How do you get help from a human being that works for Zoom? The chatbot was useless. Thanks! Figured it out: Just kept asking the Chatbot to let me talk to someone and suffered through that process.

Hi there, My wife is always receiving this email message in her email account from my Zoom account via Fathom where I am never invited to any of her Zoom meetings: "(My name) is using Fathom to record Google Meet meetings and streamline the note-taking. Is it okay if (my name) records your meeting tomorrow?" How can I stop Fathom from sending these message my wife email address? 

The speaker on my laptop works perfectly. Spotify, youtube etc all sound works. However the last two days I can not hear anything on Zoom Meetings. My mic and all work, just not the speaker. Has anyone had this issue before? How did you fix it? Really desperate for a solution.

Recently I noticed the outgoing caller ID on my desk phone is not showing the correct number from my settings. It's using the main company number which is toll-free. The Zoom desktop and mobile apps show the correct caller ID. Any ideas on how to fix this? Desk phone is a Poly VVX450.

Hi everyone, I have recently changed from a Windows PC to an iMac running Sequoia 15.5 and can't not get the camera or microphone to work with Zoom on the iMac.  I have troubleshooting sessions with Apple who are saying its a Zoom App issue and with Zoom who say this was a known issue with Apple Sequoia 15.0 / 15.1 but was to be resolved in Sequoia 15.2, which I am beyond.  There are no firewall or security restrictions in place on my iMac.  Can anyone confirm if this is still an ongoing issue with Sequoia despite it meant to have been fixed or suggest anything that you have done to get this working if you faced similar issues with Sequoia. I would like to purchase a Webinar plan for 1 month. However, Zoom only allows me to pay up to July 30th because that’s when my current Meetings subscription expires.Right now, I can’t renew the Meetings plan because Zoom requires me to wait until the current paid period ends.Could you please advise me how I can proceed with paying for the Webinar package for 1 month?

I am having trouble finding out how to record my personal zoom meetings for future course I'm working on. I cant figure out how to record it ,Im currently using the free version is this the problem?

One of my meeting participants was sent to a separate room rather than my group meeting.  I received several emails from Zoom indicating that the participant was in my personal meeting room, and it was during the time of my meeting with several other participants.  I host weekly Zoom meetings and have never had this issue before.  Participants are allowed to join before I start my meeting and rejoin the meeting at any time if they lose connection, etc.  I do NOT have the waiting room enabled.  Passcodes are NOT required.  I DO have the "embed passcode in invite link for one-click join" option selected.   Why wasn't she allowed to join the group meeting?

Hello, I'm running into an audio issue during group meetings.If the host is playing music or sounding a gong I cannot hear it, but speech I can hear just fine. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue? Thanks,Chris

I was joined the pro verision, and recorded a meeting til 26th april, I didn't download the recording at that time.  Now i need the recording for my business promotion, however i am using free version now, the recording is no more available for download, how can i get it back?

I have set up Zoom Workplace Reservation, but when I try to reserve a room or table, it says it is unavailable even though there is no reservation made by anyone else.Does anyone know how to solve this?

Eventually, I will be joining a Zoom meeting that is supposed to be at least 2 hours. However, my account says that I am limited to 40 minutes a meeting. Is that if I am the one creating a meeting, or will I be able to do the 2 hours that I need?

Hi,  Like the subject says, I have Phone A that is a delegate for Site A, but I am also trying to add it as a delegate to Site B. For some reason, no matter what common area phone you try to add as a delegate for Site B, I always get this error saying, "Not found any Iines."

I'm trying to embed the form to register for a webinar on my website. I added the form using an i frame, and it is functional, but after you enter your information, check the capcha, and press submit, you get an error message reading, "us06web.zoom.us refused to connect." And you get a large gray screen with a broken image icon. Zoom is capturing registrations, but I don't want users to think they encountered an error when they try to register, obviously. Can you tell what I'm doing wrong here? Thank you!

If I enable Meeting Summary with AI Companion, how can I also enable Smart Recording with AI Companion at the same time? I love the meeting summaries, but I also want to access the full transcript (With the Smart Recording features) but I can't find a way to do that, I can only pick one or the other. Any ideas?

We keep regularly getting emails from Zoom saying we are using 1.76 GB worth of cloud recordings, and that our account only has 1 GB of cloud storage. However, whenever I check our Zoom archive of cloud recordings, there's certainly less than 2GB total.  And the total we are allowed for this account is 5 GB? Any ideas? Also, we have a number of local recordings stored on a few different laptops, but this shouldn't contribute to our cloud storage total, right??  This is largely a repost, however, we are having the exact same issues!  We received an email stating " This is a reminder that your account is using more than the available cloud recording storage. Cloud recording will be disabled on Jan 11." If anyone has any ideas or any similar situations/findings you can share, I'd sincerely appreciate it! Thank you!
