Hello, how many can i (Host) assign in a meeting?

Hello, Is it possible to share pdf document in that time when the whiteboard is open? I've been trying to do it for several years, but without success. Now I hope to do it with zoom document, but It seems that pdf format is not supported.

Hi. I might be missing something. But I cannot get the feature to open the 'Insert' menu option on iOS or iPadOS Zoom App or browser. How can I enable this feature? Or is that that it does not work?  Thanks a lot. m. 

Hey, we run 4 zoom rooms on polycom TC8 with poly studio x50 and x30's. two local at main office and two remote.  Recently we added the "support interoperability  for zoom rooms" and turned on support for  MS Teams web client etc.  This works great for us, the meeting shows up and has the ability to join (as guest) which is great. Awesome feature.  EXCEPT one thing....It only shows a "Join" button on MS Teams meetings in 2 of the 4 rooms.  In the rooms where it works it shows the meeting name, the join button, and the host name. In the rooms where it doesn't work, it only shows the host name. No other info, and you have to manually enter your meeting ID and pass code.  This is extremely frustrating to our user base.  Anyone see anything like this? I opened a ticket with Zoom, #18163003 So far the responses have included request for us to get into PowerShell and make changes or updates. This cannot poss

A few updates ago, the Zoom app stopped showing my background when I had the Virtual backgrounds turned OFF! What I see is myself with a light blue gradient background. What am I missing? Is there a setting somewhere to set? The Zoom support bots were no help(endless loop of the same suggestions that don't work or don't apply). I appreciate any help anyone has to offer. 🙂

Got stuck in a loop trying to connect my phone contacts. Got my phone number wrong and the captcha checks also. Probably attempted too many times. Now when I try and get an SMS sent to me to register my phone. I get the following message and can go no further. "Failed to register phone your number. Please check your network connection and try again."Tried rebooting etc etc. No joy. Any help appreciated...

I consider myself an experienced computer-based Zoom user. I'm asking for help on behalf of a friend who bought the Tab M10 HD from Curry's during lockdown who said that it would be fine for Zoom. I'm not familiar with Lenovo tablets but I think this one is Android based as the settings app looks similar to my Moto phone.My friend (Pauline) has been able to use the Zoom app to join meetings until about 2-3 weeks ago. When I used the app on her tablet today, it said Update required. The current version is 5.4.x. If I accept the update, a download begins and never completes. If I ignore the update I cannot join a meeting.I tried uninstalling the app and downloading afresh from the Google Play Store. The green Install button in the Play Store flashes when I press it. A message box appears below "Something went wrong - please try again". Repeated presses give the same result.I tried restarting the tablet and then attempting download again from the Play Store but again "Something went wrong

I am a licensed new Zoom host. I need to know the actual time that a meeting I hosted ended (to provide for Minutes of the meeting). I know how long we scheduled for Zoom...but finished "early" and signed out. Is there a way to find the time when we closed the meeting?

Dear Community: I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the lack of resolution regarding the Poly E-350 desk phone provisioning issue. It has been nearly two weeks since I opened the initial support ticket, and the problem continues to cause significant operational disruptions. The prolonged delay in addressing this critical issue has resulted in not only operational headaches but also a great deal of anxiety. Hi Everyone,I hope you're all doing well!Our company pays for Zoom, and part of the package includes the AI Companion feature.During meetings I host, I'm able to activate AI Companion, and other attendees also receive notifications that it's enabled. However, I never receive an email summary, and when I log into Zoom Web > AI Companion, only old summaries are visible. It never generates summaries for meetings where AI Companion has been enabled.Other people in our company receive AI Companion summaries without any issues.I've checked the AI Companion settings, and they are enabled. Specifically:Send an email notification when sharing with users is enabledShare summary with: Only me (meeting host) is enabledSmart Recording with AI Companion:Create with each recording:Recording highlightsSmart chaptersNext stepsAll AI Companion settings are locked by the admin.My profile clearly shows that AI Companion is enabled for me. Hello there, everyone. So, I am trying to access the class recordings inside the CANVAS website/portal. However, I can only get this message " Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again."I have a hypothesis that is: I have logged in with the wrong zoom account and, in order to make everything work, I need to log out and, after that, log in with the correct one. Hi All, I searched the forum and support section but didn't see a post on this particular problem. I have an iPhone and I use Zoom phones desktop and mobile app for work. When I set up the phone system I accidentally synced my call history and contacts from my Zoom Phone with my personal calls and contacts. Is there any way to undo this?  It's not impossible to work with, it's just kind of annoying and redundant. Thanks,Anna

