I cannot change settings because I keep getting a message tell mew that I need to have a US Metered call plan. This is my call plan: Zoom Phone US & Canada Metered CallingI am logged in.I am the sole owner/ user. How do I fix this!!!??

I have been in communication with Trust and Safety and have submitted an appeal via ticket T&S0686391.  The appeal people got back to me and told me the following: "Based on the information provided, we have verified that your Zoom account is currently active and there are no restrictions or issues associated with it at this time."  And they gave me the information about uninstalling and updating my client.  I am running version 6.45 on the computer that is having the issue.  I did this and am still receiving the 1132 error. I have created a new ticket T&S0688412 5 days ago referring to the previous ticket noted above stating that I did EVERYTHING that they mentioned in the ticket above and am still having the same issue. Can someone please help me to find out what is really going on with my computer that is having this issue. I have created at least 10 other accounts, for testing, which are ALL having the same issue.

I will be hosting a meeting where the participants' identities need to be kept hidden from others so that they can attend without anyone knows they are doing so.  How can I do this with Zoom?  Thank you!

Hi, I need to present via zoom, when I'm doing so, the presentation mode goes full screen and I cannot see my notes (I either have to use my phone and it's too small, or print them our, but it's long). Is there a way I can split screens and one part will be a shared presentation, and another my notes? When I just do the split screen (on MacBook pro), it works, but as soon as I start presenting via zoom, it goes full screen back. thanks in advance!

Ok,I can live stream to Facebook just fine on my PC Zoom app.  I can also live stream to Youtube from my computer Zoom app.  I can live stream from my Iphone Zoom app to Youtube, but when I select the "More" option only Youtube is available.  I have no Facebook option.Thanks.

I scheduled a meeting on the zoom web on Chrome browser and I added an invitees email address but it doesn't look like it sent an invite out. Does it no longer automatically send out a Zoom invite to the invitee's email address?

I'm a host for many Zoom meetings. Since I got a new computer (moving to Windows 11), I always join every meeting unmuted. I've confirmed that all the settings are correct ("Keep my microphone muted", "Mute all participants when they join a meeting", etc.). I'm getting so frustrated. How do I correct this setting? Zoom version 6.4.10.

Voicemails that I receive automatically get forwarded as attachments to Email, why do received faxes not do the same, or am I missing a setting?

I have a new computer with Windows 11, fully updated and audio drivers are up to date (Yes I checked each of the three that come with Windows 11 ASUS), I have no sound enhancements on or spatial sound. My speakers work perfectly for videos, etc. on my computer, and on youtube. I just downloaded zoom, made sure I had the latest version (I uninstalled and installed 3 times to make sure it wasn't a weird installation issue). I tried three of my headsets, all brand new and they work on my other PC without issue. I also tried the speaker, with no headset. The problem: I go to do an audio test in zoom and the sound plays for 2 seconds and cuts out, then I try to test again and it doesnt do sound at all. Only zoom has the sound issue, I checked my computer, youtube videos, etc. I also did every test for sound in Windows settings, and let it check for issues. There are no issues, I have tried everything except reinstalling the drivers for the audio, but the audio works on everything BUT z

Hi, can anyone direct me to how to setup single phone numbers. I've bought one number but the setup has assigned it to a company line that needs extension numbers. Pulling my hair out, I'm sure it does not need to be this complicated. Thanks in advance for any guidance 

Even after upgrading, the account still shows as Basic.I bought the monthly package. But it still seems like a basic account. I was charged LKR 3000Please fix it for me quickly.. very urgent.

Zoom is fully functional on my 2021 Macbook Air, but, when I connect to the Dell S2419H monitor, I have no microphone audio: class participants cannot hear me. I've reloaded Zoom, plugged and unplugged, rebooted, retested, and howled at the moon. Apple tech support couldn't resolve it, and my account doesn't qualify for Zoom tech support. Any suggestions anyone?

Hi. I was the host of a zoom meeting and when I recorded, I selected on my computer. (I use windows).  I have that recording and it works. Is it at all possible to upload it on zoom cloud for sharing or is there a copy in the cloud somewhere? Or how else can it be shared? Thanks, M

Hi, I just installed Zoom client 6.1 on openSuSE and screen sharing is not showing any option anymore on Basic, but only under Advance tab, and there in this one I can only select Screen Portion, but also cannot confirm the screen sharing. Please fix it or let me know how to downgrade to previous version. Thanks in advance!

The recent Mobile Zoom app update (April 30/25) has now removed the Audio Settings: Disable Original Sound from the Settings.  Can this please be added back into the app immediately?

  Good morning, I'm having trouble accessing Zoom. It tells me it's sending me a code to my registered email, but it never arrives. It's terrible that every time we try to log in, even from different devices, this keeps happening again, putting my activities at risk. Can you help me?

We are a small church that has been having "hybrid" church services via Zoom for the last year.  Everything was good until we replaced our laptop, and now any time more than one person speaks together (as in group prayers), or there is music in the church, the folks on Zoom just hear silence.  We have tried using the "original sound" feature, but it doesn't help.  Our previous laptop ran Windows 10, and our new one has Windows 11.  We use an external camera with mic (Spedal 920PRO). We also experienced a problem wherein the audio was delayed by 10 or 15 seconds, both with someone speaking on Zoom being heard in the church, and the audio in the church being heard on Zoom.  This stopped when we switched the audio input from the mic on the external camera to the laptop mic.  The video did not have a delay, and it wasn't choppy like when the internet freezes.  (This also since we started using the Windows 11 machine.)

How can I get recordings from past years such as 2020, because I really need that recording?
