I have zoom sessions plan with 500 attendee capacity. I recently scheduled a webinar. As per the attendee report, there were 405 total attendees (incl. speakers, hosts, attendees). However, many registrants reported that they got the "session capacity has been reached" message when they tried to join the webinar. The actual attendee count at that time was around 350. So, it was confusing why they got the capacity full message.
Is there any report that gives details about how many attendees were actually live in session and how many were in the lobby waiting to be let in?

Hi @pmimumbai You can try looking on the Dashboard<Webinars<Past Webinars<Webinar Details (Click on the webinar name). Before downloading the report click on the ⚙️ icon (on the right) under Participants tab and select the fields that you wish to extract.
This report also has information on attendees in Waiting Room; which may help you get the required data.
Just to clarify, that there was no registration limit assigned to this webinar; since you mentioned that users were on waiting room.
Hope this helps!
