Vicious circle of automatic update -- no login


I attempted to login to schedule a meeting. I was informed that I could NOT log in because I did not have the latest version. All of the so-called "Help" under the AI-generated "support" of course tell you to log in and go to settings and check for updates. But of course I can't login so I'm completely stuck. Also I'm just an individual (on the Pro plan), so the advice to contact my "Administrator" (that's me, I guess) is absolutely no help either. Plus I learn that the Pro plan is just below the threshold of being able to talk with an actual person, so I'm completely in a bind. Does anybody know how to unravel this mess? Thanks.
