Here's a feature request that I know would be very useful when recording bigger events: The request: to include a “start new chapter” option whilst recording meetings.Rationale: when we are recording complex hybrid events on Zoom we would like to mark a chapter break in the recordings, and then have that split the recordings into separate files based on those chapter markings. For example, for a hybrid meeting the recording has begun but the event has not yet officially started.  We would like to press a “start new chapter” button when the event begins, so that when we download the recordings after the meeting, there is a separate recording which begins at that chapter point. Or, the hybrid meeting breaks for lunch but we don’t want to stop the recording in case we forget to restart the recording when the meeting resumes.  In this case, we would press the “start new chapter” button when the meeting breaks for lunch, and again when it resumes.  Then we would have separate recording files

Hello, community. Recently, I just recording a meeting without log in to zoom. (approved by the host, and it was recorded locally in my zoom.us app). However, I cannot find the recording file in my local device (Macbook)? I have tried to look into my Finder, but could not find the video file. Can any one tell me want happened? Or, is it necessary to log in to record meetings? but, why does it allow me to click on the option to record if I am not logged in? Thank you. HW

In Zoom-Workplace where the chat channels are listed, there is a personal channel with my name, that was (probably) auto generated by Zoom. It is also listed as favourite (with star marking) and therefore shows up right on top of my list. Thing is, I don’t use this. EVER. I love the chat function, but I don’t chat with myself and I don’t use it to store notes and would never have the idea to look for them in a chat channel. Why can’t I delete this? Or am I overlooking an option to delete it?And can I at least move it to the bottom of my chats, where I don’t see it?

Hi, I have video auto-framing toggled off, but it continues to do it no matter what. I have checked my camera on the laptop separately and there is no auto-framing happening, just through zoom...anyone else? Every support I find just tells me to choose to turn it off and I have, it's just not working.Thank you,Deanna

This site's chatbot is worthless, so I'm hoping to get an answer here. I inherited the account and can't figure out how to change the contact email address in email settings within the templates I use for meeting registration.

I need to record a teacher at the front of a classroom and another session with a camera feed of a whiteboard. Each feed should occupy half of my screen. How can I do this?I selected the "Gallery View" option and disabled "Record Active Participant." Now I can see the feeds from both cameras on my screen, almost 50% full, but the recording still only shows one of the two feeds.

I have made payment for annual payment but my zoom pro is not activated yet. How can I resolve it?

When trying to send a change/update to a Zoom meeting via Outlook, I get this message and I’m prevented from sending the update.  I already have Zoom installed.  Why is this happening?

How do I turn off Center Stage video setting for PC? This is the new video feature that zooms in and out on your face as you move around while your camera is on during a Zoom video meeting. There's a thread in how to fix this, which is different for Mac and PC users. For PC, it says there's a "Center Stage" video setting you have to uncheck in Zoom Video Settings, however I've looked everywhere and I don't think it exists.  I've reached out to Zoom Support for help and the conclusion with them was that they have a solution for Mac users, but nothing as of now for PC.  Has anyone figured this out yet? I know I'm not the only one here with this frustration...

How to create a more permanent meeting ID for a meeting that has already been set up with 10 digit meeting code in 2020. This is an AA meeting and the meeting link will show up in an online schedule. It is twice a week and is using the original zoom link established in 2020.  Therefore the 50 meeting limit doesn't suffice .

Using external webcams on iPadOS17 is now supported. It works for Facetime. But I have not been able to get an external webcam working on my iPad for Zoom calls, despite having updated my iPad to iPadOS17. Are there settings to make this work, or perhaps use of external webcams on an iPad is not yet supported by Zoom?

Hi all. I recorded a meeting and then tried to save it Locally instead of the iCloud and I lost the recording after trying to allow my computer to communicate with Zoom...any ideas if I can still get my recording or is it lost forever?!?! UGH!"recordings and storage"

Hi everyone,My app is already published on the Zoom Marketplace. I’ve enabled EU availability and turned on discoverability, and I’ve completed all the required business information fields (Business Name, Business Phone Number, last 4 digits of the business bank account, Trade Register Number, etc.).The integration works correctly for most Zoom accounts. However, I’m facing an issue specifically with Irish Zoom accounts, where an error message appears during the integration process.Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it?

I'd like to manage this from code rather than clicking through zoom.us every time. What's going wrong PATCH /v2/phone/auto_receptionists/{autoReceptionistId}/ivr returns HTTP 204 with an empty body. A lot of our team uses reactions (emojis) as confirmation or acknowledgement of something sent in a team chat message (both direct messages and channels). However, I have not found a notification option when reactions are used on messages within team chat...not meetings. Is there a way to do this to keep us from having to go back in and check on things manually?

Zoom Scheduler booking redirect shows external-site phishing warning pop-up; user wants ability to whitelist verified domains for seamless redirect to custom Thank You page.Hi Zoom Team,I am writing to share feedback regarding the redirect process in Zoom Scheduler.Currently, when a user completes a booking, they are interrupted by a pop-up window warning them about being redirected to an external website. This window includes a "Report phishing" button and a security warning that forces users to manually click "Open link" to reach my custom "Thank You" page. This creates unnecessary friction in the booking process for two main reasons:User Confusion: Clients are often unsure if the redirect is safe or if they have encountered a security issue, given the "Report phishing" terminology. Loss of Data: Many users hesitate to click "Open link," causing them to close the tab before reaching my custom confirmation page, which contains essential instructions for their sessions. I have already

I am not finding an option to enable polls and quizzes in my meeting's basic settings. Do you have any idea how to enable this?
