virtual background is not loading to my new laptop

Hello, I tried loading my virtual background on my new laptop (although it has been enabled).  I am getting a message that says that this system does not support virtual background.  How do I fix this?

Thank you so much for your reply bob.  According to the error message, my system does not support virtual backgrounds.  Any suggestions on how to check my system to find out for sure?

Thank you.  If it does not have the capacity to show the virtual background I will have to find a work around
