H1n - Can't enter in settings mode

Hi, I have a problem with Recorder H1n, version 1.21

When I press the bin button and power button, doesn't appear the Settings menu. If I change the batteries, it doesn't appear to change the date and even select the batteries. The first time that I switched on the recorder, appeared only the date to choose, nothing else.
I think that is not normal, right? On the official site I see that the last version was 1.19. Maybe is a firmware problem? Because in this condition, I can't choose how to name the files, the correct type of batteries, etc.
