I didn't know the reason for real, but I noticed that when I try to click on the audio settings the app crash, I asked then I found that I put my mic default format to the max 192kHz then I asked copilot, and I found out that zoom app crashes if your mic format is higher than 48kHz so that is the reason I hope I helped someone to fix this problem.

Tested version: 6.3.5 (54827) Trying to open the audio settings or making a call with a microphone configure with a high frequency makes the window crash instantly. Mic configuration: 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz To reproduce:- Change the microphone settings to 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz in the windows sound config- Try to either make a call or open the settings in the audio session- The call / settings window will instantly crash Workaround- Set the microphone to use a lower frequency (like 96000 Hz or lower)

 Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me out here. My Zoom desktop app crashes every time I connect my condenser microphone. The video works perfectly, but as soon as I plug in the mic, the app quits. Interestingly, the web version works fine with the mic, but the video quality there isn’t great. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps—rebooting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, checking and installing updates for both my PC and the app, resetting, running a disk cleanup, and even deleting data—but nothing has worked. This has never happened before, and I’m really stuck on what to try next. Any advice would mean a lot. Thanks so much in advance!

I just signed up for Zoom so I can have 90-minute calls as an educator.  My account shows that I can only get 40 minutes - how can I get this changed?

I'm trying to create an event via Zoom Scheduler that is multiple hosts and one attendee. When I try to add another host from my company, I'm getting the following message: "Unable to access this calendar, so attendees can’t book this schedule. Contact the host to reauthorize the account or remove the host."What steps does the other host need to take to "reauthorize" the account? They are logged into web and desktop. I can't find anything via settings. 

I can login with my account on Mac and on the web.But on iPhone app it does not work. I get error code 1132 with the same account I'm able to login elsewhere. Even signing up with a new email account ends up by failing with the same error code.I tried deleting the app, making sure it's the last version, reseting network settings, rebooting iPhone , disabling limit ip tracking , using a vpn and nothing works with any account on my iPhone.and can't get any feedback from support..

I cannot sign in because I get the error code 1132 and you are messing up my weekend! I have reported twice… No solution yet.

I've been a customer going on two years.  I've been mainly using Skype which is being discontinued.  Therefore, I've put all my video conference students onto Zoom.  I was able to sync Google Calendar well enough, so that I could just add the zoom meeting into the existing google recurring appointments through the synced zoom google calendar.  The problem I am having is that I can only see my google emails and contacts in my zoom mobile app.  On the web and in the MacBook zoom app, when I hit contacts I can only see a category called "company contacts."  On the phone app I see all my google contacts listed under Phone Contacts and Cloud Contacts, fine.  I do not see these categories on the MacBook Zoom app.   Am I doing anything wrong?  Any advice on this is appreciated. I bought a plan for the clinic I work with, and I made the "little" mistake of miswrote the email adress... So I'm so stuck with the zoom virtual agent that will never conect me with a real support agent.   1.- I cannot change the email address because it asks for confirmation. 2.- The email doesn't exist, so I can't get access to the confirmation codes or anything. 3.- I lost $1'800 mexican pesos in that plan and I even still need the plan but zoom doesn't solve anything...   Anyone knows how to reach a support agent???

I'm getting nowhere with customer service. I am a small business owner with one line, just for me. I am still not receiving calls on my phone. When I try to call from another phone number, it goes to an operator and asks for a extension. How can I set this up so that one, the app on my phone actually rings, and two, it goes straight to the voicemail, no operator-no extension. Can anyone help? 

I am a new administrator of a church Zoom Pro account. It is set up to automatically pay the subscription in May. Will Zoom send an email with the invoice to the Zoom account email?TIA

Hi All, I am new to Zoom Phone and must say am not enjoying the experience! I recently purchased an Australia and New Zealand Unlimited Plan, but have not been able to make any calls. Each time I have tried, I receive the following message "Sorry...the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Also, unable to receive calls too! So now I'm confused ( have I not set up properly, am I not dialling numbers correctly?) and worried that perhaps I have purchased an incorrect plan - although I made the purchase after long discussion and upon recommendation of Zoom's sale team. I need to be able to call the landline of my office in Melbourne and vice-versa. I am however currently stuck in Greece (since COVID-19 outbreak) so I am wondering if my physical location is creating a problem. I was told my plan isn't supported by Live Chat. I also submitted a ticket - and was the same thing - each time pointing me to video tutorials. I checked them out, but were not

I would like to find out if I can make calls to mobile numbers and landlines using Zoom and if so what are the subscription option.

The Zoom client has been working perfectly on my desktop for months, including and up to yesterday.  Today when I try to start or join a meeting, it crashes.  The meeting window pops up briefly and then closes.  It seems like Zoom tries again 2-3 times and then gives up.  Have tried with camera on and off (same result) Have tried with multiple Zoom accounts Have tried uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling, restarting—all to no avail Other video apps on my computer work: OBS, MS Teams meetings, etc. The client on my work laptop works with the same account (no crashes) Have cleared Windows temp files Have cleared Chrome cache   No idea what else to try!  It seems that Zoom is interacting with something else on my desktop but I can't figure out what it might be.  Nothing has changed since yesterday.

I just got a new laptop recently, and after installing zoom, I realised I couldn't get past the log in page without a "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again" pop up.I then use my old laptop to try and find out if its really the connection issue . Low and behold, Zoom runs perfectly fine. Any ideas on why this happens, and how to solve it?

I teach multiple classes per week on Zoom. All are archived as Smart Recordings. However, the inbuilt AI makes the same errors over and over, such as misspelling my name (it's the same as my user name), and mistaking my sex/using opposite pronouns.I can go into Smart Chapters and edit in the corrections, but I wonder why it never "learns" what is correct from week to week, and also why some classes are almost letter perfect - name, sex, transcript - and some are so far off...in the same ways each week.Assistance, anyone?

Hello Everyone, Has anyone found a way to pull a report of calls, inbound or outbound with the notes? I would like to pull a report of todays calls from a queue and review the notes left in wrap up. 

Hi,I have an auto-receptionist that routes calls to a call queue with five agents. I also have a toll-free number. I would like customers to be able to text the toll-free number, which would follow the auto-receptionist path, allowing the agents in the call queue to receive and reply to customer SMS messages.However, I receive a message stating that my users need a Zoom Power Pack. I do not want them to have admin access—I only want them to be able to reply to SMS messages. We are a canadian non-profit organization, and I cannot afford to purchase five Zoom Power Packs for my agents.Is there a way to enable this functionality without requiring each agent to have a Power Pack?Thank you!

We are changing out company domain name, are there any Zoom admin portal knowledge articles or steps to do this?  All user log in accounts will change, not finding any information on this.

On my Mac Mini (with latest everything). When I click on Zoom, I get Zoom Workspace.  If I get an invite from the participants list and send it to someone, they end up in a Zoom waiting room...different from where I am.  At least that happens regularly. I never know whether it will work or not.  I have the feeling there are two Zoom apps running at the same time.  If we both close Zoom and try again, it may work. Suggestions?  Thank you.

The phone tab is not on my Zoom dashboard. I have the phone license and use my cell regularly to make and receive calls, but my phone account can't be used on my desktop since the tab is not coming up. How do I get the tab on my dashboard (signing out and back in does not help).
