Issue with Zoom recording


Hi There, I utilize an integration between my company's internal ATS (Workable) and Zoom. When I set the hiring manager up for their calls, I schedule through Workable, and although I am on the invite, I'm not actually a part of the meeting. There has been a change recently, where the hiring manager is no longer able to record their meetings. They get an error message letting them know that they can't claim to be the host without a host key. This change happened out of the blue, and to my knowledge, my settings allow recordings. What can I do to solve this issue?
