I installed the Kahoot! app a few weeks ago and just logged in to test it out before my meeting but it was not in my Apps. I had to reinstall it which is no big deal but just wondering why that would happen?

I'm sorry to hear that you had to reinstall the application. My initial thought was that you may have signed in to a different Zoom account than the one you are currently using. I also believe it may be some bad app cache, in which case uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom desktop client might do the trick.
