English Transcript from Interpretation Channels?

hello --- I run large multi-lingual programs using live interpreters where the majority of the content is in English, but some sections are in German. 
I have an English-speaking participant who relies heavily on the live transcripts for our sessions. Is there any way within zoom to output an English transcript from the interpretation channel when the language spoken in the main room is German?

I’m open to other non-zoom solutions to this as well!
