Turning Outlook email into a Zoom meeting appointment


Hi all,

At previous place of work I used to have Zoom as a part of my Outlook experience (i honestly don't remember if it was plugin or add-in - I'm not so big on these details) on my PC. And it used to be an option there - as you read an email - press the button at the top and turn the email into Zoom appointment. It would propose the same people to be in this meeting and will add Zoom information (link, etc.) right on top of the email chain.

I can't make anything similar currently at my new workplace. I have a Zoom add-in but it only let's me to start a new appointment from scratch. How do I fix it? Is it still an option?
