サインインするには、5.17.5以降のバージョンアプリが必要と出て使えません。ITチームに連絡と書かれてあるのですが、連絡先すら提示されず八方塞がりです。緊急で使うのにもかかわらず使えない状況で困っています。

My office uses Zoom Workplace and the desktop application recently updated to include "Docs." I received an automated message from "Docs Assistant," saying, "Welcome to Zoom Docs, which enhances your efficiency in creation, collaboration, and meetings with the help of the AI companion." I cannot figure out how to delete this notification. The "three dots" on the bottom right only offer one option--to turn notifications on or off. I have them off, but I still get a notification on every startup, telling me this message exists. I do not want to see notifications I've already read. I want to delete this message entirely. How can I do that?

I've had my Zoom phone for about 2 months, and I've been able to make calls but have been unable to receive calls or text messages. Instead, the call goes to voicemail, and when a voicemail is left, it is not received on my end. I'm also unable to send a text message. The message states, "You do not have a direct number, you cannot start a new conversation."  If anyone is able to help, I'll greatly appreciate it. 

Version: 6.4.6 (53970) I host a meeting weekly. The meeting is established as a recurring meeting.  Each week, I send an e mail to potential participants to invite them to the meeting. I copy the meeting link from the zoom software and paste this into the e mail.  For the past two weeks, I have started the meeting from the zoom software.  The participants click the e mail link and get a message that the host is currently in another meeting. I do not get anyone join me in the meeting. The workaround is that I close the meeting I have started from the zoom software and click the link from the sent e mail. The meeting starts and everyone joins.  The meeting ID in the zoom software is the same as the meeting ID in the email. The e mail meeting invite is copied and pasted from the zoom software. What am I doing wrong and what to I need to do to put it right?

Does zoom work on safari (when launching zoom on browser)? What version of safari is needed to launch zoom on the Safari browser on iphone? 

I've got Zoom rooms deployed on a Rallybar and Sight setup. We had picture in picture mode enabled where it would should the whole room from the rallybars point of view below the Sights Speaker point of view. It stopped working about a month ago and I'm at a loss on how to get this working again.

Hello! I have a recurring Zoom meeting set and have designated some people on my team to be alternate hosts since we rotate responsibility over the meeting. In the meeting settings, I have designated all of them to be alternate hosts. However, today, two people from my team joined and were not given hosting abilities, even though they are designated alternate hosts in the meeting settings.  Why aren't they assigned as hosts? Is there something I am doing wrong? 

I am using Zoom to contact a client. I am polish speaking person, so my primary keyboard settings on my OS is set to polish. But i am using english to communicate with client. Zoom is autocorrecting some of my words when i am using english into polish similar one, eg. them -> tchem (which is correct polish word), finish -> finisz (same as before) and some other. Its annoying, and it happens all the time. I was looking for some setting for it, but there is none or i am literally blind. And it happens only in Zoom, no other app and i tend to use mixed languages everywhere, not only Zoom. Is there a way to force Zoom to use english or disable this autocorrect completely?

Been having this problem for two months with no resolution. Computer is hooked up to Dual Monitors and works fine for the day until I join a Zoom Meeting at which point ALL of the computers apps, moving my mouse around the screen, etc. all lags.  AGAIN, computer only lags once I join the Zoom Meeting, even if my mic and camera are off and I'm not screensharing. All apps lag. Mouse movement lags bad which has nothing to do with internet.  About half of the time, I can unplug from the dual monitors and it'll speed up. Sometimes it requires restarting my computer for the computer to stop lagging even after the call.  Hardware & Software: - Dell Latitude 7430 (new in March 2023) / 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1265U 1.80GHz / 32GB Ram / 64-bit, x64-based processor /Windows 11 Enterprise version 22H2- TWO Dell 2422HE monitors with built-in docking station, daisy-chained and plugged into laptop via USB-C. Modem hardwired to Monitors. - Zoom v 5.

