webinar" into a “meeting" for an after-chat for those who want to stay and discuss the webinar. Can this be done during a webinar, or do we have to invite

Thank you for your question. Webinars cannot be converted into a meeting as it is happening. You need to create a new meeting room then drop the meeting invite details in the webinar chat so your attendees can transfer to the meeting as per your instructions.
