This is a more complex issue but I’ll try to organize as much as possible. One of my users moved to a new office a year ago but a couple months ago, they started noticing their video/network freezes in Zoom for 30 seconds ALWAYS during the first 3-5 minutes. This generally happens in one-on-one meetings but not in group meetings. We’ve clean reinstalled Zoom, updated Intel drivers and made sure all Dell drivers are up to date. Device is a Precision 5570 with Intel Wifi 6e AX211 NIC w/relatively good specs.  The issue only happens in Zoom and not Teams. It happens both wired and wirelessly in this office even on mobile hotspot within that office. Issue doesn’t happen WFH or any previous offices the user has been in. We’ve tried a different laptop and nearby hotel station both wired/wireless and issue still persists. Hola, tengo un problema con las grabaciones de zoom por correo. Al momento que configuro mi grabación de zoom, lo pongo a petición para que mis clientes antes de ver la clase grabada se registren primero para luego aprobarlas manualmente. Pero el problema está cuando les apruebo... les llega un correo con el link de la clase y es ahí que ese link mis clientes lo pueden compartir con otras personas quienes los pueden ver sin ningún registro y eso es lo que quiero evitar.¿Como hago para que ese link vuelva a solicitar solo el correo de la persona que está autorizada en ver la clase y así evitar que cualquier persona lo pueda ver? Saludos

Is there a way to make Zoom breakout room chat settings such that when an individual leaves a room and reenters the room they are able to see the chat from BEFORE they were in the room? I am not talking about continuous chat for internal organizations - these are external folks participating in an event with breakout room engagement.

I am not receiving the email confirmations after registering for events within the company.  I see the "successful registration" message, but never receive the email with the link to add to calendar/attend the sessions. 

I went into my Zoom today, which I use for personal reasons to stay in touch with family. I opened on my desktop, per usual, signed in, and it immediately took me to "Zoom Workplace" and all my scheduled meetings were gone. I had to go onto Zoom's website and login to my account there in order to find them.  I do not want Zoom workplace.  I do not want to be charged for Zoom workplace. I don't want to have to sign in through the website. If I find out I'm being charged extra for a service I neither wanted nor use, I'm cancelling my account and moving to another online meeting platform.  Does anyone know how to switch back, or have experienced this?

I hosted a meeting, and it ended due to a timeout. The participants' iPhones also timed out, but even though it should have ended, their Apple Watches were unable to disconnect the old session, leaving the meeting running. I started a new meeting, invited everyone, and when everyone finished, the new session disappeared, but the old session remained. I tried various methods suggested by a search, such as force-quitting, restarting, and uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing worked. I'd like to end the session on my Apple Watch. Do you have any suggestions?

Its happened three times already that when I add or delete someone from an event, it replaces my event text. I get the message "The event description will be replaced with the Zoom default invitation." This has been really frustrating as a I have to quickly edit it back to what I originally wrote and it resends to everyone.  I've been making the changes through outlook/the zoom plugin. Anyone have any solutions? Can't seem to find any.

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in Zoom, never in MS Teams or FaceTime. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom and even purchased a new 4k camera to see if that helps. Still the same freezing issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi I’ve reviewd the existing threads, but none seem to address my issue. The background currently is a Zoom default virtual background, not one I uploaded. I am unable to turn it off. I’ve alreaduyChecked my Virtual background setting Attempted to select “none” Upgraded my subscriptionNothing is working. What are the next steps.  

Since some time, it often happens that audio plays up for me in meetings. The voices of other participants sound like in slow motion. Impossible to decipher what they say. My Zoom app is up to date as is my Mac OS on my MacBook Pro (Tahoe 26.3, M2 chip and 24 GB of RAM). On previous occasions a restart of Zoom has fixed it but not recently. Shutting down other software to a minimum didn’t help either, nor did a complete reboot.What can be the problem?

