Zoom Error 13224 - Unable to Join the Meeting

I experience this error when I try to start a meeting or join meetings now. It says "Unable to Join the Meeting" Error Code: 13224. What could I do for this? I have a Zoom user license now. I have tried sending a report but nothing has changed. My devices are a desktop and Android phone. The error shows on both devices.

Hi Creola, your response is not really helpful since its said cannot provide a comprehensive solution. at least share why this issue arose and what Zoom can do to resolve this, please!

 

I also received this error code yesterday. have sent multiple reports, but no response yet. I am a Zoom pro plan, just subscribed on 28 August, but I cannot use my Zoom as a host nor join a meeting. 

No help at all, we paid for a year subscription, we need a proper assistance
