Why can't I modify a meeting from the desktop app? I always have to go to the webpage to make the correct changes to an appointment. For example, the app changes the day to any other than the one I selected. I select Friday at 8pm for a Tuesday meeting and it pushes it into the following week on Monday. This has been going on for months now! I have waited in the hopes of an update to correct the problem.

When they unmute your mic, I still can't use the mic on my phone

Very inconvenient that the only way to get a link to a channel is to add myself to the channel through the admin portal but then have to switch to the app as a regular user in order to get a channel link. Would be helpful to have the option to ‘copy channel link’ available in the channel management area of the Admin portal.

When someone raises their hand I get a dialog box that says so and so has raised their hand, I need to close that box before I can unmute that person.is there any way I can disable this dialog Box its totally unnecessary

Good afternoon! As far as I know, Zoom meetings hosted by users physically located in Ukraine are now free of the usual 40-minute time limit. However, my meetings are still limited to 40 minutes.Could you please explain why this might be happening and let me know how I can access this benefit?Thank you in advance for your help!

Like others, I've created custom registration questions, but the responses do not appear when I generate a registration report. I've reviewed several help articles and community discussions but haven't found a solution.Has anyone been able to successfully include custom registration question responses in their reports? If so, could you share the steps or any settings I may be missing?

I have a Pro account. I want to see a participant list for my Zoom meeting on 3/29/22. When I go to “Account Management-Reports” and set the search range for 3/29/22, it shows no reports. How can I see meeting participant list for my 3/29/22 meeting?

As a counselling therapist I provide sessions that are 50 or 60 minutes long, but I only have a few a week, and that makes that annual price somewhat prohibitive.I don’t need all the bells and whistles, all I need is to see up to 8 people simultaneously, be able to share documents via the share function, and be able to record meetings/sessions.I’ve tried alternatives but they either don’t provide the quality that Zoom provides (e.g., GoogleMeet) or don’t work at all for me (e.g., MS Teams - I have spent hours and just can’t get it to work on my Mac.)I know of many others who are in the same boat - so how can we as a community persuade Zoom to provide that sweet spot that so many self-employed people or small businesses need?

I am Member 2 on a paid Zoom Account with co-host/admin’s privilege.  For our first meeting the Owner set up the meeting, I started the meeting and gave me recording privileges.  I selected “Record to Cloud” since I know that option lets you save ALL the files - speaker, gallery, chat, etc. which I can then access through Recordings & Transcripts. When reviewing the recording, we found that only the speaker’s view got recorded.  We don’t need the speaker’s view; we need gallery. How do we ensure that that DOES occur when I exercise the co-host on meetings that the Owner sets up?

Hi everyone!I'm trying to use Zoom's animated 3D animal avatars during live meetings, but the Avatars option is completely missing from my Zoom Workplace desktop application. Video Filters and Studio Effects are also missing. My system information:MacBook Air (M1, 2020) Apple Silicon processor macOS 27.0.1 Zoom Workplace version 7.2.22 (88465) Free Basic account Account role: Owner Location: United StatesTroubleshooting I've ALREADY completed:Confirmed Zoom is fully updated. Verified I'm signed into the correct Zoom account. Signed out, restarted Zoom, and signed back in. Tested with a completely different Zoom account. Checked the specific Avatar settings in the Zoom web portal. Checked both In Meeting (Basic) and In Meeting (Advanced) settings. Searched for Avatar and Video Filter settings in the web portal. Verified Zoom has camera permissions in macOS. Confirmed I'm using the Apple Silicon version, not Intel. Completely quit Zoom, removed the application, downloaded the latest Apple

I was hosting an event at the end of Sept that got zoom bombed with a participant drawing on the speaker's slide with an offensive image. In Host Tools, I had turned off all features for particpants except chat. And still someone was able to draw on the slide. I read that the speaker should have turned off annotation for participants, but the speakers didn't realize and I didn't know I had to ask them. I'm lodging a formal complaint that this feature is not part of the Host Tools. It needs to be. I'm canceling our account.

