phone be used simultaneously to participate in a single Zoom session ? Thanx.
Is there a way to set a certain time period for when all desks check out (example: if haven't checked in by 10am, desk will be released)?
I have a Sennheiser wireless headset & mic that I use for calls. It works perfectly in Teams; both the earphone audio and the microphone. However, when I've tried to use the same headset in Zoom, there's some kind of conflict that occurs. It seems like Zoom cannot use my headset simultaneously as both the Speaker and Microphone device. In Zoom's audio settings, if I set another audio device (like the laptop's internal speaker) as the Speaker, then Zoom can successfully my headset as the Microphone. And if I set another input device (like my webcam's mic, or the laptop's internal mic) as my Microphone, then Zoom can successfully use my headset's earphones as the Speaker. It's when I try to use my headset as both the Speaker and the Microphone that I run into this issue: a high-pitched ringing in the earphones, and no one can hear me speak through the microphone.I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, but no luck.
HELP!!There is no longer the option for me to give my meeting attendees remote control access. I have checked all my account settings to make sure that I have allowed for this function, but during my meeting, there is no button/option that comes up to give remote control access. I have an updated desktop zoom app, I only login on the desktop app version, I'm on a pc, the participant is on pc. Neither for them nor for me do we have the option to use remote access. I've troubleshooted everything, watched multiple videos, read multiple posts, and still nothing is working. Everything that should be on is on in my account for remote access. Does anyone have any advice? Can Zoom support actually help out with this obvious error that's affecting others?? I'm about to start using a different meeting platform!
When tring to adjust uploaded voiceover for 6 slides, I see only 4 after choosing adjustment option. Have sombody similar problem?

... beyond quitting The idea to move the Zoom title as an icon and then put it in the menu bar is very distracting. Is there a way to make sure it never is displayed? I will just make sure I quit the app every time ). just a horrid/arrogant design choice. For you zoom is the most important thing in the world, but not for your users.
I have added an app, and it shows in my apps. I want to pin it to the toolbar along the top as it is repeatedly used and would prefer not to open apps each time I want to use it. Is there a way to do this?
For the first time, I chose to allow the AI companion to join the meeting. I am both the admin of the account and the host/organizer of the meeting. The plan is Workplace Pro. Following the meeting, on the main dashboard, I pulled down the AI Companion option to choose 'Summarize this Meeting'. I received this message: Sorry, I cannot answer your question because you don't have the permission to access the meeting transcript.My settings seem to be correct, so I'm not sure what I need to do to get meeting summaries in the future. Hi, We have problem on my laptop when join a meeting...its normal until 30 minutes (presentation and sound from host), after that there was no sound but presentation from host still showing on my laptop. After i rejoin the meeting it back to normal. I use windows 10 21H1,. is problem on my laptop or on host ? Thank you

Hello, I cannot join any Zoom meetings. The app always shows “Unable to join this meeting – This meeting ID is not valid.” I have tried: – Restarting my computer – Reinstalling Zoom – Changing Wi-Fi networks and using mobile hotspot – Using different devices However, the issue persists. Zoom video flips vertically when I use Insta 360 link camera. All other apps work well.
Is there any way possible to disable the flashing green rectangle that indicates the active speaker? I have a visual impairment that makes it hard to focus my eyes on flashing lights. I have tried gallery and speaker view, pinning the speaker, etc., but I can't find anyway around minimizing flashing light on the screen. I've been opening four browser windows to arrange over the edges of a pinned person's video to cover the flashing rectangle, but it is very hard to stay engaged on calls when I can't see everyone, and I have to continuously cover the zoom window with the four browser windows each time I need to mute/unmute or click something else on the zoom window. I know accessibility for all disabilities is not always possible, but this should be a simple setting to turn off. Thank you!
I bought my original Bud Pro 3 from Bestbuy website. I paired it with my Samsung Galaxy 24+ (software updated to current version, I have automatic update turned on). The bud is good except that when I use it for Zoom meeting (on my phone), the mic doesn't work. Meaning, no one could hear what I say. When I change to my old JBL headset, everything works fine - both mic and speaker are functioning. I can participate in the zoom meeting as usual. Moreover, I've been using Zoom on my phone for many years without any problems (using other headsets) I've tested the Bud Pro 3 mic with the voice recorder that comes with the phone. It works fine too so there is no hardware issues with the bud. I also have no problems using it in normal phone call (voice network) and whatsapp call (mobile data) Last but not least, I've reset the ear bud several times and the issue remains. I've contacted Samsung and they've sent me another pair of the Bud Pro 3, the same issue
Hi! Can anyone help me by guiding me on how to scan QR codes for onsite live event zoom meeting as a moderator with no zoom account. For example I have a licence in zoom and create a live event, but the people moderating the event don’t have the license and they are going to do the scanning of the attendees onsite. How do I tell them what to do? If they don’t have an account how can they access the scan section? thanks
I frequently get meeting sign-up spam for both GoToWebinar and Zoom. The spam comes in saying that I've signed up for a meeting I've never heard of and have never signed up for. GoToWebinar has a link in their messages that says "Report Spam" which allows me to tell them the message is spam that I never signed up for. There is no such option in a Zoom message. It strikes me that Zoom should have a similar message in order to, if nothing else, track how the service is being (mis)used. My only choice is to either simply delete the message or cancel my registration for the meeting if I care to click through that link and suffer through another Zoom message saying the registration has been canceled. Please add a Report Spam option to your registration notices so, if nothing else, you can get an idea how your system is being misused. Thank you.
