Lead source not functioning

HI, 

initially when we installed zoom we had initial source as zoom webinar for leads and contacts created by Zoom webinar user. It is now blank and not able to find any solutions on mapping the field. any assistance would be very helpful

This sounds more like a CRM question. What software is your “lead source” in?

thank you for responding @Ray_Harwood . currently the leads and contacts created by Zoom webinar shows blank value in Lead source field. but it was showing Zoom webinar when we initially installed a year ago. I am not sure what has changed but its showing blank value. we could build a custom solution in sfdc but I want to check if there is a ootb feature from Zoom would bridge this.

So back to my original response: I think the issue isn’t with Zoom, it’s with SFDC/Salesforce. It’s unlikely you’ll find an answer here on integrating Salesforce with Zoom, though you might check out the Developers Forum at https://devforum.zoom.us/.
