We're holding an online event and are not sure yet whether we will get more than 100 people. Will it be possible to send the Zoom link round. Then, if lots of people sign up, buy a one month add-on for meetings with up to 500 people - and still use the original meeting link?Many thanksClaire

A spammy online marketer keeps sending me Zoom email invites, and it's clogging up my inbox. I never subscribed to their thing and there isn't a way to unsubscribe/remove from list through the zoom invites that I can find. I don't want to block the emails because it will block all Zoom meeting invites and I do need access for work purposes. Nor do I want to just create a new folder because real meetings will get lost in the spammy jungle. Does zoom have no way to ask to be removed from someone's meetings? 

I am repeatedly receiving unsolicited emails inviting me to join meetings and automatically entering the meetings on my Outlook calendar.  These are from persons or companies I haven't heard of, or are from zoom for their training meetings.  I haven't been able to find any way to stop this.  I am so tired of regularly having to remove these meeting from my calendar and there is no option to unsubscribe from the zoom emails.  Please help.  Thank you.

For several weeks now when acting as host on a family zoom meeting when I get the 10 minute warning notice which appears in the centre of my screen, if I click the ‘X’ to close the notice the session is ended. This is a nonsense and didn’t used to happen. What is the issue?

We built a custom transfer flow that, before routing a visitor to a live agent, collects the visitor's name and email and sets the correct queue — so the specialist receives the visitor's details and lands in the right queue.Goal: For any live-agent / support handoff, collect name + email (and set the queue) BEFORE the transfer to Contact Center happens.The problem: Whenever a visitor expresses intent to reach support or a live agent (e.g. "agent", "connect with support"), a built-in curated flow named "transfer to support channel" fires automatically and immediately completes the transfer — bypassing our custom skill and flow entirely. Hi all I am new to Contact Center, I am trying to understand the hand-off of variables from ZVA (Voice) to Contact Center. In my current config the ZVA has a skill that is collecting specific user info from the caller (name, email, company-id, extension) when they ask to speak to a live agent. I have the custom fields saved to global variables. I also can see the custom variables I created in ZVA in the Contact Center variables. I have strict instructions for the agent to respond back and confirm the variables are populated with the caller info provided. I created another skill for the agent to run /transfer_to_live_agent. When the call transfers to the agent, I do not see any of my custom variables when the agent accepts the call. I have double checked that my variables are set to global, active setting for Display in Zoom Contact Center client, Display Location is both incoming notification and engagement details. I’m the Owner and only admin/user of an individual Zoom Workplace Basic account. Under Account Management > Account Settings > Meeting > Security, Meeting Passcode and PMI Passcode are locked ON at the account level. Waiting Room is also enabled.I understand Zoom requires meetings to have a security option. However, current Zoom documentation says this requirement can be satisfied by Passcode, Waiting Room, or Only authenticated users can join.I searched the Community before posting and found several older threads describing this exact issue. In one, a Community Manager referenced Zoom's May 2020 policy requiring passcodes. Starting a new meeting as a host, sent invitations for participants as usual, but when they try to join, few of them weren't able to connect video (automatically connected in "audio-only" mode). They can't see the host and host can't see them!! Why? Why only few people and why all of a sudden meeting invitation chose to connect them with audio only mode!?!

My Personal Room settings seems to have "Mute participants upon entry" set as a default because every time I turn that option off, it's selected again a few days later. I've been battling this issue for years now and it's just not practical to keep having to go into my Personal Room settings and turn off "Mute participants upon entry" every couple days. Anyone have an idea why this option keeps reverting back to being selected? 

Imagine 5 to 15 retired seniors meeting to be taught and/or discuss a subject of interest. Sometimes all parties are in their homes connecting by Zoom. Sometimes everyone except the speaker is in one room like a church social hall or the back room of a small restaurant with a large screen TV and an upgraded microphone/camera on a laptop. The problem is that most of the time there are a mix of people in the room on phones, tablets or laptops; There are also people in the room depending on a communal monitor, speaker, mike and camera to participate. Finally, there are some people trying to be in both worlds with a phone for speaker and mike, but using the monitor to see the group.  The pure groups work fine but the mixed groups have problems with not enough volume, not enough mike sensitivity and feedback. I am sure that part of the problem involves managing the layout of the groups but part of the problem is not having the right equipment. Zoom Workplace 7.1.5 on Fedora does not provide the My Notes transcription experience available on Windows and macOS. Please add Linux support and publish its roadmap status.Zoom’s documentation is currently inconsistent: the dedicated My Notes requirements exclude Linux, while the general Notes documentation and Workplace release notes describe Linux availability or Linux-visible controls. Linux cannot resize the participant screen or show more than 4 participants during sharing.  When sharing my screen or window the participant screen (video of participant) is a fixed size and cannot show more than 4 participants at one time.  When I am not sharing I have full control over the participant window and the contents are not limited to four participants. As reference:I use a single monitor. I run Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS Zoom 5.12.6 (173) Large screen monitor 3440 x 1440 Dell Latitude 5591 Any suggestions? 

Until yesterday, we had the option to download the raw transcripts from Zoom calls. Today, it has disappeared. Was it removed or moved to a different location?

Dear Zoom Billing and Account Management,I am writing to formally demand the immediate manual override and termination of my Zoom account associated with this email address: mercyekoh@outlook.com.Due to a technical UI error on your platform, I was mistakenly signed up for an Annual Plan paid in monthly installments, instead of a standard month-to-month subscription.Your self-service dashboard has locked my account into an impossible, contradictory billing loop:I cannot deactivate the plan because its annual even though the deductions are monthly. I have not used that account in the last two months so I’m debited for nothing.  I cannot terminate my account because the system states I have an active plan. When I attempt to cancel the plan, the system places me into a "pending active cancellation" status until the end of the annual term. Periodically, I receive a notification “ You have [x] recordings that will be permanently deleted on 2026-xx-xx. Click the link below to view files that will be deleted soon. You can restore any files you want to keep before deletion.”When I click on the link to the list of recordings that will be deleted unless I “recover” them, there does not appear to be an easy way to view the recording (so that I can decide whether to recover it or let it be deleted). What am I overlooking?

I’ve created a custom template under AI Companion/Custom Meeting Template. It is saved, published and accessible to the 'entire account’When I go to select this as my preferred meeting template to use and change the default template (currently set to ‘general), my template does not show up on the list to choose from.  Under the template tab ‘by my company’, the template number shows as ‘0’.I’ve looked everywhere to figure out what I’m doing wrong! Dear Zoom Support Team, I used to have a Zoom Pro account but switched to another provider due to a recurring issue I encountered. Many of my clients, especially those using Zoom for the first time or installing it for the first time, had significant difficulty joining the audio via their mobile device – specifically through the app, not using the phone network. For many users, the process of joining audio via mobile was confusing and led to frustrating delays. In several cases, I spent up to 20-30 minutes helping my clients figure out how to properly connect to the audio before we could start the actual conversation. My question is: Is there now an option when creating a Zoom meeting to allow participants to join audio only via computer or mobile app, similar to how platforms like Google Meet or FaceTime work? It would be very helpful to have the option to exclude the phone network entirely to simplify the process for my clients. I look forward to your response and

I have Zoom Workplace Pro plan.  Under Plans and Billing / Plan Management it shows I can manage “Zoom Workplace Pro” and “Large Meeting | 1,000 Participants” does this mean 1000 or 1100 participants can join the meeting----What is the maximum participants that can join a scheduled meeting?  How can I determine a scheduled meeting maximum connections?
