Hi everyone,Is anyone else experiencing an issue where annotations drawn from an iPad onto a Windows PC's shared screen keep disappearing instantly?The Problem: Host: Windows PC (sharing screen, Zoom v7.1.5) Participant: iPad (annotating via View Options > Annotate, latest Zoom app version) Behavior: When an iPad user draws/writes on the shared screen, the strokes vanish/erase immediately. We have to trace over or rewrite the exact same line 3–4 times before the line finally stays visible. What we've already tried: Confirmed "Vanishing Pen" is NOT turned on. Updated both Windows client (v7.1.5) and iPadOS app to the latest versions. Toggled "Optimize for video clip" on/off during screen share. Toggled Hardware Acceleration settings on the Windows host. Cleared Zoom cache and performed a full re-installation. Tested across multiple iPads—same behavior on all of them. It seems like a real-time input sync/rendering issue between iPadOS touch input and the Windows desktop

Has anyone used Morse code as a short interactive activity during a Zoom workshop, webinar, or online class?I'm looking for ideas that could work with beginners. For example, a presenter could display a simple word or phrase in Morse code and have participants decode it, or participants could practise sending short messages using audio tones.It seems like this could be an interesting way to make an online session more interactive while also introducing participants to an alternative communication system.For preparation, a browser-based tool such as https://morsecodereader.com/ can be useful for converting words into Morse code and practising the corresponding dots and dashes.Has anyone tried something similar during a Zoom session? I'd be interested in hearing what worked well, particularly for groups of students or larger workshops.

I've tried , multiple times  looking for the scissors icon to trim a cloud recording but can't seem to find it.Im owner and host of the zoom account.Any idea what went wrong ?

How can I integrate Zoom for Mac with iCal so that when I schedule a new meeting using the Zoom app, it automatically opens iCal? This was a feature I've been using for years on my old MacBook, but on the most recent version of Zoom Version: 6.3.6 (47101) it appears to no longer be an option.

Hello everyone. I am trying to plan a meeting starting at 6:15 PM on the webportal. The drop down menu only has 30-minutes options, which I'm aware of. I can manually type in the exaxt starting time but Zoom doesn't take the changes made. It returns to 6:00 PM as the starting time. Does anyone know how to handle this? Thanks, Liva

Hi Folks.I want to get familiar with Zoom VoIP Phone System and become a support administrator. I come from an Asterisk based phone system background, but I’m looking to shift my focus towards Zoom’s VoIP phone system.Typically, with an Asterisk phone system, you can download the software locally, install and configure it, register a phone to the system, and then set up a SIP trunk etc etc but I believe this is different with Zoom that you can’t exactly download this package and get it going on a local server for example, would this be correct? Can you point me in the right direction to learn about Zoom and become a support administrator of this phone system?

I record often and since just this week, my RECORD button is no longer where it used to be. It used to be between SUMMARY and REACTIONS in the lower bar in the zoom meeting window. I've looked for ways to add it back, but have had no luck. Any help?

I’ve created a custom template under AI Companion/Custom Meeting Template. It is saved, published and accessible to the 'entire account’When I go to select this as my preferred meeting template to use and change the default template (currently set to ‘general), my template does not show up on the list to choose from.  Under the template tab ‘by my company’, the template number shows as ‘0’.I’ve looked everywhere to figure out what I’m doing wrong! Any and all help appreciated.I have a Pro license.  

It says only meetings in the selected time range will appear. You can see more meetings by updating the time range.I can find absolutely no way of updating this. And I can see no tuition on how to do it.Can somebody tell me how to do this?I found it much easier when we could just see all of our booked-in meetings.I don't know why this has changed.If you can help me that would be great and many thanks.

Can you please advise how I can sync with ICal as it is not working anymore and causing much additional effort at the moment. I do not use outlook or google and want to use apple calendar. The seemless sync was one of the main reasons choosing Zoom. Could you please help? Me and my clients are really frustrated.

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.

I am doing a virtual baby shower for my daughter. I purchased games that only work with zoom . I upgraded my account. My question is how do I download the games for my meeting?

With a recurring monthly committee meeting, is there a way to provide access for a guest/non-committee member to attend a single instance of the monthly meeting - without giving the guest the actual recurring meeting link (or having access to the link once inside the meeting)?  As in the guest would be invited to sit in for one monthly meeting instance, before being admitted to the group.  Hope this is clear. thanks!
