How to remove these already uploaded 3 images? 

Hello, I recently recorded a 3 hour zoom meeting to my local PC, and the recording converted normally. When I check the converted file, it's only 30 minutes long... it turns out that the first 8 minutes of the meeting were recorded normally, and the remainder duration was compressed and sped up very, very fast, to result in such a short recording. I have looked at older discussions reporting a similar issue, but there doesn't seem to be a fix. I also tried the "Double click" to convert it a second time, but it again produced a 30 minute recording with the same issue, which leads me to believe the file was corrupted. Is there a way to prevent this from happening again? Thank you for any insight. 

I just started using my new ASUS computer which runs of Windows 11 and uses Realtek audio driver. I get no audio sound in Zoom. No other application has this problem. I did not have this problem on my old ASUS computer running on Windows 10, and also using Realtek audio driver. I have gone through all the troubleshooting procedures suggested by ASUS Support and also by Zoom. None of that helped to fix the problem.  Has anyone else encountered this? And have you been able to fix the problem?

Currently using Arch Linux with Wayland.  With the latest zoom installed (6.6.0), using pipewire for sharing.  The first time I try to share a screen or window, it works fine.  If I stop sharing and try to share again, it only shares a completely black window or screen.  Immediately after I stop sharing the first time, I get the following messages in ~/.zoom/logs/zoom_stdout_stderr.log*** pw_stream_set_active called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted *** impl_ext_end_proxy called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted 'this->recurse > 0' failed at ../pipewire/src/pipewire/thread-loop.c:62 do_unlock()I cannot figure out if this is a zoom problem or a pipewire problem.Everything works fine in X11.

I got a new company laptop and am not able to screen share without the video and audio being delayed. I have turned off my camera so I am not on video and it still happens.  I was using a different work laptop for a couple of years, with the same internet connection, but now when this happens I get a temporary pop up that says “your internet connection is unstable”.  What settings, etc. could be causing this disruption? I just added additional RAM and same experience.Suggestions? 

I installed the Zoom Add In for Outlook today and when I tried to add Zoom to a meeting, I got a pop up window asking me to login.  When I tried to login with my Microsoft Outlook Account info, I get an error message (Error Code 1002).  Thinking maybe I forgot the passcode, I selected “Forgot” but when I input my outlook email to reset the password, I get told to “check my information and try again.”  When I log into Zoom on the web, I can use the Outlook email with no problem and I get signed in automatically with my email.  Also - tried to use the web version of Outlook and I have the same problem.  Microsoft says this is a sign-in issue and directed me to Zoom.  Zoom Chatbot tried to help (very poorly) with the following: Confirm that I have an Exchange account (I did - and I do) Uninstall and reinstall the Zoom Add In (done) Use CleanZoom to uninstall Zoom App and Zoom plug in (when I asked why I needed to do this to remove the Add In, the

I am not tech savvy.  I have a MacBook, I have a meeting set up, put in the invitee’s email, if I understand correctly the zoom link for the meeting was automatically sent, is there a a way for me to check if link was sent, before contacting the invitee.I do not understand where to find “copied invitation” after clicking the link for copied invitation  thank you

I use to be able to add another session in my recurring meetings by just clicking on the 'add another session' button. Something has changed as the option is no longer there. however, all videos and responses from the service ticket just keeps to go to your recurring meeting and click the button to add a session which is very unhelpful if there is no button there to click. Has anyone else had this issue and found a workaround? So far, I have had to add multiple days of recurring meetings per client and then deleting all the days I don't need which creates another problem. Thanks

We’ve just moved to a new location and upgraded our internet to a much faster connection — 800Mbps download / 40Mbps upload (previously 100Mbps / 20Mbps). * At our previous location, Zoom ran perfectly on the slower connection — no issues at all with video, audio, or screen sharing.* Now, with much faster internet, we’re suddenly experiencing constant “unstable network” errors on Zoom. We’re running daily Zoom sessions with shared video and sound, and the connection keeps dropping, lagging, or freezing — seriously disrupting our work.* No issues with any other platforms or general internet use — only Zoom is affected.* We've tried all the usual fixes: restarting modems/routers, switching between wired and Wi-Fi, testing different devices — nothing works.

