I am having in-person classes and it will also be zoom presentation for those who can not come in person. If I am connected to a 2nd TV to show the PowerPoint, will the people watching see the PowerPoint or will they see the camera showing the whole room?I will have a lapel mic on so they can hear me. Is that going to work? OR does anyone have a great suggestion on how to do this so both zoom attendees and in-person attendees get a good experience?

It has my former law firm name under my name, their phone and fax numbers. This is certainly not a professional image to have information from over 4 years ago when I send out Zoom invitations to clients. It does this when I send the invitation from my iPad. If I copy the invitation link on my desktop and send it with an email this does not happen. Any ideas how to get rid of this problem? There is nothing about my former law firm in my Zoom profile and I never used Zoom at my former law firm.

Is the Zoom "Recommended Hardware" at the link below typically certified in some way by Zoom, to be completely compatible, or specially integrated? I just purchased the "PowerBx Zapp Pad" expecting it to be cleverly integrated with Zoom - but in fact it is just sending HID keyboard shortcut commands into the operating system. A friend has a Student account which he said has a longer time limit for zoom meetings with multiple people than the free 40 minutes account does.  My question is we do a podcast and are expecting to go longer than the 40 mins for my free account. I am the one that does the editing of the podcast. If he opens the meeting and then we all join in, can I record longer than the 40 mins because he is the Host with the account that lets it happen?

Should a Co-Host of an OnZoom Meeting be able to see and admit people from the Waiting Room?   I was Co-Host in such an event, and I wasn't seeing anyone come in via the Waiting Room (a process I am normally very familiar with). I believe the Host was seeing people and admitting them - but I would have expected to see some.    Thanks   Rupert

I have an iPad Pro. I can barely hear the voices of the other participants even when the volume is set to the highest. But the problem disappears when I turn off the microphone setting. I don’t have this problem with my other iPad.

Allow participants to multi-pin others without permission of the Host. Add all chat features like Record Audio, Screenshot, Format, Edit messages, delete messages, Reply a message, and reactions for a sent or received messages & all other features to in-meeting chat. Enable a option which shows if others have viewed a viewed a message, who are they & and at which time have they viewed the message. When showing whether friends are offline & away show when they were last online as shown below 👇the 5th suggestion. And also show the personal note we have set in meetings as shown below👇.     Thank You.

I am a school teacher. Holy Family Female school  Lankan. we want to arrange a church mass and event for about 2500 children on children's day October 01. can we buy or use zoom for just one day? and what are the options as school does not have a paid account? 

ISSUE * When someone else has invited me to join their Zoom Meeting and I am asked to share something in that meeting* I click on the share button* Zoom then tells me I need to adjust my privacy and security settings* I click on that to do so where it takes me to the privacy and security settings tab on my computer where everything is grayed out and I cannot click to change anything

Hello I am running on my Toshiba laptop and all of a sudden it kicks me out and ask me to log back in. Upon attempting to sign back in it shows "failed to sign in. Please try again. (Error Code: 1132)" I have tried uninstalling, restarting the system, and re-installing the newest version from zooms site and still receiving the same thing. Image below of the login screen. I need this fixed ASAP as I have meetings with clients today and tons of work to to! Any help is appreciated! I can still login in on my phone (apple product) and use the app there it is just my PC desktop this is happening on.  

Why is possible that we can manually upload registrations for Webinars, but not for Meetings?  

Hello, first of all sorry for my English (I write from Italy)! I have been paying Pro Plan until June. From July on, I've not been interested in Pro Plan any more: it is enough Base Plan for me. My problem is that I left Pro Plan just quitting to pay.... and I keep receiving invitation to pay... I don't know how to stop receiving them, and how to "communicate" with the system my desire to stay in Base Plan. I attach here a screenshot of my billing status. Can we delete or edit a message in meetings a after sending it?

When I am in a 1080p Meeting, and when I am sending 1080p just fine, if I become Active Speaker when an iPad is joined elsewhere in the meeting, or when an iPad Participant pins me, me sending resolution drops to 720p - and all other participants in the meeting see my drop in video quality, from 1080p to 720p, on their desktop clients. This only happens in Meeting, not Webinar (where I am able to set the "always send 1080p" option) Does anyone know if this is expected behavior?

Hello Zoom community! I have a Webinar feature request and I don't see any other place to submit it. I would like a feature that allows for the host and co-hosts to turn on notifications of new attendees for themselves only. I am sure we have all been in large meetings where the New Attendee Notification feature is on. Every time a new person logs onto the webinar everyone hears the chime. With a lot of people bouncing on and off a meeting that chime can get very annoying. I am an operator for webcasts that use Zoom Webinars as the presentation source. We use another application to cut and paste the images from Zoom and broadcast them in a more professional looking presentation. This way we can prep the presenters and solve any technical issues prior to going live to the public. Throughout a typical day I will do  6 or more  broadcasts from the same Zoom room. The room is kept open all day and presenters join anywhere from 1/2 hour before to 1 minute befor

Hi, I would like to edit the invitation email that is sent to users in our tenant. We are a university and all employees and currently-enrolled students are provisioned licensed accounts and sent an email requesting that they activate their Zoom account. Unfortunately, not everyone reads or understands the email instructions. I would like to make it a little easier to understand. Does anyone know if it can be edited, and if so, where can I accomplish this?   Best, Cindy

Dear Zoom, I made a complain about one participant during Zoom meeting who used to make vulgar noises during zoom meeting. This user is disturbing from quite some time. I am a teacher by profession and using one PMID from quite sometime. I complained about this user during meeting and got confirmation email from Zoom and you confirmed that, you will get back to me within 7 days. its more than 7 days and i am not informed about the user that who he is and why is he constantly disturbing class.

Hello, I have a webinar of up to 3,000 Attendees to host for just 1 day. Is there any possibility of signing up for a webinar add-on option for just that one day - that is, without paying the full month license cost? Kindly advice. Michael

I recorded a staff meeting today.  I needed to cut out about 15 minutes in the middle of the presentation ... unfortunately, the piece that was saved was the piece that I cut!   This is only the 2nd or 3rd recording that I've done and the first one that required editing afterwards and obviously, I need more training! Is Zoom able to re-send to me the original Cloud recording so I can try again?  

I have to attend a lecture or a class, but the image of the presenter is annoying and distracting.  Is there anyway I can turn of the video for the Host/Presenter on my end of Zoom.  Also, is there a way to turn off the video of other participants who are equally distracting?  I don't want to watch them with their tics, eating, scratching themselves.  These are personal distractions that I've encountered with participant AND hosts/presenters.  I need to turn their videos off.  Please HELP!

Hi, I have previously created a recurring meeting without a fixed time and added my colleague there as a co-host. How can I give the "ownership" of that event to my colleague? It would be ok to remove my own admin status regarding this meeting because I'm not facilitating these meetings anymore. We don't want to create a new meeting because we have already shared the link with the participants previously and they should be able to use this same link. Right now, my colleague is added as a co-host, but she can't control polls which would be necessary.
