Getting disconnected after joining meeting

From past 1 week I have been getting disconnected from zoom meeting when the host or co -host starts sharing screen. My zoom is updated version. I hav being using my Apple phone to join the meeting.

 

But today I joined the meeting by using my old Android phone and there was no issue today. What must be the reason ??

Hi Kavs,

It sounds like your Apple phone can't handle the increased performance requirements when screen sharing is enabled. You could try reinstalling the Zoom app and then rebooting your phone to see if that helps. If it doesn't, you may need to wait for the next Zoom update for a fix or continue using your Android phone.
