Hello, I was receiving therapy sessions via Zoom. However, last time, even though I connected, the meeting host didn't receive a notification that I joined, and they requested payment, even though I hadn't logged in. This happened during a meeting that started at 12:00 PM on February 6th, 2026. I joined at 12:12 PM, and the meeting ended at 12:25 PM. I need proof that I attended the meeting. If necessary, I can share the meeting link, time, and details. I await your assistance.

I would like to use copy and paste for a selection of 150 items in the registration field. Is this possible?

Is it possible to access a shared file after the meeting? I looked for it in my desktop in the Zoom folder, but the only file that I found was the chat. Is there any way to get this file? Thanks in advance

Hi, I have video auto-framing toggled off, but it continues to do it no matter what. I have checked my camera on the laptop separately and there is no auto-framing happening, just through zoom...anyone else? Every support I find just tells me to choose to turn it off and I have, it's just not working.Thank you,Deanna

Hello,I work at a large tech company and would like to use Zoom transcripts for calls with candidates, including interviews. It would be extremely helpful to have an opt-in feature for transcripts so that the other participant or participants on the call must actively consent on their end before transcription begins. Ideally, admins could choose whether or not to enable this feature for all employees across the organization. This would allow us to use transcripts for candidate calls and interviews while better respecting data privacy laws across different countries, and it would provide verified proof that each candidate opted in to the transcript in the event of any legal questions or issues. Thank you.

I have a Zoom App in development currently showing as in draft and shareable internally within my organisation. Until a few days ago, I was able to complete the oauth flow for both the production and development client id and my app would show in the Zoom marketplace “Added Apps” as installed in both cases in the relevant tab “Apps in Production” and “Apps in Development” and it would show in the “Apps” section of the Zoom client. Since yesterday, with the app uninstalled, when I try to install the development app again I do not see the consent screen, the oauth flow succeeeds (I get a code back and exchange successfully for a token) but the app neiter appears on the marketplace under “Added Apps → “Apps in Development” nor in the Zoom Client under “Apps”. I have been looking this up and so far nothing conclusive. I did ask my Admin whether a setting has been changed on their side (not sure if their is a setting that would influence this?). I was wondering

Recently (within the last week), when opening Zoom links (such as in calendar invites), the Zoom call will only open in the browser. Unlike before, the website does not attempt to open the meeting in the Zoom app.It's pretty annoying. What's going on?

I receive an e-mail saying that the participant is waiting, but in the meeting I only see one participant: me.  My participant gets the screen message that I have to let him in, but of course that never happens, because even when they call me to tell me they are in the waiting room, I cannot let them in: Zoom doesn't see anyone there for me to let in. I even tried the option to leave the meeting, and to click on the link in the email message, but to no avail. This has led me to stop the waiting room as a function because I lost a lot of valuable time on technical issues with my clients, which looked pretty unprofessional (despite being an experienced Zoom user). I cannot find any article or suggestion on how this can happen. The Waiting room feature has always been enabled in every case, I checked. Is this a bug?

I am a private tutor.  My students just come to my personal meeting room.  For the last six years, every time I’ve opened my room I click “host tools” and then “allow screen share.”  Seemed weird I couldn’t just do that by default, but it was fast.Today, after the update, I open the meeting room and have to go to “host tools” then go off to the side and click “advanced” (not “participants” which would be logical) then “share” then choose “all participants” from the dropdown menu, then close the sidebar that opened.That is wayyyyy too many clicks for something that I have to do every. single. time.Is there no option to just always allow participants to screen share?Why update an app in 2026 to make it remind me of a Blackberry phone from 2005?

Zoom was working fine and suddenly next day when I started my meeting I can't hear any sounds.  I did test sounds and is not working.  I have installed zoom again and is same.  Plse help I am using laptop.

