ERROR CODE 1001, user does not an email address that worked for two weeks already


TechConnect Zoom took me to my student zoom meeting for the first two weeks, but now, instead, it gives me error code 1001, user does not exist (same email listed under People in Canvas). Why did it stop recognizing me?  Also, maybe connected to this somehow: anytime I log out of my professor account and try to log back in under my student account, Canvas always takes me to my professor version of Canvas rather than to the class where I am a student.  For the first two weeks, they were separated.  Now, either email takes me only to my professor Canvas site. 

How can I fix this?
