Pushing out event reminder

Hi team

when I manually resend an event confirmation and click the check box to the left of Registrations - does  this go to all registered attendees or just the ones featured on the first page of registrants - see photo.

Also having problems with reminders to panellists and registrants not going as specified i.e. 1 week, 1 day, 1 hour.

Only it goes to the first page of registrants. If you go next page, again it will ask to select. 

Default 1 week, 1 day, 1-hour reminder is not selected. Open your Event and select Email settings, Edit reminder email to panelists and attendees option. select all three reminders and save it.