We have a single Admin team call queue that answers our only Auto Receptionist. They each work 2 or 3 days per week and enable/disable answering queue calls among themselves. Sometimes only 1 team member is on the queue, sometimes 2. If they are only logged in on their iPhone app the app doesn't always ring on their device. AR Greeting > Call Queue (sequential)  4 rings > CQ Voice mail. I now tell them to log in to both their laptop Zoom app AND their phones. This doesn't happen when they're logged in on their laptops as well.

I need some help. I tried to livestream to Facebook, and today, it wouldn't work. I have been livestreaming to Facebook since 2021. When I clicked on the three dots and chose Livestream to Facebook, it brought me to a page that says Live stream Zoom Meeting to Facebook LiveLog in with your Facebook account first[Button says] Connect to Facebook I tried to click on the button "Connect to Facebook" and nothing happens, dead end. I am already logged into Facebook. I tried both on Google Chrome and Safari. I also tried on a brand new Mac, same issue.  I checked all the parameters here on Zoom and also on Facebook, and I have the app for FB added to the group where I wanted to stream. I checked all the settings and they are all ticked as indicated, I just can't livestream to Facebook.  Please help!!

Hi there, I have tried and tried again to turn off the waiting room in my Zoom account, and even though the settings show it to be off, and show that participants can join without the host, it never works. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to check on/set up my virtual background and I'm trying to follow the instructions inhttps://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060387#h_2ef28080-fce9-4ac2-b567-dc958afab1b7I want to just have a picture uploaded, no videos or anything and reality doesn't quite agree with the instructionsthe account settings are in "Personal".  I click on the meeting tab and I find "virtual background" and it is, indeed, set.   I went to "in meeting (advanced) --   And then I'm stuck -- I can't find "Click Manage virtual background. " I must be missing something....

Just updated zoom now when I join a meeting that is being recorded I cannot unmute or turn on video. Any idea how to fix this? Is this a bug on Zoom's end?

Hi my friend has a paid Zoom account  (until 100 members - for one year) in the States but wrote down the password falsely. She gave me her  meeting iD , her e-mail address for Zoom, her personal account number, the host key, the link to the meeting. How  can she reset her password - Please describe in a way that I can tell her, she has no idea about computers. I don't come in . It always says wrong password.Thank you for your help.Ursula

I have a Zoom Event set up and it has a few existing sessions and speakers. I would like to upload the remaining sessions and speakers using an CSV file (basically using the instructions at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069120). I have been completely unable to get this to work. I upload session information through CSV file as per https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065263 but when I get to the step that says "Click Choose Files to select the CSV file you want to import. After selecting a CSV file to upload, click Open." whenever I choose my file and click Open, nothing happens. I get no error message, and there is no delay. I am returned to the Sessions screen and there are no sessions added. I tried uploading a CSV file of Speakers and that also reacted the same way. No error message after pressing OK to upload the file - just returned to the Speakers page but no speakers are added. Thinki

 I had tried thousand times, either one person will be erased when two people are in the same camera using virtual background. Is the camera only can capture one object in the virtual background? Is any setting or equipment required for multiple people in the same camera when using virtual background? 

I get this message when I lunch zoom link. "Your app version needs to be higher to join this meeting. Please contact your IT team to update your app"

For my organization, we hold monthly meetings/trainings for the community. We will set up the meeting on our Zoom which requires registration. Someone can purchase our training through our agency's website and once purchased they receive the registration Zoom link via pre-set-up email. We recently had a person purchase our training for 10 co-workers and the person received the registration link. That person distributed the link to their co-workers and each co-worker registered (with their individual contact information) separately. However, once the meeting started, instead of showing each person's name, it showed the person who originally received the link 10 times. I'm trying to figure out what the issue was. Was it an issue on my end or a Zoom issue? Does anyone have any thoughts? 

We had an employee resign and they were responsible for company meetings. I would like to move those meetings to a new person without changing the meeting ids and the other information. I can set-up co-hosts, but would prefer to remove their license. Anyway to do this?
