When i click on zoom it doesn't work.a message appears saying that the zoom has an older version not supported anymore by my systems on my amazon fire 10 tablet device or something. What's the deal with this?

I get a red dot in the sidebar of the Zoom Workplace App and individual red dots I have to clear out in the chat pane of the workplace app every time someone enters anything into the chat or enters a meeting in my personal meeting room, and a red dot notification every time *I* enter anything in the chat during a meeting I am hosting. How do I stop this? I would like notifications for 1 or 2 chat threads that are useful and important, but they get drowned out by all the spam notifications that I don’t need (e.g. I have to “mark as read” every single time I put something in my own meeting’s chat so I can see when a colleague has added to the chat) I am in meetings 6+ hours a day with many people. The red dot has become completely meaningless, and I miss important messages in the giant pool of unnecessary notifications. I want to clarify that I have turned off every single setting related to notifications in the Zoom Desktop App and in my computer’s settings. I have experienced this when i updated it on AUR using yay, from 7.0.0-1 to 7.0.5-1. When using 7.0.0-1 it works fine but after updating it lags so much.

When I share an application window there is normally an annotation icon in the bottom left corner of the shared screen or in the meeting controls.  If I share my entire screen annotations are available.  However, this is not ideal for my purposes as it takes over the participants screen and impacts their workflow during the meeting.I have checked my account meeting settings and annotations are enabled.  I checked my Zoom app settings and the “include annotation toolbar” is selected.I’m running Zoom 7.0.5 (3034) on Fedora 44 with Gnome 50 and Wayland 1.24.  Same problem with Zoom 7.0.0 (1666) and 6.7.5 (6891) so I suspect this is a Gnome 50 issue. 

At work, there are instances when a Zoom meeting isn’t scheduled and we are meeting in person. When clicking share on the home screen on the Zoom app, it projects a mirror of my screen in the meeting. My laptop display doesn’t seem to allow me to select extend display so that I can treat the projection as a second screen. Is there a way to treat my laptop and the projection in the meeting to be two separate screen? Or, is there a way for me to use the share option on the Zoom home screen but have it give me the picker instead of automatically share my full screen? I want to project a presentation to screen but see notes on my laptop.

For the past few days, I haven’t been able to share PDFs during my meetings on Zoom. I should mention that I’m working on iPad, and until now everything was working perfectly. Where could the problem be coming from, and what should I do please? Depuis quelques jours, je n’arrive plus à partager de PDF lors de mes réunions sur Zoom. If an individual uses a Zoom link to register to attend a session on Zoom. Does the individual use the same link to access the scheduled session that he used to register? Or will he receive a separate Zoom link for the session itself? 

I regularly share my screen to annotate documents. Currently I annotate by writing with my hand held mouse, however this is becoming more difficult as my hands get older. Is there a way I could link up a tablet and 'pen' to zoom, to be able to do this as though I am writing on a piece of paper with a normal pen? If so, what would you recommend? Thank you.

Recently, on 3 separate occasions, I logged in as a guest to another host’s scheduled meeting. When I clicked on the invite link, it logged me in multiple times, I appeared in the participant window as 3 times???- and I couldn’t close any of the “2 extras” and had to log out completely- but when I tried to re-enter the meeting the same problem occurred...ANY SUGGESTION OR HELP AS TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING??? 

I selected the "None" option for the virtual background, yet a virtual background is still being applied; Zoom is unable to display my actual surroundings. I have already turned off "I have a green screen". by the way I got a Mac.

My company provides hybrid and virtual event production solutions that integrate the Zoom Meeting SDK. We use the SDK's live transcription feature to provide live captioning for webcast audiences.We've see that Portuguese is still not available as a supported language in the Meetng SDK's transcription implementation — despite the fact that Portuguese is supported in Zoom's native client (both for automated captions and as a default language in the interpretation feature). This issue has been brought up before, but I have not seen a response from Zoom.This creates a real business problem for us. I have never had a problem with meeting crashes l got New level moden  from spectrum checked my equipment and no problems can someone tell me what to do to other then turn everything off  and start inviting  everyone again and they all can't stay for that long of a time. HELP please I do free 31 minute meetings Is that the problem cuz I don't pay for zoom ?????

So there are two archives in the cloud: the first one (36 seconds), the second one (1 hour two minutes).I’d love to delete the first archive, because it has no content, and leave the last one.I see both at the same time in the list of the recordings, and the system lets me see them one after another, but I want to delete the first one and leave the second one and share it with the attendees.Do you know how can I do it? I am a consultant who conducts lots of interviews for projects. I have always used otter.ai for notes and then downloaded them into word. I was told by someone that the new Zoom note-taker is better because it knows how is talking and can attribute the words correctly. I have been using it the last two days and it is very good and accurate. I have is that I now have 10 separate AI Docs with transcripts. The problem is what when I try to download into Word or PDF, the only thing on the document that is downloaded is the generic Zoom title; not the actual transcript. Is there a way to do this wihout having to copy/past each entire transcript into a Word doc on my desktop?

Up to recently the feature of activating Full Transcript in a non-recorded meeting was available; however, currently it is locked by Admin. Is there any way to enable that feature? Thank you.

Hello Zoom Community,I am trying to manage two meetings on the same Zoom account and I am looking for guidance on the best setup.I currently host: Advice 6:00 PMStudy 7:00 PMThere may be times when the first meeting runs over while participants are beginning to join the second meeting. My account is licensed, but I do not appear to have access to concurrent meetings.I would like to know:What is the best way to allow the 7:00 PM meeting to begin if I am still in the 6:00 PM meeting?Can an alternative host fully start and manage the second meeting without me present?If I enable “Join Before Host,” will participants be able to communicate with each other before I arrive?Are there any recommended settings or workarounds for churches or organizations running back-to-back meetings from one account?Thank you in advance for any help or recommendations.

I have not had this problem until recently, but every single time I try to log into my laptop while my desktop is connected to Zoom, it will log me out of Zoom on my desktop, even if I’m in a meeting. There used to be the option for me to login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time so that I could switch the meeting from one device to the other. I can no longer do that. What are the remedies? Is this an issue with a recent update? This happens with every single account that I have for Zoom. My Zoom accounts are free, but according to search Zoom states that you can be logged into two computers simultaneously. What is going wrong? This is driving me crazy.

Hello, I deleted a zoom meeting recently but can still access it? Its not a recurring meeting, or a personal ID meeting, and ive deleted it also from recently deleted folder. However im working with an API that is still saying the zoom meeting is active - indeed if I put the details in I can actually join the meeting, even though i’ve deleted it! Any ideas? many thanksChris 

Where are my scheduled meetings?  

When I am on a Zoom call I have it set up on half of my screen. Whenever I open or close chat in a meeting the zoom window resizes and changes position. When chat is opened, instead of resizing the elements within the zoom window to create room for the chat window, the entire Zoom window resizes, adding on the width to display the chat. When chat is closed, the Zoom window resizes to the original size, but it's screen positioning is shifted left. Fix: Do not change the window size when chat is opened. Zoom window sized to half of the screen: When chat is opened, Zoom window width increases to fit chat.  When chat is closed, Zoom window width returns to original width, but stays aligned to where i
