Hyperlinks in Follow Up Emails

Can someone tell me if hyperlinks in Follow Up emails are still not available? We do multiple webinars throughout the year and send out the recordings (these are edited and uploaded to vimeo) with the follow up email. It looks so unprofessional to have to add the full vimeo link rather than hyperlink.

An example is given when you first go to the template but that doesn't work either

a href=http://www.example.com>Example</a>

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello @david2171

I spoke to the Webinar team, and you can edit your webinar email templates, but you must know that you need to have experience in HTML, CSS, and/or Freemarker coding to make those customizations.

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065074 this article covers on how to go about it, but does not go into the coding part of it, because Zoom relies on the person doing the change/edit to the Webinar follow up emails to know Coding already. I hope that this helps.

Thanks,

Hello @david2171

I am checking on this for Webinars, but I know that you can use hyperlinks in Zoom events.

I will get back to you if I can find the answer to your question. I may need to do some digging or speak to the Webinar team here at Zoom.

Thanks,
