Unable to choose a Virtual Background

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can help me - I do not have a green screen, and it seems my system requirements are not allowing for a virtual background. Here are the specs:

Device name DESKTOP-J82P7NH
Processor AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (13.9 GB usable)
Device ID 057135AD-8372-474A-A844-9CE95135BE5D

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

if your computer does not meet the requirement and you don’t want to upgrade the computer there’s little you can do in Zoom to fix it.

One approach you may want to investigate is using a virtual camera. If you find a virtual camera that supports virtual backgrounds it might be a work around.

The signal flow would be something like

Actual camera > virtual camera > Zoom

This approach will require you to do testing to see if it can work.