I have a new iPadAir6, iPadOS version 18.3.2. When music is played during a Zoom meeting its starts out loud and clear for 3-4  seconds, then the volume goes way down and the quality is poor. The sound fluctuates for the duration of the music. Voice seems just fine. I have several iPads and iPhones, this does not happen on any of the other devices, only on the iPadAir6. I have learned that others who have the same version, iPadAir6 have the same problem. It seems there is a problem running the Zoom client on iPadAir6. Is Zoom support aware of this issue? Has anyone at Zoom looked into it?

Version 6.6.6 and then updated to 6.7.5. I am not able to get closed captioning to work for the meetings I start.  I have used the Meetings/Advanced settings on the Host login and it shows Closed Captioning under the  Accessibility tab.  I can even change the font and placement.  I have also enabled closed captioning under the settings.  Despite this - Closed captioning does not show up on my zoom screen or any other members screen during the meeting. Most of our members join the meeting using a meeting ID, they are not logged in.  As the Host, I am logged in.  I also looked on my screen and the screen of another meeting member for the CC symbol on the control line - it is not there. I did look under “More” and it wasn’t there.  We had a member try clicking on the green shield on the upper line of the zoom screen, the one next to the time.  It shows the meeting information, but there is nothing about closed captioning.  We would like to be able to offer closed captioning to people w

I receive error codes twice when trying to login.Upon opening Zoom on my Windows 11 Home system, I get the following error message on the right of the screen:Error code    xxxxxxxx-0x01-000A-0000-00-0A-07 Then, upon entering my valid login name, I receive the error code “-1”Web resources have directed me to disable Windows Defender Smartscreen, but this is not helping.I’d appreciate any help

We are using the Debian distribution of Zoom, and until the last update, Zoom remembered to keep us logged in. It also defaulted to connecting by computer audio, and to the external webcam we want to use. Also, it remembered not to join with video. Now, none of those things happen. Every single time we exit Zoom, we have to re-log in, and then we have to re-specify which webcam, tell it to join with computer audio and not to join with video. Every time. Even with the "keep me logged in" box checked and "always join with computer audio" checked. And when I go into Settings and tell it not to mirror my video, and to "turn off my video when joining meetings," all these things Zoom remembered before. Now, none of them are remembered, and I have to repeat the settings every. single. time. I am seeing others with this problem in the community. No one seems to have been given a solution that actually works.&nbs

I have not used zoom in years. I received an invite for a zoom meeting from a perspective client, from their gmail account, no meeting id number. The meeting link takes me to “zoom.dynamikskills.com/ko”.  This seems suspicious.  Should I be leery?

I am experiencing the same issue. The Meeting Tab is completely missing in the updated Zoom app. This entire functionality has disappeared, and it is extremely frustrating.@Zoom – Please address and fix this issue immediately. Without access to the Meeting Tab, I am unable to view or manage my saved meetings, which makes the app practically unusable for me.Kindly treat this as a priority and restore the missing functionality as soon as possible.

Hello everybody After updating the Zoom client, my mouse has been busy, and not only one computer has this problem, but many computers have. How can I fix this error?

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

Windows 10 Pro vers 22H2 Systembuild 19045.6937, Zoom Version 6.7.5 I am working with Brewakout Rooms since three years - normally no problems.Two days ago there were a lot of troubles:The setting was, that everyone is automatically send to a Breakout Room, but most of the participants had to activly click a button that came up and asked if they want to join the Breakout Room, if they didn’t they were sent to the room but wasn’t really there (they were shown as participant of that room but all the other people in the room couldn’t see this person). ;When I'm in a meeting, it often happens that there is one user that I can't hear but others can. It is only that user that I can't hear; everyone else can hear me, but I can't hear them.  In addition, I don't pick up anything played by a musical instrument--even if a user has 'original sound' toggled. Again, everyone else can hear them. I've messed with the playback settings I found in 'audio' but nothing seems to make a difference. Does anyone have any ideas?
