Hi, I want to record a Zoom meeting just now so the meeting host just made me as the co-host, and when I click the record button, I do not think there is any option for me to record on computer or record to the cloud, I just record it by default, and the thing is that I did not sign it, I just join using browser, so I just want to ask where will the recording go? Will it saved to the host's computer? Or it will still appear on my computer files after a few hours when it finished converting? 

Hello! I'd like to conduct a research survey using Qualtrics and Zoom. First, people would complete the Qualtrics survey. At the end of the Qualtrics survey, I would like each participant (roughly 50-60 people over a 2—to 3-month period) to click on a link to join Zoom and record a short story related to their survey responses by themselves (no researcher present). Participants would be on their own with no risk of another person joining. The Zoom room would be available if and when people choose to complete the survey and record their story, which could be any time of the day. And the recording must activate automatically when they join. I understand Qualtrics can record videos as part of a survey response option, but I wondered if there was a way to record these individual stories using Zoom. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Despite updating my name in my Zoom profile, every time I join a meeting as a host from a web browser link, it overrides my information with an outdated name. Not only does it do this with the Zoom profile created with my work account (debunking admin not permitting a name change), but my personal accounts too. 

I’m a college professor managing multiple groups of students, each with their own account. I frequently use the polls/quiz feature and, every year, I find myself having to recreate 15+ different polls for each group. It would be incredibly helpful to have a way to save these polls and easily reuse them across different groups, rather than having to rewrite them from scratch every time

I have SMS working, is it possible to get the SMS conversations sent to email for archiving purposes?

I need to schedule meetings for the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month--and that is NOT every other Friday, since only one month has 28 days in it (and even that isn't true EVERY year).How can I do that, other than by setting them up EVERY Friday? 

Hi, We're just about to launch Workspaces in our environment and I was wondering how you can specify who can reserve a specific hot desk? An executive in our company wants his office to be a hot desk, but only reservable by himself and another colleague (possibly one more person in the future). Is this possible? Any answers are greatly appreciated.

When I'm in a meeting (even if I'm hosting it), if I'm on my ipad and try to turn on mic or video, I get an error message   "UNABLE TO ACCESS MICROPHONE: Allow zoom to access your microphone from device menu: SETTINGS - PRIVACY - MICROPHONE. or "UNABLE TO ACCESS CAMERA: Allow zoom to access your camera from device menu: SETTINGS - PRIVACY - CAMERA.   On this ipad, when I go to settings, there is no PRIVACY section, only "PRIVACY AND SECURITY." When I click on that, clicking on either MICROPHONE or CAMERA shows one option APP CLIPS: "Applications that have requested access to the camera/microphone will appear here" but the list is empty. Thoughts? Ive deleted and re-downloaded Zoom and it's stayed the same!

Hi ,When I make a call from my Zoom phone, some SG local numbers I cannot reach but same numbers i tried with my mobile carrier it can able to reach. Can anyone give a solution for this? I have been facing this issue for so long. 

Is there a way to make the URL text display different than the actual URL link in Zoom Whiteboard?For example:Instead of "http://www.testingmcafeesites.com/testcat_sp.html"  being displayed, I want something like "Test Sports URL" displayed but when clicked takes me to this site "http://www.testingmcafeesites.com/testcat_sp.html".

プロに契約しているのに、プロへのアップグレードを推奨され、ミーティングも40分しかできない状態です。マイアカウントで確認すると、プロになっているし、期限も切れていないです。電話での問い合わせはできないとアナウンスで言われました。どうした解決するかご存じの方いますか？ 

I changed a setting on my account so that my lips would have color to them. Now, I can't figure out how to remove that feature. Please give me instructions on how to remove the color from my lips! It has become very distracting at times! Thank you! 

Hello, When someone calls into my zoom via the app on my IPHONE - I can hear them but they cannot hear me. The vm come in and I can hear. The calls come in fine on my desk phone as well.  Any suggestions to resolve. I really need the app to work on my IPHONE. TY

Hello       I have been trying to find information regarding zoom updates, and how they are implemented. The company I work for is not a "Zoom Shop", but multiple users have zoom workplace installed  in order to meet with external vendors. Users do not log into workplace but utilize the "Join Now" feature.  Trying to decide if this launcher can be exploited if no one logs in, or if we should just aim to use meeting functionality in a web browser. Any insight would be appreciated.

I had an appointment with a doctor via a Zoom link provided. Before the meeting I redownloaded the app but don't believe I logged back into my account and just pressed Join. There have been some billing concerns, and I was wanting to show we do not meet the length that was charged. The doctor has the same meeting ID every time and I know what time my appointment was so can pinpoint that. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,

My camera just shows a grey screen on my Zoom desktop app.It's fine on the zoom web app and on my laptop's camera app. Running Win 11 Home. I've tried:- Restarting computer- Re-installing zoom workplace app- Checked camera privacy settings- Checked for laptop driver updates None of which have worked I'm on a paid account and haven't been able to use this for work! I've been using my zoom on my mobile phone as a workaround, but that's not a long-term solution.

It would be great if we had option for, the summary report to be written in the first person for the Host (instead of using the Host's name). Who can I submit my suggestion(s) to and where?    

I have a user who's hosting several hours-long meetings/workshops. She always records these meetings. I have all users on our our Zoom account set to:Auto-record meetings (though the host does have the ability to start/stop the recordings at their leisure)Record to our Cloud Storage (this cannot be changed by non-admin hosts)On review of the recordings after the meetings, however, she's noticed that the recordings are sometimes cut off. About a month ago, it was about the last 10min that wasn't recorded. Not that big of a deal, though still annoying. But for yesterday's meeting, a whole 1.5 hours wasn't recorded. That's a big problem. In the last 3yrs of using Zoom and being an admin, she's the only one I've come across having this problem. She is not the first in our organization to host and record long meetings. Additional details: She has a Pro License assigned.She should have the latest version of Zoom for Windows, as I updated her Zoom client last week.About 30-50 p

Hi folks, Windows 11 and Zoom (6.2.0)both on latest versions, both on teacher’s system and my own. I am on ASUS Laptop around a year old.Original sound for musicians both enabled. He can hear me play without any issue, however I cannot hear him clearly. Within a few notes it sounds as though noise suppression kicks in and I hear nothing of his playing. I am not playing along with him and there is no speaking while he/I play. I am using computer audio. We have tried every combination of both Zoom options and Windows system options without success. It feels as though there is something very basic awry. We continued the lesson utilising my iPhone iOS 17.6.1 with full functionality both sides. Any guidance would be most gratefully received. Having some trouble with our meetings. One meeting went long, and another meeting couldn't start even though the meeting numbers were different. I thought with Pro you could have more than one meeting at a time. Am I wrong?

A message appeared halfway through a meeting saying I had low disk space and the recording stopped. Is it possible to get or access the rest of the meeting? Need it urgently. Help please!

I schedule frequent meetings with the same group of 20+ people.  Can I somehow name that group so that I don't have to enter all email addresses each time?
