Added user access to recordings and reports


My boss has added me to his zoom account. I need to have access to recordings and reports to make summaries of past events. What are the settings that he needs to enable for this to happen?

Your boss will have to give you a level of admin access to the account in order to view these items. Under user roles, he can give you the default admin permissions which will open up more settings than necessary or he can create a custom role. If creating a custom role he should grant you "View" access to "Recording Management" and "Usage Reports".
