Zoom Usability for people who are blind or vision impaired

Blind Sports & Recreation Vic. is NFP organisation and we are continually having problems with our blind community people trying to log in to our meetings and events we set up.  Zoom does not seem to be user friendly for people who are blind and often change or move tabs or layouts.  The biggest problem we have is how to set up meetings that are easy for them to log into from computer, mobile or land line phones.  Can anyone help us?

Hello @Blind Sports - Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your question. In order for us to best help you, please email our Accessibility team at access@zoom.us. They would love to know more about what platform you’re experiencing these issues with (iOs, Windows, Mac, dial in). They’d be happy to share over other resources and demos as well. Hope this helps!