Hello,We are currently experiencing an issue with Zoom meeting invitations being sent automatically to participants without the organizer intentionally sending them.In our normal workflow, an employee creates a Zoom meeting only a few minutes before it starts and shares the meeting link directly with participants via another chat application (usually through a direct message). The organizer does not send email invitations and often does not even know the participants’ email addresses.However, we have observed that email invitations are still being sent from Zoom to certain users as if the organizer sent them, sometimes including reminders and occasionally arriving after the meeting has already finished. The organizer did not add these email addresses when creating the meeting.One possibility we are considering is that the Zoom account is linked to a Google account, which may have access to contacts or calendar data and could be automatically generating an

Weird thing happened this morning. A student of mine shared his screen with me, which we do roughly once per term. When he opened sharing for his desktop, I could see his web browser with a Zoom page showing - he was using the Zoom app, but had the browser open. His Apple Logic Pro application was already open under that window. Now, when he closed the web browser, only the top quarter of the Logic screen showed up, and behaved as expected - I could see his mouse pointer and the actions he was performing. But the rearming three quarters of my screen showed the web browser page he had closed. Like those three quadrants were frozen. We tried quitting an opening a new meeting (initiated at his end not mine) but the same thing happened. When his screen was already on Logic Pro before sharing, it looked right until he started doing things and then I could see that three quarters of my view were in fact frozen.He is on an Intel Mac running OS X Mojave and I am on a Mac M1 running S

We usually give other users remote control to control changing the slides on their own while having one central presentation.A normal presenter’s tool (pointer connected via USB in “live” presentations) usually integrates buttons to change the slide AND a pointer. Why is this not translated into Zoom? (Remote control should give control over slides AND a pointer!)Or is this possible in a different way?  

I participated in a Zoom meeting in English. I clicked on Transcript, selected the original language: English, and the language for the transcript: Italian.The system gave me a translation error from Ukrainian to Italian. Why Ukrainian if the language was English?I even logged out and back in, but nothing changed.I also tried on my smartphone, but got the same error!There was also Ukrainian interpretation in the meeting, but it was disabled.I don't understand why it took that.

Até a atualização, apareciam no início, em ordem alfabética. É do que necessito.Desejo, e preciso, retornar à versão anterior! Hi.Usually when I host a meeting involving screen sharing, the recording includes both mine and the participant's video for the whole meeting (in thumbnail form while screen sharing). However, when I hosted a meeting yesterday, my (the host) video thumbnail did not appear in the recording when screensharing (though both host and participant faces appear when not screen sharing, as expected given I always use gallery view). Could the (new) participant in my meeting yesterday have had settings at their end that cause this to happen? They were not a co-host so I wouldn’t have thought so. Any idea would be appreciated.Thanks,Kelly.

Recently on the iPad version of Zoom, the toolbar has been moved from the bottom of the screen to a the bottom of the video area. The toolbar cannot be moved. This causes problems with our church services where captions and song verses appear at the bottom of the video and are often unchangeable. Can the toolbar be moved back?

Despite host approving recordings, they NEVER record to my computer (Lenovo). I have checked everywhere on my computer and they are nowhere to be found. Zoom’s AI bot is useless and just parrots everything on the website that I’ve tried. I have looked all over the internet and can’t find an answer. I’m a free member but unwilling to pay because I only attend 1-2 meetings/week and never host. WHY AREN’T THEY RECORDING???

I got a new company laptop and am not able to screen share without the video and audio being delayed. I have turned off my camera so I am not on video and it still happens.  I was using a different work laptop for a couple of years, with the same internet connection, but now when this happens I get a temporary pop up that says “your internet connection is unstable”.  What settings, etc. could be causing this disruption? I just added additional RAM and same experience.Suggestions? 

Hi everyone, I’ve recently noticed that during some Zoom meetings the audio randomly cuts out for a few seconds and then comes back. My internet connection seems stable and this doesn’t happen in other apps. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? 

Please add full transcript on the side at least for tablets like iPad or even better include all mobile devicesthis is very useful for the heart of hearing who may not be using a desktop computer for Zoom sessions but still need access to full transcriptpresently I use two devices, one to attend the meeting and the other to show the full transcriptI don’t think this should be necessarythanks

I am trying to turn off the doorbell when someone enters the room for a group. I’d like to leave it on for one on one settings.  I can’t figure it out.  It used to be easy.Dawn
