Solved

THIS IS RELATED TO TRYING TO LOG IN.Under zoom.com and zoom.us I do not see LOG IN anywhere and it's been frustrating to have to keep clicking on anything and everything to finally get to my dashboard! Sheesh. Has (1) anyone else had this issue and (2) why is it so hard to reach someone in customer service to get them to fix it? Anyone know if there's a live chat somewhere to be able to connect with them? Weird thing is a few months ago "Log In" was always there when I went to either of the two main websites that I noted above. Now it's gone.

Hello,I'm having some troubles with Zoom. For Zoom meetings, we use two cameras on our laptop: one built-in and one Logitech. The inbuilt camera functions properly, but the second camera is quite fuzzy when switching. I tried it on Microsoft Teams, and it works well there. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

I created General App with Admin-managed level. But users cannot authorize this app to use. How to give permissions to users?- The reason why I created Admin-managed level application   User-managed level application doesn’t include scope “phone:write:sms_message”.Please help me this issue.

i want to traduce this meeting in word

I signed up for what I thought was a monthly subscription to Zoom, but it’s only billed monthly. It’s an annual subscription, which I don’t want. I need to talk to a human, but the virtual agent keeps telling me to sign in, which I did. How do I get help from a human directly? Thanks!

I tried to use ZOOM in my Windows 11 PC and I cannot login because the software requires me to do an update to version 6.7.2 or higher in order to continue using ZOOM. I need to do that update but the ZOOM program asks me to do it by contacting the IT team. The message displayed on the screen is as follows: “Your app version needs to be 6.7.2 (26346) or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app.” I have ZOOM installed also in my Android smartphone, with the same ZOOM account, moshe.goldstein@mail.huji.ac.il. The ZOOM’s version of that installation is 6.7.5 (37428). Because of that, I do not have any problem to sign in to ZOOM from my smartphone.   Until now my ZOOM account  has been a Hebrew University of Jerusalem “Licensed” account. I retired from my position at the Hebrew University and I need to discontinue the “Licensed” status of my account and downgrade it to “Guest” in order to disconnect it from my past employer’s license, and then be able to do that up

Hello, we need custom questions to be added within the normal registration form in a particular order. At the moment they fall at the bottom of the form which breaks the logical flow of questions.Any chance we can add this feature please? I know custom forms can be built but other vendors like ON24 offers this off the shelf and we are used to it. Thank you!

I just created Zoom account today.  Where can I find the Zoom password for my account?  The password I can tell others to use when joining my Zoom meeting.  I don't see it in my Zoom Profile.

Does anyone have a similar problem, what should I do?😭 Every now and then, when I connect to a conference without a specified start time, I am not visible in the waiting room (and if at that moment I create my own conference, no one is visible in the waiting room). Everything is fine with my device (connecting from another device also does not work), the Internet is great, the application is updated to the latest version (and I also tried deleting it and downloading it again), Windows, BIOS, drivers, etc. are also updated to the latest version. I even created a second account - nothing helps in instantly resolving the situation. The support service does not help me at all, they write monotonous advice and nothing helps!😡

I have a HubSpot form that is meant to register people to a Zoom webinar using the meeting ID. I have three of these forms and three different webinars active. For some of the forms on HubSpot there is no errors with a specific contact registering. However for the same contact on just a different webinar I am getting this error back from HubSpot and the workflow is not completing: "Got User not found error from Zoom API".All the zoom webinar ID’s are correct. The Zoom integration in HubSpot can see all three webinars and can sync to them. The strangest part is that the user with the same email can register for one webinar no problem but the other two return the error.

Hello, I work in a library and some of our (senior citizen and otherwise lonely) customers have asked if there is a way to find zoom events that are just generally open to the public. I have read about how to list events on a public calendar, but I can't seem to find a way to access the public calendar from a basic/free account. Thank you!

Every time I try to join a meeting, even one of my own,  I get this screen:I click on "Launch Meeting", and nothing happens except that I get "Having issues with Zoom, join from your browser"Then I click on "Download Now", it downloads, I click on the exe file, finally I can join.Every time.  Every dang time.

Good afternoon, Zoom Team and Community. I would like to request a feature request to be added to Zoom Webinars. Our college loves conducing single-session and multi-session classes using Zoom Webinars for the following reasons: Automatic reminder emails, automatic follow-up emails, class attendees can’t accidentally or unknowingly turn their camera or microphone on, and guest speakers are able to be added as panelists.  So many reasons to love Zoom Webinars. One negative: When hosting multi-session classes (back to back Wednesdays at 1:00pm, for example) where all registrants attend both classes -- it’s not possible to Import from CSV.  As a result, we have to pay extra for a Zapier account for multi-session webinars. Request: Please allow the option to ‘Import from CSV’ for multi-session Zoom Webinars -- just like we’re able to for a single-session Zoom Webinar.I am more than happy to explain in greater detail if needed. Thanks, Chris C.St. Petersburg, Florida