I want to log into my zoom account and schedule a meeting on my home laptap and invite participants. On the day of the meeting this laptop will not be available, zoom will be logged out and the laptop will be switched off. I will be at another location when the meeting is scheduled to start - can I log into my zoom account from a different laptop at this second location and start and run the scheduled meeting?  

My team uses Zoom for as many meetings as possible, but as a consulting company we cannot always choose the meeting platform. We need the ability to add our AI Companion to meetings that we do not and cannot manage. A bot that we can add to MS Teams, GoTo and Google meetings, similar to the dedicated note taking AI apps like Fireflies, Read, and Otter, would save our team from turning to a competing solution for meeting summaries and action items.  If this is available, please let me know how I can enable the feature.Thank you.

We've had a webinar set up for months now with a particular title and just recently the title of the Zoom webinar changed to 'Zoom Webinar'. Apparently, admin can change this but neither the owner nor admin can change this. Does anyone have any answers?

I have the basic account. I'm not getting the verification code in my email to terminate my account. I have checked my spam folder. 

My ZOOM account used to work properly. Now, and I don't know why, it is not working the way it did before. Whenever I set up a meeting ahead of time, then later join the meeting, then ZOOM thinks that I am a PARTICIPANT. It does not recognize me as the owner of the account, so I cannot make someone a co-host and I cannot allow someone to record the meeting. How can I fix this?

OS version: Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTSZoom version: 6.4.6 (1370)Hardware: Dell XPS 9320 Laptop, using integrated mic and speakers. Problem: During Zoom meetings, my sound and microphone will abruptly stop working. When this happens, if I go into audio settings and click "Test Speaker" no sound plays. My microphone still transmits sound, but it becomes very distorted and low quality. This state can usually be fixed by leaving and rejoining the Zoom meeting. It also seems to have a chance of being fixed every time I swap speaker devices in the Zoom settings. I can usually trigger this state by sharing screen or otherwise swapping focus away from Zoom. I don't have this issue with any software other than Zoom. I have a suspicion that this is a Pipewire/Wireplumber issue, but I don't understand enough about how Zoom interacts with those to troubleshoot. Starting two weeks ago, I can no longer change the audience when FB launches via zoom.  In the past the audience is set to (only me) and I could change to public. Don't know why the Zoom FB audience is set to "only me" when my FB profile audience is set to public.  I would like my audience set permanently to public and not "only me" when zoom launches FB. How can this be fixed. Once I end streaming to FB from zoom, it will allow me to change to public but not while it is live. Very frustrating. 

I was removed from an account but need to access my recordings so I can download them. The admin readded me but when I try to login, it keeps taking me to my downgraded account. How can I access the old account so I can get my recordings? 

Why does my phone keep ringing in my headphones after I've answered?  No, there's not another call coming in.It also continues to ring (in my headphones) if the caller drops the call before someone answers. Is there a setting to fix that?  If so, where?

Up until recently, Zoom would email alternate hosts when a cloud recording was ready. Hello, I’m using a Mac and recently I haven’t been able to log in to the Zoom desktop app. I get error code 1132 every time I try (I’ve tested with different accounts).I’ve already:– Uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom– Checked firewall and security settings– Tried both Apple Silicon and Intel versions– Used Safari to log in via web (it works)But the desktop app still won’t let me log in.Is there a solution for free users to fix this?Thank you!

Hi there, I hope someone can help me with some advice. I have started a free monthly "Gathering Space" on zoom. During the first one, for which I registered participants via Eventbrite, someone sent an abusive message. I was not clear whether it was the person it seemed to be or note, as when I sent a DM reply, an automatic message popped up to say "your message cannot be delivered to XXXX as XXXX is not in the meeting", but I could very clearly see and hear XXXX in the meeting". I have dealt with this and won't dwell anymore but I share it because it means I wanted more security. I set up my next meeting on Zoom, and promoted registration it via linked in events . I activated as much security as I could on Zoom. When it came to people accessing the meeting, a number of people could not get in because I had set it to only allow "registered members" so I had to remove that. Then people could not get in (including my co-host, who was registered as a presenter) because
