Recorded Meeting

I recorded a Board Meeting in April and I was out of town but used the same computer I use for every meeting.  I cannot open the Board Meeting due to the fact that it says it was recorded on a different computer, but it was not.  I use the same computer every time.  Error Code 124

I need to do the minutes for the meeting.  Why did this happen?  How can I fix?

Thank you

Hello,

You are either not signed in to the Zoom desktop client, or you are signed in using a different email address or Zoom account.

Resolution

Check which account you are signed in to, and sign in to the one that created the local recording.

  1. In the top-right corner of the Zoom web portal, click your profile picture.
  2. Take note of your email address.
  3. Open the Zoom desktop app.
  4. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture (or initials).
  5. Take note of your email address and compare it with the one you noted in the Zoom web portal in step 3.

Note: You may need to click the Show email icon [insert icon] if it’s currently hidden.

  6. If the email addresses are different, sign out of the account that doesn’t have the local recording, and sign back in with the one you are trying to access.

  7. Return to your Local Recordings in the Zoom web portal to view the recording.

If you receive error code 124 in a different situation, submit a request to Zoom Support.

Regards
