Change account details

Hi 

The originator of our zoom platform is deceased.

Consequently, the subscription to the Zoom account can not be renewed due to his details (email address, password) used to access the account.

We want to change the Zoom account details and pay the subscription soonest.

Your assistance/feedback to unlock/change the account details so that payment can be made is anticipated and much appreciated.
