I have a new laptop and all updates are installed, light on but no video.
I had no problems with Zoom last week but today I was on a call and everyone was on video but me. I just called our help desk and they have confirmed everything is up to date - all updates are installed. I've been using Zoom for two years and know the obvious settings. Our teenage son took a look and he thinks there's a problem with Zoom.
Is there someone I can talk to? Any suggestions?
I doubt it's a hardware issue as the laptop is only four weeks old.
