Blind Sports & Recreation Vic. is NFP organisation and we are continually having problems with our blind community people trying to log in to our meetings and events we set up.  Zoom does not seem to be user friendly for people who are blind and often change or move tabs or layouts.  The biggest problem we have is how to set up meetings that are easy for them to log into from computer, mobile or land line phones.  Can anyone help us?

So I've been using Zoom meetings for a long time without any issues. And then we started having problems about a week ago. I'm the host and usually I have 1 to 6 participants in a meeting. I can hear everyone absolutely fine, myself included, no echoes, nothing. However, from time to time, all the participants say that they hear echoes - echoes of their own sounds and echoes of other participants, but they hear me, the host perfectly.Anyone ever have this problem? Any guesses what could be wrong? Any help is much appreciated, because I'm just super annoyed by now (reinstalled Zoom twice already, checked everything million times, everything seems to be working fine for me, but at the same time I know that something is not okay, because this happens again and again, in different meetings with different participants)

This is a cloud recording. I can view the video in the Zoom portal.  When I download the MP4, I only get audio.  I tried downloading with the shared link, Zoom download button.  I played the video in VLC, windows media player.  Same result. 

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help me with an issue I am having. When I am setting up meetings, regardless of whether or not they are one-offs or recurring, I am having lots of problems with my clients. The two problems I have are: 1. When clients enter a meeting, the 'admit' button doesn't show - so I've no way at all of letting them into the room. Usually I have to end the meeting and start again before it will work. 2. When clients go to enter our meeting, they cannot connect because they receive a message saying I am already in a meeting. But the meeting I am in is the one in which they are meant to be connecting to. For my settings I use a waiting room and allow admittance for participants at any time, so I am confused as to why I have so many issues. Any ideas? Many thanks,Andy

hello --- I run large multi-lingual programs using live interpreters where the majority of the content is in English, but some sections are in German. I have an English-speaking participant who relies heavily on the live transcripts for our sessions. Is there any way within zoom to output an English transcript from the interpretation channel when the language spoken in the main room is German? I’m open to other non-zoom solutions to this as well!Thanks!

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

I'm using the Zoom client app on macOS and I have two valid Zoom accounts; one I use for an organization and the other is my personal free one.  The latter used to be linked to a different Email address which I've since deleted, but when in the Zoom app and when I click on my account icon in the upper right hand corner and select the "Switch account" option, I see three accounts ... the two valid ones and a 3rd for the now nonexistent Email address. There's not a Zoom account for the invalid address because I changed the Email address for my person account to the now good one, so I have no way to log into Zoom with the old address to delete the account. I'm just looking for a way to remove that from showing up in the client app.

I had a meeting today and i was expecting that i will receive the meeting notes after the meeting but it never came. Is it possible for me to retrive the meeting notes? Is it automatically stored somewhere on my system?

I need to upgrader my zoom partipitations strength to 300. Please help

I have an event with recurring sessions with different topics. I would like to pull a registration report for a specific event where I can see who registered, the custom questions I added, how many minutes they attended the session, and the attendance. These are the options I’ve tried:Event Analytics>People Tab> Sessions and registration attendance table>Selecting the specific session and downloading the CSV X This does not show the custom questions I asked for during registration.  Going to custom report and selecting attended sessions and event attendance then selecting the columns with the registration questions.  X Depending on my selections, this shows everyone who registered for the event or only the people who attended the event and I need to see all who registered.  I could pull a general report, but I would hope I could save some time pulling a custom report and not have to delete the other rows of information I don’t need. 

Participant can’t get her video to work in our meeting. The video icon on bottom left in the her meeting screen showed it was on but in the meeting she was represented with a schematic icon of a camera with a slash through it. How does she get her camera to work? She has an HP computer and the camera light is on. I’m running the meeting on my Apple MacBook and have the latest zoom workbook app. 

Just wanted to share this in case anyone else runs into the same issue, because this was driving me kinda crazy lol.Recently my camera in Zoom started taking forever to turn on. Every time I clicked Start Video, it would stay gray for like 5-8 seconds before the video actually showed up. Sometimes I would even get a "Connection Failed" error and the camera wouldnt start at all.The weird part was my camera itself seemed totally fine. If I opened the Windows Camera app, the built-in camera opened right away. I also tried an external USB webcam in Zoom and had the SAME delay, so it didnt really seem like a bad webcam.My laptop specs btw:Intel Core Ultra 9 185H 32GB RAM Intel Arc Graphics Windows 64-bitI updated Zoom, Windows/firmware, restarted the computer, closed OBS and anything else that might use the camera, turned off video effects, etc. Nothing really fixed it.I also timed it a few times. At one point Start Video was taking:8.49s / 8.20s / 8.55s / 7.82s / 7.48sSo it wasnt just rand

In the meeting I want to get the transcripts without recording the meeting. I tried by turning on the caption but at no point did I get the choice/button for transcript. Please help. Thanks!

I periodically receive notifications that Zoom recordings or files that will be deleted. When I click on the meeting recordings link in the message I am taken to a webpage showing the recordings that will be automatically deleted unless I click on recover.I would like to easily get to the relevant recording so that I can determine if the recording is worth saving or if I should simply let it be deleted.  (If is it worth saving, I will download the recording files to my computer and then delete them from the Zoom storage so that I stop getting notifications about that recording from Zoom.)I am unable find a simple way to get to the recording.  Any suggestions?

Like I said I want my zoom phone to forward always but it just says when I’m busy will forward which is stupid…

howdy all - Yup, I search the boards here alot, and the ol internet, and ChatGPT, Copilot, etc. I manage an enterprise AVD Gov environment. We have MacBook users (Lastest MacOS). We are unable to have successfully ZoomVDI plugins pair when connecting to any type of MS VDI service.As everyone is probably aware. Media redirection is a must have for VDI users.I even gone as far as building my own personal AVD commercial environment AND subscribed to a person W365 desktop for testing/troubleshooting. using my own personal Macbook as well. I have completely removed any work related variables.Using the latest Windows App version, Zoom VDI 7.0.10followed everything to the tee - Using the Zoom VDI client with AVD/Windows 365 on macOSVDI releases and downloadsreset TCC on the macbook many times - evern went as far as manually editing TCC to forcing access the camera/mic.I’m out of options. Thoughts?

We use Aver TR313V2 cameras in our zoom rooms. The ipad can control them, but preset 1 on the ipad calls preset 0 on the camera. This would be fine, but the crestron equipment we use to control the room functions sees preset 1 as preset 1. We are trying to avoid setting the same presets twice to use both control setups. Is there a way to get the iPad to see preset 1 as the preset 1 as well?

When you have an HDMI connected to the Zoom Room for content the controller adds an HDMI button. This wastes space and makes the screen just that more cluttered considering the existing Share button provides the esact same function while also providing options for sharing wirelessly. I would love to disable the HDMI button but cannot find an option to do so. I am hoping I am just missing it.

Hello! We have multiple users apart of a Call Queue who should receive calls normally, however there are other members in this call queue that don’t necessarily need to hear when the line is ringing but would still like to know that there are calls coming in and having the ability to answer them if necessary. Is it currently possible to disable the ringtone for specific users in the call queue group, while still maintaining the function of seeing calls coming in and being able to pick them up if necessary?  I know there is a “Receive Calls Status” that will turn off ringing & seeing who is calling, but I can’t find a specific setting to turn off/adjust the ring tone for each member in the call queue group. This would be extremely helpful!! I also attempted to change the ring tone of the lines on my desk phone, but that did not work unfortunately.
