Hi everyone, If I start or join a meeting from a link, is there a way from Zoom's desktop UI to see the name of the meeting or the meeting ID? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello! I need help understanding the video resolutions that are possible to obtain with zoom, with different plans and settings. At the moment I have a free plan, and my video resolution, both sent and received is 640x360, 26fps (verified in the Statistics of the meeting).My camera resolution is  1280×720 with 30 fps. My goal is to have a better resolution for my one on one video calls (two people total in the meeting). I've been told by the support that there was no way to obtain a higher resolution than 640x360 on one-on-one calls, independent of the plan.However, I read in here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207347086:"For the time being, standard video, not HD video, will be activated when 3 or more participants join a group meeting. HD video (720p) will be activated for 2 participants " So it seems that, for free plans with no special settings, we can get 720 for 2 people, but it will be reduced to 640 x 480 if more people join.&n

I'm asking about this from update 5/24-25/2021"Persistent Notification Banners until Dismissed - AlwaysShowIMNotificationBannerDisabled by default, this option will force on the “Show notification banner on screen until dismissed” setting within the Chat settings of the client" I had an idea about what this is but might be wrong.  I cannot find anything in the support section that explains what it is or how to use it.  Has anyone had experience with it? Thank you

I work in a non-profit organization.  We have a zoom account with three licenses.  We have several groups who need host a Zoom meeting at various times.  So, I alternate the licenses between the users depending who needs it for their meeting.  I currently set up the meeting on my account and make them a co-host.  I'm wondering if they (licensed user) were to give me (administrator) scheduling privileges so I can set up their meeting if this would mean they would be the host of the meeting or would it mean I am still the host and they are an alternate host.  Therefore I would not need use two licenses (mine and theirs) for them to host the meeting.

Good day! Four of our members in zoom organization are deactivated their zoom account by the zoom. And we already submit an appeal to activate the account last August 20,2021. May I ask, how many days zoom need to review the appeal to activate the account. And also can we ask the specific reason why zoom deactivated the account of a innocent Grade School Student.Thank you.

My Pro subscription ends Sept. 16, 2021. Zoom has offered me a 20% discount to renew for another year. Looking forward to doing the renewal. However, the 20% discount offer expires August 31, 2021. What happens to my PAID SUBSCRIPTION from Sept1-16/2021 if I grab the offer to renew August 31, 2021?

I am a host(educator) of the meeting for the group of thirty participants which are learners. I just wonder if I am able to show only my screen to participants, not sharing their screens each other,so that they can see and share only my screen.  

Dear Community, I am quite new to zoom and would need your help. I created a MeetingID and will have a meeting for a lot of  participants. How can I allow all of them to enter the meeting immediately without clicking on each attendee separately.  And my second question: if I already created an ID and would like to upgrade to a payed version, are all the payed features available to the already created Meeting ID? Hi, I'm trying to figure out a way to sync the full global address book in O365 with Zoom.  I've already done the integration per Zoom's instructions, but it only syncs the current users contact list.  From my understanding, this is a change.  I'm hoping we can revert to the previous settings. Thanks,Justin

Until recently my video framing was fine.  Now it's right skewed.   I launch create or join a Zoom meeting (Basic or Premium) and the video of me is now skewed to the right heavily.  Normally, when I'm in front of my laptop and typing the view/video of me is centered.  Now, with me typing the video of me via Zoom is heavily right skewed so that I have "half a face". What can be done to correct this?  The video quality is normal. TIA

I have a feature request, and it's one I'd be willing to pay an add-on fee to get.I am a paid plan user with less than 10 hosts on my account. I regularly livestream through Zoom, and I'd like an option to remove the 'Zoom' watermark in the lower-right corner of the screen. It's distracting and intrusive.I don't have a need for 10 hosts, so the 'branding' element isn't available to me on my paid plan (and if it was, it still wouldn't solve my issue - I want no watermark, not a watermark of my own to replace the Zoom one).Please make this a feature! Again, I'd be happy to pay some amount of add-on fee to get the feature in non-branding enabled accounts.

it shows that the recording is moving . it lasted for months. the recordings seemed locked for ever. it takes up to 200m of my purchased space. 

Hi  I am curious to know if any one here in the community uses Zoom for recurring group sessions for clients?   We are a non profit and have needed to transfer our face 2 face groups to online due COVID.   A 'group' will run for 20 weeks consecutively and will have the same 10-15 participants attend each week.  There can be up to 10 - 15 different groups that run each week with some (up to 4) starting at the same time.   The constraints we have: - we are not able to disclose participants email addresses to other participants. - the groups are being set up by a central admin person (therefore will default as a host) - there are two facilitators per group who are set up as 'alternative hosts' - the 'host' does not join as they are just a member of staff who sets the groups up - unfortunately our email address have been configured to include surname so need to be mindful how we send out the invites.  We have to protect staff identities (ie not disclose f

I work at a Community College in California. Several of our students rely on captioning. The pop-up preview of chats block the captioning. The only fix I have found is to move the captioning to a side panel with the "view full transcript". This makes watching the video less accessible. Does anyone know a way to turn off the chat preview?

I used Zoom last year and was able to leave a breakout room to return to the main room, but this year, that option does not appear on my screen. How do I have that option show on my screen when I utilize the breakout rooms?
