I am using ipad for ZOOM. Like on laptop, you can see the audio settings for the meeting which tells you which speaker zoom is using and which mic it is using. how do I find that settings for ipad.? I am connecting with an external mic via lightning. audience can hear my voice but I can't hear there voice. Pls advise. Thx

We have 5 members in a call queue. This is a secondary/backup call queue, and these people have other primary job functions. They are able to help out with phones when they have free time. Our company exclusively uses the Zoom app for Macs. We do not have desk phones, and do not have the app installed on our mobile phones. If a member is going to be in a meeting or on a call, the practice has been to toggle the switch on their zoom app to not receive queue calls. This is a foolproof way to ensure we don't receive calls. However, since answering phones is not the primary job of this call queue group, they don't always remember to toggle themselves back into the queue when they are available. Being on a Zoom meeting does not preclude them from receiving a call. Hello, We currently have a Call Queue set up with 3 users. However, these users have varying availability hours to take calls (e.g., 7am-10am, 2pm-5pm, etc.). How can we go about making sure that the calls are only routed to available users? Does this happen automatically if the user were to set their availability hours under Phone > Call Handling? This is a little tricky, because the users are available for all other types of call between 7-5, but they just only monitor the call center during select hours. Is there a way to attach availability to calls that come in through the Call Queue specifically? What about the Opt-Out function? Would that be useful here? Thank you so much!Kind Regards

How do you enable "external web query" in AI Companion? AI Companion is telling me it can't answer a question because it doesn't have permission to access to do an external web query.

The caller will hear, "This call may be monitored for quality assurance purposes," when someone dials the extension or the 10 DID of one user. We have verified that call recording is disabled for this user and is happening to only one user.  

It's nice to see zoom become the first third party app to support this new feature on iOS however even after selecting it for calls, it does not seem to work. Is it not fully supported yet?

I purchased a one-month large Zoom meeting license when what I wanted was a large meeting webinar  license; I then bought a one-month large audience webinar license  that expires in one week, and my event is two weeks away, I now have two licenses I cannot use and no license when I need it.  HELP!

I want to upgrade my basic plan to Pro, and proceeded to the payment page. However, after filling in all the blanks, the error 'creditcardState' keeps appearing and I cannot make payment even though the credit card is working and I have checked with the bank. I am using Safari on Mac. I have tried other of my credit cards but the same issue persists. 

I made a card payment on March 28th, but the invoice shows March 27th, and the due date also starts from the 27th. Please confirm why it is recorded this way.

In the call queue, Call Distribution there are a few options.  Simultaneous, Sequential, Rotating, and Group Rotation.  In particular, we want to test out the group rotation so that one set of specified members gets the call initially, but another specified group would take it if the first group was busy.  When selecting the option, it only asks how large the groups should be.  Is there a way to specify who is in what group?  We only need to have 2 groups, but split into teams of specific members.

Hello, I have allowed Face Analyzing when I wanted to try a bunny filter on my face. It was fun. Now I would like to undo that permission as It's a privacy concern for me. I have put A LOT of time trying to find out how to do that- searching the settings and online. This is unbelievably complicated/ simply impossible. I have had the basic plan for a few years and now need to upgrade to the pro plan. I am in the UK and it tells me the plan is £12.99 per month, but when I go to the payment area it is charging me £15.59 as £2.60 tax has been added. I am not VAT registered and have clicked that area to say so. What is this tax for? Is this right? A friend tells me I shouldn't be paying this tax through Zoom UK.  thanks. 

Hello- Is there a way to set up scheduler so that they cannot book an appointment for the same calendar day.  So it someone clicked my booking page on 03-25-2025, I do not want them to be able to book an appointment with me on 03-25-2025.   Have not found where or how to do this yet.  Thanks 

Are there any logs saved in the Zoom account regarding changes to the license type assigned to a given user?

A while ago I set up MS Outlook so that when I create a meeting in my calendar, as well being able to use Teams, I had the option to click on Zoom and add that as the app for the meeting.For some reason this option has recently disappeared from my Outlook Desktop calendar and I can not get it back.It happened when I removed an obsolete account I had in the Outlook app. I have know idea why this would affect my default account, but it seems to have caused the Zoom option to disappear.If I open Office 365 and view Outlook in Outlook Online, the Zoom option is still there and works fine, so for some reason it has only disappeared from the Desktop Version of Outlook.(If I check in Outlook Online in My Add-Ins, I can see that Zoom is there, so I assume it should work). Please note:When I Googled this issue, some suggestion said to download:Zoom Plugin for Microsoft OutlookHowever, I tried this and it did not work.Can anyone please help?

I purchased Zoom Phone the basic package ($15). I got a number and I went through the setup.  When I try to dial a number it tells me it is not in the plan. The number is in the US. What is it missing. Also it assigned an extension number that I don't want. How do I get rid of it?
