I recorded a Zoom meeting, but the exported MP4 file does not include the speaker's video or participant views. However, the recording folder includes a file named double_click_to_convert_01. Good morning,We have the following problem in Intune with the Zoom for InTune app:The employee receives a Zoom invitation in Outlook on the smartphone via Outlook. He opens this link and afterwards the following error message appears:"Action not allowed: This data is protected by your organisation. You must log in to the app with your account "...." to access the data. If you are already logged in with "...." contact your IT administrator.We have set the following via InTune:Zomm for InTune released via the VPP for the client.Assigned the app to all devices and this app is also installedApproved the app as an enterprise app in the Azure Portal as a global administrator.Approved the app in the Protection Policy.Can you perhaps give me some tips on what I need to configure, although everything fits according to the documentation.Thank you very much.GreetingsMarkus

HelloI have been using Zoom successfully for the last 18 months at home.2 days ago I started having the problem where all other people are a black screen.  I can see myself but can't see others (when their video is turned on). This is the same problem across different devices (mac, android, PC)Same problem with different meetings in different parts of the countryThis is the same problem is wired or wireless.Same problem if I log in using different accounts. The statistics page shows severe packet loss on the Video -> Receive side (like 80% to 99%). See screenshot All my other programs such as Netflix function fineSpeed tests are fine. Of note however is: the problem goes away when I don't go through my router at home. I tested tethering to my mobile phone hotspot and the problem is resolved (albeit a very slow connection given the nature of my mobile reception). I have updated the firmware in my router and tested with my ISP to check if there is problem

I have created a group in Zoom to restrict AI Companion for Workplace to a specific group.  It doesn't look like I can do the same for Meetings.  It only seems I can enable or disabled AI Companion for Meetings for the whole organization.  Is that correct?  Does anyone know if that functionality is upcoming? Thanks in advance!

Hi, Is there a way how I can exclude the recurring webinar details in from my confirmation email, if so please suggest how I can remove and restrict it with only the webinar details mentioned.

(1) If I add another person to a Zoom Pro personal account, do they sign in using my email address or their own? (2) Will our meetings be shown on each other's account?(3) Is the time limit 40 minutes or 30 hours?

I am doing a movie screening for 50 viewers.  When I share my screen the participants are able to see and hear the movie; however, I can barely hear the sound on my end. I checked my Ipad volume and it’s at the highest volume.   Also, is it possible to control their audio capabilities (mute everyone) before the start of the meeting?  And finally, is there a way to see only the movie I’m screen sharing?  In otherwords, can all of the participant boxes be hidden during the movie?   Thank you for your help. Renay

I am using Zoom for teaching and recording the lectures. Some of the lectures include alot of numerical calculations, for which I am using a whiteboard. Previously, I was using Miro white board, and it worked excellent.Now; I wanted to use Zoom whiteboard. Although the whiteboard writing in not lagging with the audio for other participants, this is not the case for the recording.So, there is a 5-6 seconds lag between audio/video recording and whiteboard writing. I have tried different solutions (turning off camera, AI assistance, host only using the whiteboard,...), but nothing is working.This is extremely disappointing as we are paying for the Zoom, and its whiteboard seems not to function properly, even for basic functions, while free whiteboards such as those from Miro are working flawlessly.Can something be done regarding this issue? Thank you! 

Hello!  I am new to Zoom Scheduler.  I have my Google calendar linked into the zoom scheduler.  I am trying to schedule 30 minute appointments from 1-7-25 to 1-16-25.  I can get the appointment slots to show up for 1-7 through 1-9 but it shows no availability for the second week 1-13 to 1-16.    Does anyone have any ideas?!

I use Zoom for singing lessons and when I sing, the audio goes in and out.  What should I do?

