I am currently unable to receive the SMS verification code when trying to log in, and the backup security code has expired, which has made it impossible for me to access my account. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution.

Our Contact Center team is wondering if we can make entering notes required for certain disposition codes.  One example would be that we have a disposition code that says call was transferred to the Executive Director.  The CC Manager would like to require a reason given for transferring calls to the Executive Director.  The manager has also asked if those notes could be included in one of the reports that they run as currently they do not see notes in any of the reports.

We have 'normal' webinars running at the same time. Is it possible to have multiple simulive or live webinars at once?2. Is it possible to run one without any chat support? Even when in settings and just viewing my self video, getting 3 second. When I just use camera in windows, no lag. Have tried updating and restarting the app and restarting device. How do i remove the lag?

I am a freelance travel writer, US based but taking multiple trips yearly to the Caribbean where I do much of my work. I use a Skype number for many calls back to the US and Canada but M/soft is dumping Skype in May. I do not regard M/soft as a company to trust with "Teams" which strikes me as far too complicated as a Skype replacement. I understand I can port (move) my Skype number so it is used in Zoom Phone. I want to be able to make and receive VOIP calls from a Zoom Phone app on my laptop which also runs on my cell phone. I do not often make calls using this number to anywhere other than the USA and Canada. Whatsapp is not practical for this use since so many people I call in the US don't have it. WHAT DO READERS HERE THINK OF USING ZOOM AS A SKYPE REPLACEMENT? This is for me only, I'm on the phone a lot every day.  IS IT A SIMPLE, SEAMLESS TRANSITION? Which Zoom Phone level would be best? Hello, When i record my events (>7 hours), it is split in 2 files (06:34:03 + 40:52) instead of one.Do you know why ? And is it possible to do something to have only one file ? Because, some of my old events recordings are also > 7h but are in only one file video so i do not understand... Thank you for your help. David 

Hi there,  I have been using Zoom for quite some time. Suddenly last week, when I answer any call, there is a notification that "This call is being transcribed." It happens a second time if I am doing a warm transfer. It also happens for the other person if I do a direct transfer. 

Hello, we made a change to our payment method during the month of June, and the June invoice is unpaid. This invoice is from May 14th to June 13th (but it's not the same price as the previous monthly invoices). I also see that a July invoice (from July 7th to 13th) has been generated, which I don't understand. Can you explain this to me?

We would like to ask for a consultation regarding our Zoom Room setup.For context, we are trying to eliminate or at least minimize cross-talking (a ducking effect) when far-end and local audio are talking simultaneously.The actual scenario is that the local audio is being suppressed when the far-end and local will talk at the same time (being observed with a third party who is listening for both local and far-end speakers). This audio experience is present when using two distinct DSPs; we remove the audio processing in the microphone and DSP (AEC, AGC EQ, etc.), along with the removal of poly’s “noiseblock ai” to isolate which device is processing the ducking/suppression and we felt like there is processing happening in Zoom Room even though we disable (‘off’) noise suppression. In the article I read, there is a note there saying “there is a basic noise suppression feature in the background that cannot be disabled.” Is there a way we can set this sett

Just had a very strange and show-stopping bug in Zoom Webinar.Summary: Screen sharing refused to share audio playback, even when "share audio" was absolutely checked. Details: In practice session, checked screenshare to make sure tech was set. Played fullscreen video on second monitor through VLC. Shared full second monitor, not application. Zoom settings from the web portal included the new "Enable HD video for screen shared video." Both checkboxes from the screen share menu were checked - share audio and optimize for video clip. Everything worked fine, video looked and sounded good to the other panelists. We took a break for 10 minutes until we were ready to broadcast, and I ended the screenshare. After a 5 minute intro, I popped up screenshare, made sure boxes were checked, and started the video. We immediately started getting comments that nobody could hear audio. I checked the zoom share menu, and the little speaker icon that means "audio is being shared" was checked. I stopp

I cannot connect to Zoom on my iPad Air Gen 5. When I start the app does not show the normal start up screen with New Meeting, Join, Schedule and Share Screen. When I try to sign in I recite every the message “Cannot sign in, please check your network connection.” I have reset my iPad and uninstalled/reinstalled the Zoom Client app with no success. I noticed the Zoom app is not listed under iOS settings under Privacy Microphone or Camera so I cannot give access to them for Zoom. Zoom works fine on my iPhone 13 Max Pro and Zoom shows under its Settings for Microphone and Camera. Is Zoom not installing properly?