Where can I find my recording?  I just had a meeting, started and stopped recording a couple of times, at the end of the meeting zoom usually asks me where I want to save the recording.  today...  nothing. Where can I

Hi, two of our users (both using Precision 5680s) their laptops will completely freeze when joining a Zoom meeting. It doesn’t happen initially after a laptop reboots but after 15 minutes or so of work, the freezing will begin when joining a video meeting. We’ve tried updating all drivers (including Intel GPU, camera and BIOS) and clean reinstalling Zoom. Do you know what we can troubleshoot next or what might be causing this issue? They’re using an i9-13900H 5400 CPU and it just seems strange issue happened a couple weeks ago but has only happened to those two users.  

I am an account admin. When the previous “owner” left, I added the new owner/s name and email address.  I was able to keep all the same meeting schedules and the meeting link.  However, when the new owner clicks the meeting link, it shows me as the host, not the “owner”. How do I change this?

Hello Zoom Community  A regular user of Zoom, and this has happened in our last meetings.  We had a number of breakouts.  Breakout room leaders were assigned co-host status to audio-record the breakout discussion on their devices.  However, some could record, while others could not.  This is an issue which has now come up in the last 2 sessions with breakouts.  I would be grateful for any tips or insights as to how to resolve.Many thanksMaire 

During a Zoom meeting I was hosting, I shared a local video file and after about 30 minutes the video stopped playing. The meeting didn’t freeze, only the video, and I could not restart the video. I have done this same thing in the past (on earlier Zoom versions) and it worked fine. I checked memory and disk usage, and I have plenty available. After the meeting, I restarted my computer, closed other programs running, and tried it again with the same result.  When I share the video I click the box for Optimize for Video Sharing. I have found several posts from so many users that are looking for the same thing as me. The 'Check for Updates' option. It used to be under the profile section. But it has been removed. I don't mean to be rude, but it shouldn't matter whether I checked the box to auto-update or not. The fact is, it can be problematic to connect to a meeting only to discover that it needs to update at that time! You then have to wait for the update to finish and may even have to restart taking more time before you can connect to the meeting! The option to check for an update should be available at ALL TIMES. For security purposes if nothing else. But also to help with avoiding that last minute update before a meeting starts. That way I can check beforehand and update if necessary.  Please consider these words and this request. I am a foreign language teacher and my students are all adults.  I do not care to check whether they are on-task (they are), or who is talking/listening/participating (they all do).  I need to hear what words they are using, in what order, and how they are pronouncing those words!  Right now, Zoom has improved breakout rooms with the enhanced breakout room app, but it is geared more toward ensuring that students are doing what they are supposed to, and giving them new info while they are in the different rooms.  The teacher can not hear the students talk.  The explanation given for this is that "it would be too confusing if you could hear everyone at once."  Wouldn't it be possible to have a "mute" button for each room?  Could I not, as a teacher, mute and unmute the breakout rooms so I could focus on what is being said in each one?  At the moment, the only option I have is to go into each breakout room and let them know I'm

I added a picture for my background, and now it is stuck on that! when I try to remove it and select NONE, still the same picture shows up and I have tried everything to remove it and it will not go away when I log in to zoom on my mac!!

I have been getting help for weeks and no one can figure out why I cannot add a background photo or use Virtual backgrounds this happens on my Samsung phone as well as my chromebook. It does not give me the plus option to add a background photo and on the Chromebook when it gives me the arrow to add virtual backgrounds it comes up error occurred and it does that on the phone as well. I have tried doing this during a meeting, with my video open or my video off

I would like to record a meeting. In the recording I don’t want the participants to appear on video, but they should be allowed to have cameras on during the meeting.How can I do that?

Similar to this topic, I would like to have dark mode on Linux. As a Linux user, I feel that the topic didn’t fully address the kind of assistance both the original poster, users, and I were hoping for. The current setup still leans heavily on light mode, which can be pretty harsh on the eyes, especially during long sessions or late-night workflows. While there are three options to tweak the top bar and meeting background, they don’t touch the Zoom background itself, which stays glaringly white. That sudden brightness spike is jarring, basically being flashbanged at 3 in the morning. So, a proper dark mode that darkens everything, not just fragments, would be a huge improvement. Including this in the theme selection or rolli

Not a paid subscriber. I have had this happen the last two times now. I have a meeting with one other person, music lesson, system set for music OK, no issues there, other person is host. In settings I have ticked ‘Optimise for 3rd party video editor’ and ‘Record video during screen sharing’. Meeting under way,  I press record, the host has agreed the recording, all seems fine. Come to end of meeting (about 45 minutes) , look to stop recording and find it’s not recording and no recording saves anywhere? Previously no issues like this! What’s going wrong or what am I inadvertently doing wrong?
