Customer call test help desk#(050-xxxx-xxxx).2.If customer wants to Japanese, Push 1.If customer wants to in English , Push 2.3.Hearing customer situation.4.If need, ZVA's Voice agent ask to customer for catch up detail.5.If ZVA's agent understands, he or she suggests accurate solution.6.If above's suggestion's does not fixed, Voice agent ask to customer name and mobile number.7.Can we receive from step 3 to 6 conversation's story by e-mail?8. Hello,I'm having some troubles with Zoom. For Zoom meetings, we use two cameras on our laptop: one built-in and one Logitech. The inbuilt camera functions properly, but the second camera is quite fuzzy when switching. I tried it on Microsoft Teams, and it works well there. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

Hi everyone,My app is already published on the Zoom Marketplace. I’ve enabled EU availability and turned on discoverability, and I’ve completed all the required business information fields (Business Name, Business Phone Number, last 4 digits of the business bank account, Trade Register Number, etc.).The integration works correctly for most Zoom accounts. However, I’m facing an issue specifically with Irish Zoom accounts, where an error message appears during the integration process.Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it?

Chat button won't work.  it shows but no response. Other tabs buttons work fine. Host has not disabled chat. I have tried uninstalling zoom. Re installed most recent zoom version, cleared cache, set font size to default. Tablet is android 12 zoom is most recent download. Thank you.

How do I chat on a zoom meeting when I don’t see the chat button . ?

So I've been using Zoom meetings for a long time without any issues. And then we started having problems about a week ago. I'm the host and usually I have 1 to 6 participants in a meeting. I can hear everyone absolutely fine, myself included, no echoes, nothing. However, from time to time, all the participants say that they hear echoes - echoes of their own sounds and echoes of other participants, but they hear me, the host perfectly.Anyone ever have this problem? Any guesses what could be wrong? Any help is much appreciated, because I'm just super annoyed by now (reinstalled Zoom twice already, checked everything million times, everything seems to be working fine for me, but at the same time I know that something is not okay, because this happens again and again, in different meetings with different participants)

I’m writing to seek your assistance with an issue regarding my Zoom Pro subscription. I have an active monthly subscription purchased through my Apple ID, and it correctly appears as valid in my Apple account settings. However, after being unexpectedly disconnected from a meeting, I’m no longer able to access Pro features within the Zoom application on my device. The app does not recognize my subscription and behaves as if I’m on a free plan. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Signed out and back into the Zoom app using the same email linked to my Apple subscription.Restarted the device.Ensured I’m logged into the Zoom app with the Apple ID used for the purchase.Despite these efforts, the subscription still isn’t active in the app. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this discrepancy and how to restore access to my paid features? 

Hello, I have purchased Workspace Clinician with the Clinical Notes add on.  It has been enabled on my account but I am not able to use the feature.  It does not show as an option when I am hosting a meeting.  I have tried different devices and the issue is the same.  Has anyone experienced this? 

I tried to use ZOOM in my Windows 11 PC and I cannot login because the software requires me to do an update to version 6.7.2 or higher in order to continue using ZOOM. I need to do that update but the ZOOM program asks me to do it by contacting the IT team. The message displayed on the screen is as follows: “Your app version needs to be 6.7.2 (26346) or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app.” I have ZOOM installed also in my Android smartphone, with the same ZOOM account, moshe.goldstein@mail.huji.ac.il. The ZOOM’s version of that installation is 6.7.5 (37428). Because of that, I do not have any problem to sign in to ZOOM from my smartphone.   Until now my ZOOM account  has been a Hebrew University of Jerusalem “Licensed” account. I retired from my position at the Hebrew University and I need to discontinue the “Licensed” status of my account and downgrade it to “Guest” in order to disconnect it from my past employer’s license, and then be able to do that up

We held an event using two separate links: one for the practice session and one for the official session. The practice session was successfully recorded and appeared under “Records & Transcript,” but the official session did not, even though I’m quite sure all the necessary recording settings were enabled.Is there still any way for me to recover or access the recording?