Hi everyone,   Does anyone know the maximum Zoom Events event duration. I do not mean the maximum amount of time of a meeting or webinar session. I mean the maximum of the entire event. Our company was thinking of doing a month long event but we were not sure if that was possible. We will only have one or two sessions each day. The longest event I have done so far is 3 days so I was not sure and I cannot find it in the documentation.    Thanks for any help you can provide.  Andrew

Hello, We recently applied for the Zoom for NGOs program to receive the 50% discount, and our application was approved. I was instructed to follow a link to complete the purchase. However, when I switched the subscription from an annual plan to a monthly plan, the coupon became unusable, showing the message: "You are not eligible to use this coupon."I submitted a support ticket regarding this issue two days ago, but I have not yet received a response. Given our upcoming event, we are in urgent need of activating the Zoom plan as soon as possible. Could you please expedite the resolution of this issue or advise on how we can proceed to apply the NGO discount to a monthly subscription?

 I  have a question for the community regarding viewing charged calls only since I am currently on a metered plan.   When I go to the Administration section:   click on Phone System Management - Logs and once the Logs window opens in the "New View Version " how do I find the "Show charged call logs only"? Because when I choose the Classic View Version, I can see the check box for "Show charged calls only" at the bottom.   So, on the " New View Version" what are the steps to get to the" show charged call logs only"?   Right now, I go right away to the classic view page but if  and when it is terminated I will be out of luck which is frustrating! I am trying to sign up for an upgrade from a free to a pro account using the 40% off for the Black Friday weekend special. I keep getting this pop up window when I try to continue that says “Unable to continue. You have chosen a billing cycle that is ineligible for this coupon. Click go back to close the eligible billing cycle”. Tried switching to a monthly plan but that does not have the discount. Does anyone know what to select to not get this pop-up anymore and move on to the next page to pay?  Thank you. 

I hold weekly office hours in Zoom, ranging from 60 to 90 minutes. They are drop-in sessions. Today two students dropped in right at the start, talked with me for about 5 minutes, and then exited. There were 55 minutes left in the session. But because of this feature, the session automatically ended after 40 minutes and I wasn't able to re-start the session. The result is that if any students wanted to join me toward the end of the session, they can't. This is a ridiculous feature. Please fix it.

I’m having an issue when phone registered Avaya J179 phones with Zoom Phone. Everything seems to provision correctly in the admin portal and I’ve assigned the proper licenses, but every time the phone boots it displays: The phone is not licensed in zoom This message persists until the “OK” button is pressed. After that, the phone behaves normally. It doesn't affect calls or features immediately after, but it's persistent and disruptive to users.Questions:Is there a known prerequisite or license type (e.g. Avaya license, Zoom “device license” vs Zoom Phone user license) that might be missing?Has anyone resolved this “not licensed” boot message for Avaya desk phones?Thanks in advance!

I currently have a Pro license, and I'm running an upcoming event that will have both concurrent Meetings and concurrent Webinars. I know I need individual licenses for each one that runs concurrently, but I'm trying to figure out if I can simultaneously run a Meeting and a Webinar using the same account/email address, presuming I have the Webinar add-on.  I won't be presenting--just the behind-the-scenes administrator for all of the sessions.

My office uses Zoom Workplace and the desktop application recently updated to include "Docs." I received an automated message from "Docs Assistant," saying, "Welcome to Zoom Docs, which enhances your efficiency in creation, collaboration, and meetings with the help of the AI companion." I cannot figure out how to delete this notification. The "three dots" on the bottom right only offer one option--to turn notifications on or off. I have them off, but I still get a notification on every startup, telling me this message exists. I do not want to see notifications I've already read. I want to delete this message entirely. How can I do that?

I've had my Zoom phone for about 2 months, and I've been able to make calls but have been unable to receive calls or text messages. Instead, the call goes to voicemail, and when a voicemail is left, it is not received on my end. I'm also unable to send a text message. The message states, "You do not have a direct number, you cannot start a new conversation."  If anyone is able to help, I'll greatly appreciate it. 

Version: 6.4.6 (53970) I host a meeting weekly. The meeting is established as a recurring meeting.  Each week, I send an e mail to potential participants to invite them to the meeting. I copy the meeting link from the zoom software and paste this into the e mail.  For the past two weeks, I have started the meeting from the zoom software.  The participants click the e mail link and get a message that the host is currently in another meeting. I do not get anyone join me in the meeting. The workaround is that I close the meeting I have started from the zoom software and click the link from the sent e mail. The meeting starts and everyone joins.  The meeting ID in the zoom software is the same as the meeting ID in the email. The e mail meeting invite is copied and pasted from the zoom software. What am I doing wrong and what to I need to do to put it right?
