Access other user recordings we were on?

Can I get a copy of a cloud zoom recording directly from zoom instead of the user who recorded our session (because they don't want to share their recording of us)?

No. Cloud recordings are only available to the account holder and whom they authorise on their account.
Data Protection Rules would never allow it
