Is there a Report that would provide Meeting Attendees, with Attendee User Full Registered Name, Contact details (E-mail and or Phone)? I noticed that our Report options for meetings located under:ADMIN > Account Management > Reports > Meetings > Only offers the following options: Registration, Poll  and Survey. We were advised to use the following report as a solution; ADMIN > Dashboard > Meetings (Tab at the top of Page) > Past Meetings (Tab) > Enter Meeting ID  > Search Is there a cleaner straight forward report available that provides the following in one combined report:Attendee Full Name ( instead of user nick name, short name or such)Time In Meeting with the Waiting Room Status /  Join / Start /Leave /  End Meeting Status combined in one instance instead of Multiple instances in the report.Poll Results included with the Attendee Report

I was just billed for another year but I don’t use the service and would like to request a refund.  How do I go about requesting this?

Regularly, people say "BRB" and then have to write "Ok Back", especially if video is off.  Would be helpful to just have a "BRB" status you can flip on that shows in the participants pane and the video window that you can turn off when you are back.  Bonus points for adding a custom message, like "BRB - 5 min" or "BRB - grabbing a glass of water"

We have been virtually hosting a national cohort of grades 6-12 History-Social Science teachers working on a common body of lessons focused on historical sites around the U.S. that are related to "The Fight for Equal Rights". So our teachers are from local areas of each site, MLK National Park in Georgia, Women's Rights National Park in Upstate New York, Stonewall Inn Historic Site in Greenwich Village New York, Cesar Chavez National Park in Kern County CA, and Angel Island Immigration Station State Park in SF Bay CA.   Previously of course, we'd all travel to a central location to gather and conduct much of our lesson planning and coaching, we are now doing it remotely via Zoom meetings and some supporting digital curriculum tools. In the end, we've been able to continue to make the process of matching content and historical specialists, with digital learning design specialists alongside exceptional classroom teachers from across the U.S. the REAL FOCUS thanks to this technology.

I only use Zoom for a yoga class. Recently bought a new iPad and now when I log in my picture only shows head and shoulders no matter how far away I sit. My yoga teacher needs to see all of me. I’m sure it’s something simple but am not techy and am 74 years old. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi team, I have a recorded meeting from about a month ago that I’m trying to watch now, but it shows as expired. Is there any way we can recover or access the recording, please?

I run a registered charity globally and I have a zoom licence, however we are growing and having drop ins around the country, could I have more than one user (i.e I have 5 or so employees) could I get them to schedule zoom meeting throughout the week in other locations at different times?  For example Ben in London might benefit from a Zoom drop in on a Thursday evening…..

I set my zoom background to a solid color (purple) and now I cannot change it back to "none." I can't even find the way I set it to purple in the first place. I only have the option to choose an image, none or blurred. When I choose an image it does update my background but if I go back to "none" it goes back to the purple. I've updated and restarted, deleted the app and re-downloaded. Any suggestions would be so appreciated.

Hey everyone,I recently upgraded to a new laptop from Techyest for remote work and ever since the switch I've been noticing that my Zoom video quality drops during longer calls, especially when screen sharing. My internet connection is stable and other apps work fine.I've already tried lowering the video resolution in Zoom settings but the issue persists. Could this be a driver issue or a Zoom setting I'm missing?Would love to hear if anyone else has experienced this after switching to a new machine!

I simply asked why they were refunded while my case is being denied, and requested a specific explanation.Instead, I was told that nothing could be done and my case was closed without my consent. Please do not send me another standard response about the non-refundable policy. Hello,I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation and refund of my annual Zoom subscription.I intended to purchase a monthly plan only, but I accidentally selected the annual plan during the payment process. I had no intention of subscribing to or maintaining an annual plan for one year.As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately canceled the subscription. However, my account currently shows that the cancellation will not take effect until September 7, 2027.I want to make it clear that I do not agree to continue the annual subscription until September 7, 2027, and I do not authorize any further recurring or automatic charges during this period.Since the annual plan was selected by mistake and I requested cancellation immediately after discovering the error, I formally request that Zoom:Cancel my annual subscription immediately. Stop all future automatic and recurring charges associated with this annual subscription.I only intended to use Zoom for one month. This an

Error codes: NoneDevice type: MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.0Zoom version: 5.16.6Details:  Am I losing my mind, or is it not possible to define/replace ZOOM keyboard shortcuts using the Mac laptop keyboard? I can set them up on my computer using an extended keyboard with keypad. But if I attempt to replace an existing shortcut (like to mute/unmute the audio or display/hide the my video) it won't allow me to edit the shortcut. If I access the app using Screen Sharing, I can change only the shortcuts using ONLY the other keys - like Home or End.  Is this defined anywhere? Do you need to use an extended keyboard in order to change/modify keyboard shortcuts? I didn't seen this mentioned anywhere. Or is there a Mac setting that would prohibit me from editing them? Thanks,GMAN55

Hi, is there a way to increase the visibility of of text on CX Analytics Dashboards that are added to digital signage. As this is displayed on a TV that is mounted it is hard to see the details on y axis, leaderboard and tables views. This is for a laptop with Zoom Rooms that is connected to a TV monitor, this laptop only displays a few dashboards that switch when displaying on the monitor. I have limited the amount of widgets on the dashboard and increased the widget sizes however the text does not scale only the visualizations. Increasing the resolution on the laptop screen does not help but wanted to check if there is a way or open feature request to have an option to change font sizes?