Hello.   Currently I have AI companion which I use to record and transcribe calls and feed into my AI machine to help create next steps, project plans and follow up emails.  The challenge I have is when I do not set the call up using my Zoom account or I am on TEAMS or Google Meet, I cannot get the benefits of using AI Companion.  I am thinking I need to look into another product such as OTTER, but before i do I wanted to know if any of you know if it is possible to invite the AI companion to meetings you are having outside of your zoom account and in Google Meet and Teams. I appreciate any feedback anyone can provide.

From time to time users will dial a number and it states call forbidden. They hang up the phone and dial the number again and the call completes?

Just wanted to come here to highlight Zoom's unfair auto-renewal practices. Seems like I am not the only one. Beware if you are entering a contract, Zoom will set the contract as auto-renew. You won't be able to stop it at anytime and you will be forced to pay for  the whole year. Their T&Cs actually say that Zoom will send you a notification prior to auto-renewal. I never received the notification, disputed payment as breach of contract and asked to be put in touch with the complaints department. Their communication is a joke, they take forever to reply (it's 8 months of back and forth emails with a chatbox). The result? I couldn't even find instructions to deactivate autorenew so it all ended with Zoom having to do this for me. The system is purposefully hard so that Zoom can profit and take advantage from its users. A very good platform but 0 stars from a customer service level from me. Bye Zoom, hello Teams.

Does anyone know how to move the ZVA on your website? I have looked and looked and I can’t figure it out. I just need to move it slightly because it is conflicting with something else on our site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't find an answer anywhere here, so asking the community. I have been using Zoom for several years, and over the past month or so the audio stopped working when sharing a video using 'Share Screen'. I teach English 1-to-1 on Zoom, and often use YouTube videos as part of the lesson. Before anyone asks, I have updated and reinstalled Zoom, and the problem is happening on both Windows and Mac.I have "share sound" selected, and have tried using "optimise for video sharing" as well as not optimising (never used to need to do this)I am using a Platronics mic and have this as the system audio, (as always) for mic and headphones.I thought it might be a copyright thing, and tried it with Spotify, and it doesn't work with that either, nor does it with iTunes music. It's really impacting my lessons, and it's annoying because I'm paying for Zoom yet I'm not getting what I need. It's worked for years and suddenly it stopped working... I am the host on our zoom mtg. I am out of town and don’t know how to have someone start meeting if I can’t. I paid for zoom account but our teacher needs to be able to start meeting without me. How do I do that? 

Are there logs in the Zoom web portal where I can see if there were any outages where we may have lost connectivity briefly? We had some internet issues.and one area reported they had intermittent outages with Zoom Phone  even though we have local survivability. They also reported they were missing call recordings that appeared later.Thank you in advance.

After payment was done till now zoom is not upgrade why??

I work for a law firm and there are several courts that publish their zoom meeting links to join and either watch or participate. We have a polycom system that is connected to a zoom account. The polycom can connect to Zoom meetings either manually, or ones added to the account calendar. We would like to add these public meetings to our zoom calendar. I have tried taking the link and putting it in the outlook calendar connected to the zoom account. The meetings never show in zoom. I have tested the link and I can create meetings that sync and end up in outlook. I can invite that zoom account to meetings another creates and that ends up in zoom meetings and the outlook calendar. But I have tried manually adding the meeting to the outlook calendar, and tried inviting that outlook account to a event using that public zoom link. Zoom isnt seeing the link or something.How do I add these public meetings to our zoom calendar?

I tried to get into two zoom meetings yesterday (both invites from the same organization).  Identical to weekly meetings I’ve been zooming for almost six years.I was taken to the meeting site, and could see the others...but just for a brief moment.  Then a screen went up and said my device could not enter the network.My laptop is the same one that has been on the other zoom calls...and I have made no changes to it since last week’s meetings.Anyone got any advice?

Hi, I am trying to convert my meeting recording that was a 2-hour long session with a 1 partner and it is very slow. In the last 30-minutes it has gone to 4%. I have no idea where the file is going to try what the AI suggested. Is this likely to work where it is going so slow?  I really do not want to record this again so trying to help it along while it is still trying.  Guess next time I use the cloud!
