Meetings Not Showing on Invitee Calendars

Some meeting invitees do not see the Zoom invite on their calendar after accepting the Zoom meeting.

Does anyone know if that is a setting associated with the my Zoom invite? or the invitee's calendar settings?

Hello @sowens,
My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! This would be a setting on the invitees machines. They may want to configure the integration again with the calendar system of their choice by going to their profile page > calendars and contacts > configure.

Hi Brandon, I have a variation of the issue.  I invite a few of my colleagues to meetings.  Up until about 4 months ago there was no issue.  Now, sometimes, they do not receive the calendar invite, sometimes they do, which is causing considerable confusion - this is very unreliable.  Any suggestions?  Thanks, Rob 

You can send the Zoom invite and ensure it is received using Salepager(dot)com