I have a user that keeps having to reboot her desk phone to reconnect her app.  She gets the “Unable to connect desk phone, try again later.

howdy all - Yup, I search the boards here alot, and the ol internet, and ChatGPT, Copilot, etc. I manage an enterprise AVD Gov environment. We have MacBook users (Lastest MacOS). We are unable to have successfully ZoomVDI plugins pair when connecting to any type of MS VDI service. As everyone is probably aware. Media redirection is a must have for VDI users.I even gone as far as building my own personal AVD commercial environment AND subscribed to a person W365 desktop for testing/troubleshooting. using my own personal Macbook as well. I have completely removed any work related variables.Using the latest Windows App version, Zoom VDI 7.0.10followed everything to the tee - Using the Zoom VDI client with AVD/Windows 365 on macOSVDI releases and downloadsreset TCC on the macbook many times - evern went as far as manually editing TCC to forcing access the camera/mic.I’m out of options. Thoughts?

I've been thinking about this from the perspective of online fashion events. Showing products through a camera is quite different from having people see them in person.Things like lighting, camera distance, movement and switching between speakers can completely change how the product comes across.I was looking at how brands such as Sable Vogue present formal dresses for women online, and it made me wonder whether a webinar should focus more on the actual product details or on the overall presentation experience. For anyone who has hosted product or fashion related webinars, what has worked better for you?

I have the Zoom Basic 40 Minute plan. When the popup warning me there is 10  minutes left comes up and I click on it to get it off the screen it ends my session and I have to restart the session for the last 10 minutes.  Why does this happen. It never used to.

In the previous version of Zoom, there was a simple report that showed the webinar details and listed all registrants as either attended or no show. Surely the most basic of webinar reporting requirements. Now, I can only access a report of attendees which is has 134 columns!! 😳But nothing about the No Shows.Zoom Chat Bot directs me as follows when asking for No Shows or non-attendees:“Non-attendees” usually won’t appear because the webinar reports are primarily attendee-based (people who actually joined). If you’re expecting to see people who registered but didn’t attend, that list is typically shown under registrants/registration reporting, not the attendee report.Check these two places in the web portal for the past webinar:Webinars > Previous (Past Webinars) > select the webinar > look for a Registration/Registrants report (shows who registered, including those who did not attend). The Attendee report will only include joiners. If you tell me whether your webinar required r

We have two active presenters and a tech facilitator. We want all 3 to be visible at the start of the webinar recording to say hello and again at the end to say thank you/farewell. Then, the two active presenters take turns presenting the screenshared content at various points (the tech facilitator is the host, does the screenshare, and moves the presentation slides and animations along). Ideally, the video feed in the upper righthand corner would automatically switch between them as they come off mute to do their various sections (function like active speaker). But no matter how many different view/recording setting combinations I try (and I do think I’ve tried them all), that doesn’t seem to be possible. Either it’s Active Speaker, which means you can’t see all 3 people together at the beginning (just whoever is talking), or it’s Gallery, which means I have to manually Replace Spotlight for each presenter when it’s their turn to talk.I can do that, I know the curriculum, but what wou

After the update the other day, it seems like the custom color option for whiteboard pens is gone. Has anyone found where it is?

We are integrating with the Zoom Meetings API to retrieve participant data from past meetings.According to the API documentation (Meetings APIs - API - Zoom Developer Docs): "For meetings with hundreds of participants, attendance data may take time to be generated. If participant durations are returned as 0, the request may have been made before processing completed. Wait briefly and retry."We need clarification on the following points to implement proper error handling and retry logic:1. Is it guaranteed that the endpoint will return ALL participants in the meeting with their own meeting information (join/leave time, email, status, etc.), even if their duration is 0?2. How often should we retry requests to get complete data? What is the recommended wait duration between retry attempts?3. Does this endpoint return external participants for Personal Audio Conference (PAC)?

We have a Zoom Workplace Business account with Meeting-HD Video Quality enabled. We need to confirm whether Full HD (1080p) has been activated for our account, because it looks like it is not. We're planning to record interviews locally and want to achieve the highest possible video resolution. Anyone have a contact email or phone number? The AI bot was not helpful unfortunately.

Can I select the video recording quality before starting the meeting to have a lower video size after recording?

Are you know another payment method without a credit card for payment zoom??

Good afternoon. As far as I know, Zoom meetings on the territory of Ukraine now are free, but it still works with limits of 40 min. Could you tell me the reason or how can I get it free? Thanks in advance

Recently (within the last week), when opening Zoom links (such as in calendar invites), the Zoom call will only open in the browser. Unlike before, the website does not attempt to open the meeting in the Zoom app. It's pretty annoying. What's going on?
