HI There  I am royally screwed.... my drive was a bit full and  did not let me save my recording locally.  Is there any way to restore the recording after I have made space?Tania

I have a Call Queue setup so when someone dials Reception, it also rings on 2 other phones in case she is in one of those spaces instead of sitting at the front desk.  That works great when somebody dials the 10 digit number from outside the company. But if someone dials her 4 digit extention from withing the company, it only rings at the reception desk.  I also setup a Shared Line Group with the three phones and it still only works for the 10 digit number.   Shouldn't the internal extention work as well as the 10 digit number?

Dear Zoom Expert or frequent user I want to ask a technical question. During a zoom meeting (educational classroom), Can zoom detect any participant is screen-recording with QuickTime player or other screen-recording app ( not the built-in record function in zoom)? As a student myself, I asked, because during a meeting last week, the instructor speaker mentioned someone was privately screen-recording. below only my photo instead of other student photo, a red REC was actively being displayed. However, I did not press any record button on zoom app. Is there any probability that REC function can be turned on by speaker carelessly? I did not share my screen too.Is the paid version zoom used by my instructor able to detect 3rd party screen-recording? In the class, the instructor is delivering a boring 4-hr long presentation, reading textbook, and half of the class (11 out of 20) was not paying attention to his super-boring lecture. Some were eating dinner, some watching YouTube, radio

I am trying to have two meetings run concurrently.  Not the whole time, they may overlap by 15-30 minutes.  I have read THIS, but still don't understand how to start both meeting so that they won't cut off.  It says both have to be started by the host.  We are doing that.   Can you shed more light?

Hello! In a meeting yesterday I was set a number of helpful links, however I forgot to save them before exiting the meeting. I didn't create the meeting, so it is not showing up in my Previous Meetings tab in my Zoom account. Is there any way to recover the links? Or are they lost and I need to ask for them to be resent by the person i was speaking with?

Please help!! I am trying to delete the password required for participants to enter my Zoom Room. The Chat feature does not answer my question. I have tried rephrasing the question but still no answer. Please advise. Thank you!!

Hi!  I've been struggling with this for days. Am using Mac and when i share screen, the screenis black. 

Prior to Zoom launching an update to surveys, I could use a third party survey link to show after a meeting closes. I would select the survey tab and then use a third-party survey; that option is now gone. When I go to surveys on the left navigation, it  only gives me an option to create a survey using the Zoom platform. Is there a way to add a third party link? The functionality was already enabled on my account via the main account holder. 

My campaign is rejected, with the rejection being: Privacy Policy: Please provide more information about how you process, collect, and store consumer data. Not sure what needs to be done to approve this campaign. 

"there is a problem with this windows installer package. a dll required for this install to complete could not be run."Anyone knows how to fix this? I can't install Zoom.  Thanks! 

I have searched for this information and cannot seem to find how to accomplish this. If we are conducting a webinar how can we show the slides only and not the presenter. Our presenter shows up in the top right corner, how do we hide them from not only their view, but also the participants view? Thank you!

I just tried to add an Alternative Host who could start a meeting on my Pro account. I got a message that I need to purchase a license to do that. When I change the number from 1 to 2 on the billing page, I would be charged $300+ yearly instead of the $159 I'm now paying. Is that correct?

Hello, I set up a paid zoom account for a client, and by mistake put a typo in the email address associated with the account. Due to this, I cannot access the account to update the email address as when I try and login, I cannot gain access to the code sent to the email because the email address does not exist. My client paid for the entire year for this account, and they are a nonprofit so were able to use the special tech soup discount.  I submitted a ticket through my own personal account but haven't received anything back yet. My client needs access to this new zoom account as soon as possible. I can't believe I made this error, but here I am, desperately seeking help for my large mistake. I have the purchase receipt, etc. Any guidance is GREATLY appreciated. 

Is it necessary to list the attendees when I set up a meeting, or can I just send everybody the link without listing them in advance?

Can I sign up for a Zoom Pro account using my team's group Gmail account? Purpose of this is so that anyone in my team who is available on the meeting day can sign in to the zoom account with the group Gmail and will be able to conduct the meetings which are beyond 40 minutes. (Zoom Pro required as Zoom basic has a limit of 40 minutes meeting) If this isn't possible, can someone suggest to me what are possible alternatives for such arrangements?

We currently use Zoom Meetings which does not collect attendee email addresses for people outside of our organization. We will be switching to Zoom Webinars soon. I've had different experiences when I attend a webinar in the Zoom Webinar platform. Sometimes I'm asked to provide my name and email (I'm not asked to log into my own Zoom account) before I can enter the webinar and other times all I have to do is click on the provided link. Is there an administrative setting in Zoom Webinars that turns on the option to request/require people to enter their name and email? Thanks for your help.

Despite paying for 1000 member webinar I am getting below message.  "Your account has an outstanding balance of ₹16,846.00. If you do not pay your balance, you will lose access to all paid features and cloud recordings. Click here to pay your outstanding invoice(s) or click here for support." I do not want my zoom to disrupt unnecessarily despite paying... any solutions Regards,Harsh

Is it possible to set up an integration where webinar attendees can simply click a link to join a Zoom webinar via Teams? I see this article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067825#installing-from-the-zoom-marketplace), but it seems to assume that it's an internal setup for someone with admin access to both relevant Zoom and Teams accounts. We can make admin changes to Zoom, but not to attendees' Teams accounts. Some potential attendees aren't permitted access to Zoom, so if there is some way to stream the Zoom webinar into Teams or otherwise integrate, that would be ideal. Seems like a stretch, but I was wondering if anyone else has addressed something like this.

I accidentally deleted an important Zoom recording that was saved locally and that I now need again very quickly. Does anyone know how I can restore them? It didn't work with recovery software for my computer. So now I'm hoping that I can somehow restore it with Zoom. Is there a contact service that can restore something like this?

My calendar tab in the Zoom Workplace 6.0.10 (25100) VDI application is not showing up anymore. There hasn't been any changes on my end. Has anyone seen this behavior before and how did you restore the calendar tab?
