We are a small church that has been having "hybrid" church services via Zoom for the last year. Everything was good until we replaced our laptop, and now any time more than one person speaks together (as in group prayers), or there is music in the church, the folks on Zoom just hear silence. We have tried using the "original sound" feature, but it doesn't help.
Our previous laptop ran Windows 10, and our new one has Windows 11. We use an external camera with mic (Spedal 920PRO).
We also experienced a problem wherein the audio was delayed by 10 or 15 seconds, both with someone speaking on Zoom being heard in the church, and the audio in the church being heard on Zoom. This stopped when we switched the audio input from the mic on the external camera to the laptop mic. The video did not have a delay, and it wasn't choppy like when the internet freezes. (This also since we started using the Windows 11 machine.)

Dear @2uOmaha ,
nowadays new laptops, audio drivers and operating systems also offer noise filtering or beam-forming capabilities.
Therefore, when it comes to audio settings, nowadays you have to check in at least two places.

No need to go back to windows 10.
Here is insight to setting up original sound.

Note that original sound has to be turned on in 2 places. Don't forget to click the Original Sound for Musicians button to toggle this on or off in the top-left corner of the meeting window. Also, check your OS for audio enhancements and be sure they are turned off.
If this works please click accept as a solution.

Here's our "resolution" -- we installed Windows 10 on the new laptop and everything is working now. Before doing that, we tried every combination of Zoom settings, and loading the latest versions of all the drivers for the new computer.

I am experiencing the same issue. We are also on Windows11.
I don't have the luxury of going back to Windows 10.
Is there no solution to this issue?

We have the same problem, replacing an aging Windows 10 laptop with a newer Windows 11 laptop (actually three different ones). All audio is connected to Zoom through an audio mixer. Voice from all microphones works perfectly, but with piano and guitar, the sound is cut-off after an initial hint of sound. I have tried every available audio setting in Zoom. Reverting to the Windows 10 laptop everything works perfectly regardless of the Zoom audio settings.