We have Teams Meeting rooms from several vendors and they’re all having this issue.  The join buttons shows fine, the complete Meeting URL with Meeting ID and Passcode shows in the room’s Outlook calendar invite, but the room device gets the “Incorrect or Incomplete Meeting Details Please provide the correct Meeting ID and Passcode” error when trying to join.  I can “Join with an ID” successfully.  I have an endpoint home to eliminate our network and it does it there as well.  I’ve gone round and round with our sys admins to make sure mimecast isn’t rewriting the URLs but, like I said, it is not being re-written.  Also, webex works.  I have tried various different ways of creating the invite, from the Zoom Workplace to the Outlook Plug in and I even tried manually typing in the Meeting URL, Meeting ID, and Passcode from one invite to another but it still doesn’t work.  I see several others on the internet with similar issues, but no resolution.  Any ideas?

Version 6.6.6 and then updated to 6.7.5. I am not able to get closed captioning to work for the meetings I start.  I have used the Meetings/Advanced settings on the Host login and it shows Closed Captioning under the  Accessibility tab.  I can even change the font and placement.  I have also enabled closed captioning under the settings.  Despite this - Closed captioning does not show up on my zoom screen or any other members screen during the meeting. Most of our members join the meeting using a meeting ID, they are not logged in.  As the Host, I am logged in.  I also looked on my screen and the screen of another meeting member for the CC symbol on the control line - it is not there. I did look under “More” and it wasn’t there.  We had a member try clicking on the green shield on the upper line of the zoom screen, the one next to the time.  It shows the meeting information, but there is nothing about closed captioning.  We would like to be able to offer closed captioning to people who

I’m building a Zoom App that uses RTMS for transcript-only live meeting ingestion. The app is in Development / Local Test mode. I have enabled RTMS-related scopes, configured Event Subscriptions with a webhook endpoint, and enabled the RTMS surface/auto-start option where available. When the app runs inside the Zoom desktop client and calls:zoomSdk.startRTMS()the SDK returns:code: 40316msg: "This api is not supported"error: "API hasn't passed marketplace verification"Questions:1. Is `zoomSdk.startRTMS()` available in Local Test / Development apps, or does it require Marketplace review/verification first?2. Are there additional account-level entitlements or approvals needed before RTMS APIs are exposed to a Zoom App?3. If RTMS is intended to support host-authorized transcript streaming, what is the recommended development/test path before Marketplace submission? The intended use case is transcript-only RTMS ingestion for a host-launched Zoom App, not a bot participant joining the meeting.

Is there a way to make Zoom breakout room chat settings such that when an individual leaves a room and reenters the room they are able to see the chat from BEFORE they were in the room? I am not talking about continuous chat for internal organizations - these are external folks participating in an event with breakout room engagement.

My telephone number is connected to an account I used for a former employer. I no longer have access to that email. How can I have my phone number removed from the old account?

I am the administrator for our account. I can no longer find where to enable Polls/Quizzes under Settings > Meeting on the portal. This Help page does not apply to what I see: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064628 . It states the path under “Account”, Step 4, is this: Account Management > Account Settings > Meetings > Meetings (Basic) > Meeting Polls/Quizzes. However, “Meetings (Basic)” and the “Polls/Quizzes” toggle are not there. I see the AI symbol all over the place, but it is no help. Other things on the portal have changed too, and it seems certain areas need updating. For example, the following page still refers to Windows 10 (not 11): https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065520 . What’s more, on the “Meetings” link (clicked in the left column), the “Polls/Quizzes” page says it is outdated, and redirects to the “Surveys” page, which only allows set up a poll or quiz to be set up. It seems th

Went back to check the meeting registration for a scheduled mtg snd It is not listed on my schedule. Where is it and why is this happening?

Dear all and Support Team,I am using a personal (individual) Zoom account and would like to request a change in my account settings.Currently, the option requiring all meetings to be secured by a single security method is enabled, and I am unable to modify it. This forces the use of the Waiting Room and prevents participants from joining meetings freely.I kindly ask you to:— disable the mandatory Waiting Room requirement for my account;— allow participants to join meetings before the host without being placed in a Waiting Room. This functionality is essential for my use case, as I need participants to be able to join meetings without waiting for host approval. Please let me know if any additional steps are required from my side.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,

Hi everyone,I’ve been using Zoom regularly for both personal and professional meetings, and one thing I’ve noticed is that managing recurring meetings can sometimes feel a bit limited, especially when schedules change frequently. It would be really helpful if Zoom added more advanced recurring meeting controls, such as:Easier editing for only one occurrence within a recurring series Better visibility of recurring meetings across all devices More flexible notification and reminder settings A dedicated recurring meetings tab in the mobile app Simpler synchronization with Outlook and Google Calendar updatesThese improvements could save a lot of time for teams, teachers, and organizations that rely heavily on recurring schedules.I’d love to hear how others currently manage recurring meetings and whether you’ve experienced similar challenges.