Prior to this week, using the scroll wheel on my mouse or dragging up/down on trackpad would scroll around the canvass about Y axis, and holding Shift + scroll wheel would scroll along the X axis. Exactly as you'd expect on something like a browswer window. Now using the scroll wheel increases and decreases the magnfication. There is no combination of modifier keys that will let you scroll on the Y axis. This is extremely not useful! Moving about the canvass used to be effortless, but now I have to swticth to the hand tool to drag myself about the canvass or manually drag the scroll bar on the side of the window. I don't understand why they would change such a critical feature. Is there any user control over this? I'm on Version: 6.1.0 (35886) using a Mac and I uninstalled and reinstalled if that matters.

So - I have a group of friends - we like to get online to do some games and have Zoom running (so it looks/feels more like in-person).I have a Pro account.Next week, I won't be able to be at the meetup; but I'd still like them to be able to use my meeting. I'm gleaning that because I'm an individual account, I cannot assign anyone as alternative host. I can set the meeting to start without being manually started and to allow people to join without a waiting room. And, for the most part, that will enable the meeting to go on .... but, if by chance, someone gets in that shouldn't be there (unlikely, but it's happened before) - does *no one* have the ability to boot the interloper? Is there no workaround to this? You cannot take someone slated to attend the meeting and grant them hosting power before the meeting begins?

Hi There,I need advise or help with re-transcribing my audio recording to a new lanaguage. It has been 3 weeks and there has been no updates (status indicates "Transcribing...") it seems that it might not work at all

I am trying to shrink my screen to cut out the background edges, but I can’t see how to do this. Is anyone able to advise? I don’t want to blur my background, but iI don’t want my office to be seen. Thanks

Hi,I just tried to update from 5.12.9 to the latest version on a Win11 PC.  The message is " can only update 5.13.5 or higher.I have tried uninstalling but still get the same message.  I have found no way to make it reinstall

Our company utilizes a dual-screen setup during meetings, with one monitor dedicated to screen sharing and the other for viewing participant webcams. Following a recent Zoom update, we've observed that this functionality is no longer available. Is there a specific setting we need to adjust to restore this feature?

I am using an Acer 3.  Windows 11.I had no problems with Zoom, until last week.When I do the audio test (with my headset, or the laptop speakers) I can hear no sound.The microphone test passes with laptop mic and headset mic.The funny thing is, the last two zoom meetings I was on, I could hear the participants and vice versa, despite the weird audio test problems.What is going on?

Dear All,  receive error in zoom app on windows 10pro 64 bitssystem does recognize mic but in between the call zoom popups with this errormic works well on other tools like MS Teams, skype etc... even zoom web app is working finewe use USB Logitech headset 3.55m jack works but mic with USB headset creates problemswhen error comes, zoom freezes the whole system and even audio drives conflictsthe only option then is to restart

I would like to record myself for a presentation.  However, the record to cloud function automatically starts whenever I start a new meeting. I have turned off every automatic record feature I can find and it still starts recording automatically. I have gone through the steps listed in the tutorials and step by step instructions. I want to be able to stop and start recording or pause on the zoom screen and I don't see that icon. What am I missing?

Per the 11/15/2024 article: Scheduling and customizing a meeting with registration I have looked everywhere in the User, User > Groups, and the Account settings and can not find anything to let me turn the meeting registrations option on.Plz Halp!

 When I click on "go live on facebook" in zoom, the only 2 options mentioned on the "Live stream Zoom Meeting to Facebook Live" page are :- share on your own timeline- share to a pageThere is no group option as you can see in the attached screenshot.Important:- I already enabled the "Allow livestreaming of meetings" in the advanced meeting setting (including facebook).- We have the app in our Facebook group.- I am an admin of the group.But the group itself probably isn't the problem anyway, because I can't even select "share to a group" in zoom.(besides, I am admin of multiple groups with the zoom app installed and have used it in the past).Of the 3 admins of the group, my businesspartner has the same problem in his account. The other one can go live in groups. I hope someone can help solve this problem. Thanks in advance, EJ    

Hi for the past week any zoom meetings that I host are ending after 40 minutes.  This was not happening previously.  I am aware that this happens for calls with 3 or more people.  But the calls I am making only have myself and one other and it is still happening.  I don't think I have changed any settings.  Is there a reason why this might be happening please?
